Excellent band

Attended the Merced Breakfast Lions Clubs annual Chippio dinner event. This facility is excellent for this type of event. Large, clean and well lit. Big parking lot. One of the best in the area.

I booked the hall a year in advanced. Hall is great, but the woman who is in charge of renting the hall is very unprofessional, rude, and not dependable. First of all she did not return calls. If she did return your call,it would be 2 weeks after you leave a voicemail. My contract stated I needed insurance for the hall for the day of the event. I purchased insurance a year in advanced to get it out of the way. Then she had me get insurance last min. for 2 days... A few days before the event for Friday and Saturday (actual day of event). Keep in mind that was not on the contract. It was very stressful. She was not understanding at all. She made rude comments. Her tone of voice was rude/unpleasant. She was not dependable. We had problems with the air conditioner the day of the event, she did not answer nor has she returned my call since then. If I hadnt given a down payment, believe me we would of rather paid for a different hall, even if it would cost more. I was very unsatisfied on how she treated us.

Our school had our Anual fundraiser there. Its s beautiful place to host any event. Thank you
