Brian from Arms Air Conditioning went above and beyond in servicing the new Hvac system we had installed last year by this firm. Both Arms AC and Brian are professional, efficient, timely and explained the whole process of what they were doing so that we could understand. The system they installed, and serviced, is beyond what we could have expected. We now have comfort through the hot summer months for a much lower power bill. We highly recommend them. Arms has done a fine job for our needs. The old unit is dead and we have to install a new one. At the same time, were going to have the ducting replaced. They even put up with my snarky attitude, which by all means, didnt deserve. Brian and Alex did good. My AC has been out for 4 months Ive contacted other small business in regards to replacing my AC unit, everywhere estimated a total of $600 just to come out and diagnose the problem. I went online onto Home Depot website to set up an appointment, got a phone call the next day to set up an appointment so they can send someone to my home to diagnose my AC unit. I meant Brian Vargas who was the technician that came out to diagnose my AC he did a fantastic job was very thorough and explained everything.As of right now I am pending waiting for the approval of my landlord before my AC unit can be replace.

The service was good but the price was outrageous. The fee to have a tech come out an inspect and run diagnostic prior to conducting work was $79. When scheduling with them they informed me that the the price isnt hourly but rather the work conducted. Which seems reasonable however after the tech ran diagnostic it was just a capacitor that needed to be replaced and they charged me $277 for parts and labor for a $20-30 part which mean labor was $250 and all he did was plug 3 electrical wire onto the capacitor which already had designated locations showing you where to plug them.

Brian was professional and friendly. He arrived a day early and worked until he had figured out what had made our A/C turn off, then he replaced the damaged part and got everything turned back on... all before dinner! He was also quite friendly, intelligent, safe, and my whole family enjoyed his visit. The next time our A/C or heating has a problem, we want Brian to come and fix it!

Thanks to ARMS and their tech Brian. Our A/C went out on a 102 degree afternoon and they had Brian out the next day and it was fixed in less than 30 minutes. Brian also gave us good advice on what to do in the future as our unit is 30 years old.

They were unable to come take a look until tomorrow but an appointment opened up and they came out that same day. Alex was great. Ill def be using them again for any of my HVAC needs. Thank you, it was almost 90 degrees inside my house today.

They replaced my blower for my Ac unit. The house now takes twice as long to cool my house down then my old blower that I had. They came out 3 times to my home. First to tell me that my capsitors where giving low voltage so I told them to replace them. I was having dinner when I felt the house getting warm. I called them and they sent the tech back and he found that the blower had gone out. The tech told me since they didnt catch it the first time they would give 50% off the motor so I said ok. Four days later they installed it and the tech told me since the house was so hot it would take a while to cool down so i said not a problem. He installed it at 6pm and the house cooled down at 10pm. I woke up at 3am the thermostat was set to 78 and the room was 82 degrees. I found it wired that it was 9 hours and it had not reach the temperature it was set. I called them again for the third time to check it. They came and said everything checked out how it was suppose to work. My outside fan has not shut down Since I turned it on July 31 at 11am its August 1st 12:30am. You could imagine the electric bill that Im going to get. Im so sure they didnt put the right blower that my unit had. Ill be calling another company for a second opinion. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL.

Brian was great. He walked me through the process and explained the best mini split system for my STR property. At the end of the day however we decided to go with a more local HVAC who was able to come in at a much lower price.

Called this place to come check out my A/C unit since theyve been here before.But this time, I wasted $79 only for them to tell me they cant do anything to fix it. This place sucks. They stole $79 and my time. Call someone else.(At least the technician Sal was a good guy.) Too bad Arms is not.

From start to finish, Kyle and his team were excellent! He informed me so I could make the perfect decision. He provided me with financing that made it possible. And they were like Navy Seals on installation day! And boy what a difference! Haven’t used the AC extensively but I’m estimating about 5-10x cooling power from before. We are ready for Summer heat! Brian was courteous and friendly. We called for a diagnostic to see what was going on to see if we needed to bother going through our home warranty. He took pictures of the issue and sent them to us (our unit is on the roof). We walked us through the issues and what pricing would be and recommended we use our warranty. And bc he use to work with a home warranty company he explained what the process would probably look like and what to expect (we’re first time home buyers who have been in this house for less than a year). He was apologetic about not having better news for us. I would not hesitate to have Brian do work for us in the future.

Liked Luis. Seemed to be a pretty straight shooter overall. One thing...as I was signing various documents related to the upcoming installation, he gave me one that was noted specifically not to be signed until completion of the job, which is not to be done for another. two weeks. So I did not sign.I think he wanted me to sign for convenience sake, but he really should hold that one back. Thats a consumer protection.That said the experience was good. I will be updating this post once the work is complete.Adam came by to deliver/ install a temporary spot cooler unit for me to use until my install on the 26th. Got here early, had the unit installed quickly, and it seems to be running well. Nice young guy. Apparently hell be working on the HVAC install too. Looking forward to it.Daniel & Adam did my HVAC install today....looks like they did a very good job; system seems to be running well, heat and cool. Running both heat and AC over time will be the proof of the pudding. There are still a couple of small items that need to be attended to, and I expect that to happen within the month; then Ill be putting my final signature on the completed work document.Adam came by and installed a remote thermostat and some new sub area insulation. Arrived on time and did a good installation. Happy with the work.Brian was by soon after 1pm. Nice person. Covered over the leak. Asked if I had any other questions or concerns (had none).Brian was by this morning to look at what I thought was a blocked flapper lever to control air flow through one of the ducts. Turns out the lever was not really blocked and was movable, so not actually a problem. Brian has been by before, good guy, prompt, and tolerant of my misdiagnosis of the problem.

He was on time, however he promised to call me in the morning of the time of installation. I called them at 1:00pm, and was told he would be here within 30 minutes to an hour he came out at 2:45. Wish I had more time to prepare for him. I did not know that he would have to go thru my gate, so when he did I had look for the key for the gate. Then move everything out of his way to get thru. Also, he messed up some of the pickets on my gate and did not offer to help me fix back up.

Had them a new HVAC unit on the roof of my house, including replacing all of the ducting in the attic. Job was completed without problems. A couple of corrections were needed as noted during City inspection. these were handled quickly and professionally. Great job by Jordan on the initial install and handling the corrections. He has an outstanding work ethic and is very competent.

Ive been a customer of ARMS Air Conditioning for several years. Everyone Ive ever dealt with has been courteous and helpful. Today was just the 1 year check-up for my new heater & a/c. The old a/c unit was replaced a year ago die to a home fire. They made me a great offer to replace my 20 year old heater for my central system and I took advantage of the offer. Ive been pleased with the new system and feel safer withe the old being replaced.

We have been on the ARMS maintenance plan for 6 years and we feel they have always been why our HVAC stays in great condition and the biggest thing is they dont create problems or unnecessary bills. We feel they are an honest company which is so hard to find these days ! Keep up the great work !
