I absolutely love this store! Singh & Kaur are always so willing to help in any area. Today, I had printing done and by MY mistake, it was incorrect. They went ahead and helped me fix the issue and was so kind about it all and gave a discount even though it was not their fault at all. This store makes everyone who walks in feel like family. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I purchased an antique set of dishes in Gulfport, Ms for a friends daughter in New York. Planned on driving up to deliver but Covid changed that. She wanted the dishes for a large birthday dinner. I researched the cost to ship the set with several options. Spoke to ups manager several times before bringing the dishes in. Had the dishes packed and shipped by UPS. It took two days to properly pack the set. Mr manager ups. sorry i forgot his name even agreed to wait to ship out until Monday so they were not sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. They arrived safely in New York in a few days. Thank you so much. also i notice they do all kinds services. notary, fingerpringing, passport etc.

Fast competent staff. If you need 1 copy or a thousand they do it fast and efficiently. You can also rent a mailbox with a street address. Use a computer. Make your own copies. Or just ask them to do it and they gladly will. Value price for executive service.The staff is friendly, cheerful,helpful and very efficient in handling my shipping and my notary needs. I use this store on a regular basis and would highly recommend this store to anyone. And for me , absolutely this store earns a Five Stars ! One more think this store open Sunday too.

You can get Copies here or print papers. It is quite expensive though. Ship packages anywhere. Parking limited to how much traffic the Starbucks and Wells Fargo next door is having. Wait time depends on customers ahead of you. At times it can take up to 30+ minutes to get service.

I visit this store several times and I really like their customer service. I really appreciate their efforts, they provide such an excellent service to their customers. No need to wait over there more than a minute, its just like we go in and out. They are really quick. That’s why, I am giving them five starts.

Great customer service at this location. Ive had different quality of experiences at different locations, but this franchisee is fantastic. I went a few minutes before their shipping deadline (before they closed), and they did everything possible to rush and capture my shipment data as the pickup guy was waking through the door. Thank you, it was really important that my documents left on time, and you guys made it happen!

So I came one day to return some shoes from Nike I had no issue. The girl took my package, apply tape, and sent it off I didn’t have to pay for anything. Just like the Nike shipping label saids. I returned to the store a few weeks later to return another Nike package this time an Indian male I’m assuming was the owner tried to charge me for taping up my package. I told him I didn’t have to pay for anything and he tried to argue with me but I just told him I will take my package to another store. This man tried to charge for something I’m not even supposed to pay for . I went to the UPS store in Merced where they took my package and applied tape without charging me anything. I called the store back and told him I will be contacting HR or whoever because they are unlawfully attempting to charge for things that are not necessary. They then tried to call me back asking me not to call but nope. That’s what they get for being greedy.

Hey just so everyone knows I went here and sent a package it arrived on time but when it was opened it was just an empty box. I tried to talk to the manager about the situation and ever though I paid for 650$ insurance they say that there is nothing they can do except put a claim for less than 1/3 of the value and Im sure I will never see any of it. The manager was very rude and acted like I was the incompetent one lol. This place is a joke do not trust them if you are sending anything of value

Rudest customer service. They wouldnt allow me to do my own copys that were personal, they got offended because I asked them to disinfect their hands, he insisted on grabbing my papers from my hands very rudely.

I would put a zero but it wasnt an option.I took in two packages to be shipped to two different locations.They packaged the boxes and switched the labels.Then when i called was very rude and refused to take responsibility.Double check there work.I will never go back there again.

Ive used this store once or twice a week for the last 2 years. Staff is uniformly friendly and helpful. They greet me by name, which is surprising and pleasant. Even when theyre busy the wait is never more than 5 minutes.I moved 6 months ago, and now I have to drive past several other UPS stores to use this one. Im happy to do that because they actually care about my business, unlike some other locations.Five stars.

This is one of the few UPS store I like to go to. They are very prompt to help with your shipping. The place is clean, very organized, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I always leave with a smile and I do recommend this store to my family and friends! Excellent customer service!

