The entire staff is just wonderful. They are all very caring, thoughtful, and patient. I was living in Rochester at the time when I first started here but have since moved to Clarkston. I continue to make the drive down to this office as I know I can trust their recommendations and care for all of my dental needs. As a family owned business owner myself- it brings me great pride to see other privately owned practices succeed in customer service!... I would highly recommend this office!

The workers are compassionate. They want everyone to be comfortable with customers getting their teeth worked on, it changed my husbands views on dentists and their work. I would come here to get mine done too since I got to be next to my husband getting a root canal done. I recommend coming here.

I really like Dr. Banas. I was pretty nervous finding a new dentist after moving to the area, but I made a really good choice. Dr. Banas and the office team do all they can to calm my nervousness and do their professional work with kindness, efficiency and as painlessly as possibly. I highly recommend this practice.

We are a family of 6 and have been going to Dr Folbe and Associates for more than 5 years. Each of my kids begin visits around age 3 and the staff is so good with them. My kids actually like going to the dentist! The office is clean and neat and the staff is friendly and professional. They truly value their patients. I am especially thankful for them, just yesterday, at my appointment, a potentially serious issue was caught on my x-rays. I was quickly referred to a specialist and will be making an appointment as soon as possible.

I am terrified of the dentist. I’ve had dental insurance the last 6 years and have only used it for 1. Knowing I needed a lot of work done, plus these Covid restrictions, I searched and found this office and made an appointment. I’m self conscious of my teeth & at how long I’ve gone without seeing a dentist. As soon as I sat in the chair I was immediately made to feel at ease. Every person was understanding and extremely kind, especially Dr. Folbe. She spent a great deal of time to make me feel comfortable and explain my dental plan going forward so that I fully understood. Aside from the expected limited availability due to Covid, this was the best dental office, dentist, and staff I’ve been to. Just wish I made my first appointment much sooner!

I highly recommend Dr. Folbe’s dental office. I first came to Dr. Folbe’s office when a chipped tooth my prior dentist had tried to fix chipped again and that dentist wanted to replace the tooth with a cap. One of Dr. Folbe’s terrific associates was able to fix the chip beautifully so I did not lose the tooth. She also discovered that I had some bone loss indicating a periodontal problem my prior dentist had not even noticed. Regular deep cleanings for a while put me back in good shape and on an ordinary maintenance schedule. I also switched my two kids to this practice, and their experiences were positive as well. Dr. Folbe, her associates and staff are without exception extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I recently moved 9 hours away. This summer I tried to get an appointment for a cleaning and checkup in my new area, but due to Covid-19, dentists in the area were not taking new patients. Knowing I was planning a family visit back to the Detroit area, I called Dr. Folbe’s office to see if they had any openings for a cleaning. Although they had no openings when I called, they called me when an appointment opened up due to a cancellation, so I was able to have a cleaning and checkup while I was in town. They really went the extra mile for me, and I so appreciate it!

Ive been coming here for a few years. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Ive only had to have cleanings and fillings done. Very relaxing and clean environment. Great music! I like that they send reminder texts/emails about appointments.

My daughter and I really liked going to Dr. Folbe and her team of hygienists - they are great; it is unfortunate that after years of loyal service (+/-9 years) the admins cancelled us over a $17.00 bill, even when I asked at the time of service if we had a bill! My mistake - I missed a March 2020 bill for February 2020 services and COVID-19 got in the way and I didnt schedule the payment. Furthermore, the admin stated we were hostile customers and were an unhealthy client relationship, getting aggressive with me on the phone and denying my multiple requests to speak with my doctor - a client right. WHAT? Who denies the patient access to their Doctor - the person whose name is on the shingle! I am sure a law is violated there. By the end of the phone call, I was obviously upset and now I am left to go seek new services for me and my daughter. A new doctor will get the routine and regular insurance and payments from two patients.Patient Beware - the offices admin will make claims of calling (none), and send text messages only once you are in their bad graces of accounting, and worse yet close and drop services, without you getting to speak with the owner. It was unprofessional at the highest level.

Dr. Folbe and all the staff are phenomenal and really take the time to get to know you as a person instead of just being another patient. I have been going here for over 5 years and havent had anything bad to say about them!

I broke a tooth on a Friday afternoon and was experiencing significant pain throughout the night. I was able to be see on Saturday morning where I had the tooth extracted. I was concerned about the amount of pain I would be in as the area was infected and would more than likely be difficult to numb. To my surprise the doctor took great care in making sure the area was numb prior to the extraction. The experience was as good as could be expected when it comes to having an extraction. They took their time and were as delicate as they could be. I can’t say enough about this office and their staff. There are a lot of bad dental offices to avoid, this is one where you can be confident in your quality of care and their ability to address your concerns and issues.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Folbe for about 6 years now after relocating to Michigan. Her and the staff have always been so kind and thoughtful to us all. I recommended my mom, who is now a current patient as well. I would recommend to anyone. Best experience I have received in a dental office.

My experience was wonderful today. The hygenist was very gentle and caring. The dentist who I had never seen before explained everything I needed in detail and in simple terms I could understand. I have been going to this dental practice for many years and I will continue to go in the future. The staff is Pleasant and they explained the cost of every procedure before it is done so I can choose which procedures I need at that moment.

I love this practice, the dentists, techs and receptionists are all extremely kind and professional. Very understanding of anxiety and pain, and never too pushy with anything you are uncomfortable with.

I call last week and informed the office of a pain in the ear or the mouth area. Could not determine which one came first. I got an appointment for the following day at the end of a regular shift with the dentist. The dentist could not find anything by feel or X-ray. Several options were discussed.We decided to try and take the Sinus out of the question through medication (over the counter), I attempted to dry the sinus, which did work. After three days the pain started to disappear, after 5 days the pain quit.Dennis M Heeger

After my last family dentist sold his practice, Ive been searching for another true family dentist...found it! Dr. Banas is a truly caring dental professional who, using the latest in technology, takes time to explain what care is necessary and listens to her patients. My wife is now seeing Dr. Banas too and we both are very satisfied.

Teeth that I didnt complain about were worked on first. Before I could come back, the tooth I mentioned a hole in broke. The dentist cleaned the tooth with intentions of a cap but nerve was exposed so I needed a RC. I didnt have enough insurance left because the first visit (fillings were too smooth & theres a gap now). I went to Aspen dental and they said I didnt need a RC and they dont understand why such drastic measures were taken when I had no physical symptoms of needing a RC. They told me I had Beautiful teeth and this office made me feel like my teeth were horrible (unusual for me). I wont be back. The staff was friendly though

Dr. Folbe is rude and condescending. She doesnt listen to the patient.The hygienist was rude and used excessive force trying to check for loose teeth. I had to ask her to stop wrenching on my teeth with her fingers.Lastly, there was an issue with billing and a mix up with the insurance company. They put it in collections, which I promptly paid, including the ridiculous fee, but its on my credit report!!!!!!!!

Dr Folbe is outstanding. So are the hygienists and the office staff. Would highly recommend this office.
