This CPA / Company markets themselves as fluent in bitcoin and virtual currencies. They do no actual accounting relating to capital gains with virtual currencies and instead rely on bitcoin.tax exports that you have to procure yourself. These are often calculated incorrectly resulting in significantly inflated taxes. To address the response, if you provided them a raw export from Bittrex, Coinbase Pro or kraken I honestly dont believe they wouldnt have a clue what to do with it.
