This company has been HARASSING my workplace for months as a sales lead. We have asked several times to be removed from the list and even listed why our small company will NOT EVER outsource cleaning. They call several times a day every single day. Weve stopped answering 6 weeks ago and they STILL call multiple times a day. It is both annoying and pathetic.

This company is an absolute scam and a rip off. I do NOT recommend you use them for any services. They lure you in with nothing but false hope. After failing to clean my space as promised- they said they would send the cleaners out within the week to do a better job. Well- they didnt. When they showed up on their regularly scheduled day (week #2) - they again didnt do a thorough job. My staff didnt even know the cleaners came as the only thing they appeared to do was empty the trash. So after 2 failed attempts - I wanted to cancel my contract. They will do anything in their power to get you to continue your contract. When you refuse- they send you back the contract you signed and tell you to send certified letters and pay them for 60 days of service even though they didnt do the job correctly on day 1. If the cleaning is not up to your satisfaction on day 1 imagine what it will be like a few weeks or even months down the line. have 4 clinics I hired them to clean and on the first day- none were cleaned up to the standard I was promised. Save your money- look elsewhere and do not use these services!

I helped to coordinate a commercial shoot in the Metro Detroit area in the months after the COVID-19-induced shutdown and found Stratus in my search for disinfecting services. Our company was dedicated to the health of our cast and crew and we were lucky to find a company that had the same beliefs. Kellie, the Operations Manager and her crew were wonderful to work with. They were able to accommodate our ever-changing schedule and were able to arrange disinfecting sprays at several locations across Metro-Detroit throughout our shoot. They were flexible, accommodating, courteous, and a truly invaluable asset to our shoot. I would absolutely recommend them coordinators on future jobs.

Julian and his crew do an awesome job cleaning our office weekly. They are fast, efficient, and very friendly. I highly recommend Stratus Building Solutions of Detroit, especially Jeff Kelosky. They use green seal products that will not contaminate or leave the chemical smell behind which is especially important in my office as a chiropractor. We pride ourselves on allowing the body to heal on its own and chemicals can be a way to inhibit the healing process. They are professional, detailed and very efficient!
