I called AAS LLC desperate after a failed attempt to remove nasty, tarry, tile mastic from my finished basement floor. It was a disaster. Joe was very kind, and although he was busy, he put me on the schedule and sent his crew to remove the mastic. They were polite and knowledgable about what they were doing. I wish I had called him before attempting to do it with consumer-grade products and YouTube advice. Joe told me what to expect, his crew removed the mastic, and I can now live with the bare concrete floor while Im waiting for my remodel to begin. Highly recommend. THANK YOU!

Great services to extract and test the air after removal. Very impressed and we liked their lab testing contact as well. Team was professional, helped refer us to get help elsewhere for insulation replacement, and notified us when there were anticipated delays. Good work for an industry with high turnover and exposure.

Very unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled, which I scheduled 5 days in advance, and was stood up. No show, no call. When I called to asked what happened I was told that the contractor/owner was delayed at an earlier job and it would be 2 hours later then my original appointment. I said that if the contractor was delayed that much, why didnt I receive a call? No real answer to that. I drove 30 mins to the property they were going to quote and wasted another 15 mins waiting on this guy. There are a lot of other abatement contractors out, Id recommend calling someone else.
