Ok auto store that seems change management and employees a lot. I went to get breaks and stuff for an oil change. I had no trouble getting breaks but was up sold for oil they didnt even have. I had to go to ORileys to get oil and it was much cheaper.

Did not carry anything I needed at a reasonable price. Ended up spending a fraction of the cost online

Thay had parts in the store that didnt even know were there.

They could not get my order correct I pointed out the correct part on their computer screen but they have it listed as a different car because the part I received what is nothing like the one that was in the picture

Its a nice and clean automotive store, didnt have what we needed and I called ahead and they informed me they had what I needed! Wasted my time!

I have copd ( chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) a condition worse that asthma and nearly as bad as emphasema. CDC mandate doesnt require those with my condition to wear face coverings. Even though Ive abided by the mandate Im told I need to call in for curb side pick up for shopping experiences because its not fair to other guest not because of health risk factors but because I legally dont have to wear a covering and others without a medical disability are required therefore unfair. Id gladly let someone have my health issue to be allowed to shop like everyone else. but because I build up co2 and my body doesnt exhaul properly Im at higher risk of being asphyxiated within t a mask let alone wearing a covering and further increasing that risk. Their showing their unfair practices by denying service not by me not abiding by the mandate because I am l, but by their right to refuse service because its unfair not for others healths as I am told on store entrance. This b.s.

My boyfriend only came in to get one thing and this Hispanic female working there decided to be rude and said she didn’t know what he was talking about and didn’t want to help him either with an attitude after he explained what he needed. And why would someone work there if they don’t know what the person needs.

The employees here just completely made my week. Not only were they very helpful and patient she went way above and beyond the help necessary. With both our vehicles braking down and a broken finger trying to move one of the broken down vehicles she made an unreal, frustrating situation a little easier to have to deal with. Thank you is not even enough to express how much you have totally helped us out. If you want to see employees that care for their customers April from AutoZone in Atwater on Bellevue Rd. Is a prime example.

Has products on hand, if they dont they will order it and try to get it delivered that day if not the following day. Helpfully staff. Always check to make sure your parts are in tip top shape. I did receive break pads that were bent because they were not wrapped.

I wish I can give them -10 stars.. this place really deserved it. Like me, there was an older lady that the customer service at that location really sucks. Really rude and won’t help a person out even if you need that product in ur car. Made me really upset and I will take my business to O’Rileys.. I want action by crop office in getting better employees that are not too lazy to get dirty a little bit..

This place was no help once so ever. I go to get a rental tool that I was told was on hand over the phone. when i come in and ask about it to the girl at the counter she gave me a menu stating that she is bad with tools and parts and that if its not there they dont have it. Me not knowing what the tool looks like says no I was told you have it in stock I just called and they said the part is around 30, then the girl said they dont carry the part cus its a special order part. Thats when I start getting irritated. I ask for a manager another woman comes out and tells me the same thing. Now I know there are plenty of women out there that know about cars, my only question is why dosnt this autozone hire them? I feel like who ever hires people at this autozone only hires them cus of there prominent featuresAll in all this autozone needs to start hiring more people with automotive experience. Not just women with nice bodys. Poor service but great prices and front what I see its a clean environment with pretty much everything you need. Parts on hand and 8m sure if they didnt they would order it.Just dont expect to get any real help with those parts you seek atleast not at this locationBetween great and worthless I give them a worthless.On top of all this I looked online and seen that they have the tool, in stock😒

They found the problems with my car for free. Installed a new battery and made sure everthing worked right. The alternator was out too. They got me the part same say amd got me to the right shop to install it. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Horrible service. They told me they could not install my wiper blades if I did not buy washer fluid. I told them I did not need washer fluid and the manager Rose told me well then we can’t install them. Just outrageously rude, will be taking my business elsewhere.