After what felt like hours searching for a notary. I stumbled upon this store. Firstly, I needed to print my pages which they assisted me with, then I got them notarized, scanned to my email and shipped. I thought I would have to find a notary, then find a staples to scan them and then find a post office to ship them. You can imagine my relief when I was able to knock out everything at once. Special thanks to who was helpful every step along the way. one - stop shop.

This place will definitely be a last resort for me. The lady when I walked in was nice and helped me, I had to print documents from my Google drive. The computer kept freezing and the printer messed up. The guy asked if I touched anything I told him no. He blamed it on me anyways and said I must have because that doesnt just happen, you did it. Im not stupid I know how to work a computer. I didnt click on anything. I sat there waiting ordering pizza on my phone. I still got charged for all copies and the whole time which I spent waiting. I kept my mouth shut, paid, and walked out, I didnt finish printing what I needed it wasnt worth it and the guy was rude. I will not be returning unless I have to. And to the owner since you love to respond, please dont bother and fix it.

Ive experienced 2+ years of service from the guys at UPS store Atwater,CA location.Open on Saturdays and you can rent a mailbox with a 3 digit number which will give your business a more professional presence to your customers.They dont even charge you for receiving parcels or skids to your mailbox!I rent a small mailbox and it works for my company because of how affordable it is for a year.Also they do notary , finger printing , passport photos . thanks guys

My mom left her Kindle in my apartment so I had to ship it to her. I chose this UPS store.I was expecting long lines and rude, frazzled employees, but it was quite the contrary!I walked in and within a couple of minutes I was helped. the man who was assisting me wrapped my mothers Kindle in bubble wrap, stuck it in an box , and answered any questions I had about the shipping process. He even said Have a great day as I departed.So, for a quick visit and a kind employee, I give this UPS store 5 stars!

Iv been here 3 times and each time it has been great. I personally go to get copies in bulk amounts and yes it takes a bit of time, but in the end it’s worth it and not expensive at all.

Employees didnt warn you what the ToS contains until AFTER you print out your papers.Not everybody reads ToS and thats how they get you. Payed $23.68 on B&W double-sided printed paper. I will never go to that place ever again. My money, my choice. Ive been to other print shops before and you only pay $2.50 or lower for a B&W double without any additional fees.Dont go to a UPS store to print out papers unless you want to waste money.

Got nothing against UPS but the foreign guy here seems to mock people , I noticed he seemed to make fun of other people ; Not only that but he seemed to joke about the pricing on his services and laughed about it which is totally unprofessional. He comes off as one of those ego-inflated folks that think hes better then others. I think you should service everyone regardless of age or race fairly . This place will definitely be my last resort if I ever need familiar services again.

Had a last-minute complex project on a deadline, and the UPS Store came through for me in spades! Cooldeep took my project minutes before closing, and stayed an hour and a half insisting he complete it. They really came through for me, and that level of customer service is rare these days. They’ve earned my loyalty! 5 stars!!

Bought Item Online, UPS Was The Shipping Courier. I Received Item I Did Not Purchase. Seller Under Policy, Had To Pay For Return Shipping Label, Through Same Courier, UPS. Seller Provided A Link To Me, Which Is To The UPS Page With The Option To Print The Prepaid Shipping Label. Upon Calling And Explaining My Situation To The Atwater Store, They Had Said It Would Be No Problem, Come In And They Will Charge Me $1.99 To Print The Label. Today Head To Store, And Man There Explaining To Me He Cant Do That, He Cant Access My Account. I Tell Him Nothing Needs To Be Accessed But You Entering The Link URL To The UPS Page And Printing The Label. He Again Tells Me He Cant Do It, However I Can Use The Computer To Print Out The Label. Thats Not What You Had Told Me Over The Phone The Day Before. Ok Then I Say, Help Me On The Computer. (I Want Him To See, There Is No Obligation To Login In, Or Give A Password) When I Walk To The Computer, He Informs Me Will Be A $3.00 Charge To Use The Computer For 8 Minutes, Then I Have The $1.99 On Top Of That To Print The Label. Hell With That, Leave The Store. Call The Merced Store Front, Explain What Happens, They Tell Me, UPS Store Fronts Should Have No Rental Cost What So Ever. You Shouldnt Have To Pay For Using The Computer To Print Any Labels Or Copies, You Pay For The Labels Or The Copies, Not The Use Of The Computer. And No Reason He Cant Enter The URL Link To UPS And Print The Label. We Are Prohibited From Accessing Any Link From A Customer That Requires A Log In Or Password. The Return Shipping Link Does Not. He Only Had To Enter The Link To See. I Dont Know If The Man There Running The Store Today Was A Manager Or Owner, But The Location For Sure Has A Crooked Charlatan Working At It. Living In Winton, Ill Drive Out To Merced, Where They Are Honest, And Straightforward Professionals.

