They do not have a vacation or temporary stop option. I work out of town two months a year and I still have to pay for the service I don’t use. They also don’t provide a container for recyclable material. If your container is broken, they will not replace it. Terrible service!

I’ve called over 7 times speaking to different people trying to get my garbage bin back but of course no luck. They tell me someone will call back I wait 5 hours and then have to call myself just to find they made notes with no response to me at all. Then push services out for a week for something they left at my house and decided to continue to inconvenience me in the process. All I know is this garbage isn’t staying at my house this weekend.

First I call because I didnt get pick up, I was informed it was due to my bill,( well my wonderful postman decided they would leave my neighborhoods mail on the top of the box instead of inside of it, luckily my neighbors from 3 houses down found my Bills and delivered to me but days later, so I didnt have the statement. ) I told the female (very rude) my situation and Was told if I took care of the past do I could have services reinstated. Well this morning which is my pick up day my server system suspected and of course and it was available until after 8 oclock which means my service its well not be reinstated to day which is trash day after I was told that it would be. This is completely and utterly

They miss day then charge you for over fill 150 penalty but if they would pick up my buisness trash on my schedule days there would not be overfill! Im start charging you guys for missed pick up days

This is one the worst trash collection companies of them all. All they want is money no matter what. No help on courtesy pick ups nothing for loyal customers. Do not do business with this company

Horrible customer service and poor service. Wish there is a zero star. I called and talked to customer service but the guy I talked to was giving me one excuse after another and tried to educate me when I told him what happened. They dont empty my trash can completely. Always leave a bag or two of trash in the bottom of the trash can. I use the biggest can they have available, and I usually dont have much trash to fill up the can. I also use the right bag size, which is the 13 gallons bags. All I wanted was just to notify them of what happened and for their trash pick-up person to make sure the can is empty completely each week but ended up listening to a lecture with excuses. Can we get service through a different company instead of waste management?

Idk why they have busniness hours posted if they are not going to be ther at all. That is ridiculous have gone twice in one day difrent times and no one is ther have gone 2 seprate timed after that and seen someone and said they was gone for lunch

This place is ridiculous the lady at the front window,. Shows up when she feels like it or leaves early ... or is just closed all together.Are you there or not.. sign says there should be some one there.. so why is there 10 people in line at 1:20.. waiting???And no one knows where she is ??? Seriously!

This place is amazing. I have never experienced such apathy from a business. They flat out just do not care if a client is satisfied or not. The female, she doesnt act like a lady so i refrain from addressing her as such, that handles customers is a classless, rude, an obviously unhappy woman that is clearly upset at the choices she has made in her life, so she uses this miniscule amount of authority she has scraped out of her meager existence, to be as nasty to clients as she possibly can be. There has to be somebody this female can talk to that will help her get past whatever horrible things have happened to her.The benefits of being essentially a monopoly in merced county is that a company can treat customers as poorly as this place and clients have no recourse. A client can not even speak to a manager, let alone get anybody except the beast at the front counter to look at u with souless eyes, mouth agape, counting the seconds til lunchtime, then dreadfully praying for time to stand still so she doesnt have to go home to her wretched home life, where her only solace is the 12 minutes in the evening when she grabs her blankie, hides in the corner of her bare-floored bedroom, and curls up in the fetal position, clutching whatever libation will transport her to a place not so closely resembling hell. So, ya, nobody will help you with anything, at any time.A person would probably feel better hauling their garbage by hand, over the altamont, passing the weeping Indian from those 70s commercials on the way by, and delivering it directly into the Pacific, only after tying the heaviest bag around their own neck and plunging themselves in head first, rather than dealing in anyway with this company. I can only hope that whatever supreme being that you believe in will, when the people that run this joint have all passed, collect the spirits of these folks and condemn them to an afterlife of picture frames that never hang level, eternal toothaches, and an endless loop of Yannis greatest hits playing for them and their cohorts.Ya, not happy with the service.

I AM SO TROUBLED BY THE GARBAGE LEFT IN THE STREETS..I had DRIVERS GET OUT AND LOOK IN THE CAN TO NEGATE PICKING UP GARBAGE AFTER i HAVE COMPLAINED. tHEY HAVE LIED TO ME ABOUT PICK-UP EACH WEEK I NEED TO HAVE PICTURES TO SHOW TIME AND PLACEMENT OF CANS AS PROOF Many of my neighbors agree about thus company being unfair, incompetent and lazy-We should ask our board of supervisors to bring in a new company