I was stopping in to get a package on my way from Monterey to Yosemite and it hadnt arrived yet..BUT one of the girls working WENT OUT TO MEET THE UPS DRIVER!! She got me my package and on my way in no time. Outstanding service. And all of the girls working were very friendly.

Never have I had a problem with this UPS store. From my private mailbox to sending and receiving packages, the owner and all the employees are very helpful and courteous, even when the place is extremely busy. I absolutely love this place.

I ordered a stamp from this UPS store. The stamp I ordered was suppose to be blue. The friendly girl at the front filled out the order sheet and marked black instead of blue. She had asked me to sign 3 times so they could get the sample of my signature. When I went to pick it up the signature was black. The owner came out and said that It was marked black. I agreed it was but I pointed out to her I did not fill out the order sheet, her worker did.She said well you signed it. She got upset and said that she was not going to eat the cost of the stamp. I told her I was not going to pay for a stamp that I did not order. She said fine and threw it in the trash. Up until this point I had fully intended to reorder the blue ink signature. I was trying to get the point across that I do not know if that part was filled out yet when I signed and if it was she did not ask me to check the info and sign if it was right. She simply asked me to sign 3 times to get my signature sample. She pretty much lost it and told me Get out of my store I have paying customers to take care of! Over a $19 stamp that they filled the paper work out wrong for. The poor girl that did it was right there and did not fess up to it. I do not blame her and I did not point the finger at her. I can imagine what her boss would have said or done to her if she did. If she treated a customer the way she did I cant imagine how she treats her employees who are all young hard working employees. I have been here before and never had a problem until I had to deal with the owner. So she lost thousands of dollars in business over probably $10 her cost....too bad. I work in Merced and will go to that UPS store there from now on. Hopefully she does not own that one....LOL. If she does there is always Staples. BEWARE OF OWNER!

The UPS Store in Atwater is the most professional and friendlies place for all you business, copy and mailing needs. Owner is hands on and community friendly. The Staff is courteous and knowledgeable.

I walked in to simply send a fax and have a few documents printed and picked up a piece of paper to write some info down as Id always done with the previous owners. The man behind the counter spoke to me as if I was trying to steal a piece of paper, obviously I was going to pay for it along with everything else! Who would even try to steal a single sheet of paper? Ive been coming here for years but will not be returning.

I have been a customer of the UPS store in Atwater for a very long time. They have always been friendly and helpful. I ship and receive many packages a week and the staff has always helped me with all my requests. I ship a lot of oversized and weird shaped motorcycle parts and they have been able to handle all my crazy requests, and I know I can be preety overbearing when I walk in with 12 items that I need boxed up but they have always been helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this shop over all others I have used. They also sign and receive all my packages for me and take care of my mail that comes there as well. Love the girls, love the staff and the owner has gone out of her way to be helpful. A+++

I ordered a set of round images to be printed, I was told I was going to be charged only for the page and the colored ink but I get a call that the prints are ready and I go pick up and the owner is the one whom attended me stating they worked on my prints for hours and had to charge me by the hour of the designers time.... for 2 papers I was getting charged $32.00 so I told her no I dont want them then. She got upset and started to tell me You people think you can come order everything and not pay at the end when my worker has dedicated hours on this then I pointed out that when I went the first time to leave the images it was 12:42 and picked up at 2pm before picking up my kids from school. So if anything they worked an hour tops on it, Which I really doubt!!! Then after she told me to leave if I wasnt going to pay, she sent me an Email trying to excuse herself and at the end telling me the same things lol!! She has anger issues! Definitely will never return!!
