I highly recommend this company. One of my friends used them 2 years ago so I called. I’m not sure who I spoke to, but they were great in setting up my move and at the end spoke to me again to ensure all went well.The crew of 4 young men who packed and unpacked the our belongings were amazing. They were efficient, polite, respectful and very professional. They went right to work and never wasted any time. They did a great job. I had a few big pieces to get out of one house and into the other and they made it happen. Great group of guys. Great company to work with.

My driver and leader and one of his crew were excellent. The 3rd man severely damaged an expensive coffee table. While they hustled, they forget a glass top to a table and forgot to also load two club chair pillows. I would say overall the move was ok but not entirely what I expected.

From the first phone call I made to moving day, they were courteous and helpful. Prices were given upfront, the movers informed us if something would cost extra and let us make the decision. Everything was accounted for and nothing damaged. We are very happy and will consider hiring them again (although I don’t plan on moving any time soon 😊)

The team from All My Sons RI (Treavon) was great. They showed up on time and were very experienced. They doubled checked with us about each item we were moving and very efficiently packed up the truck. Unloading at the new place was very quick. They took great care with all our belongings, padding and wrapping any fragile pieces. Nothing was damaged during the move. They were courteous and very respectful. Overall, they were a wonderful team. I will be using them again for future moves.

The team that helped with our ,already stressful move, was wonderful. Chuck, the driver, along with Garland and Carlos, were punctual & efficient. They made the experience feel more like friends helping us out..which was nice.. Unfortunately, they were unable to fit the full-sized box spring or loveseat up the stairwell but they tried their best and were completely realistic with me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. ASK FOR ALL DOCUMENTS IN WRITING BEOFRE THE DAY OF THE MOVE. This company quoted me $600 for a local move of my furniture from a storage facility to my house. On the day of the move, after taking my deposit, they forced me to sign additional paperwork and then added fees for travel time, fuel surcharges, moving supplies, and other expenses which in the end brought the total to well over $1200!! DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I called on Saturday they were able to move me on Tuesday. They came Tuesday loaded my storage unit into their truck then drove from Taunton, MA to Portsmouth, RI it took a little longer then expected so the price was more then I planned. However the 3 Men that came worked non stop they were very polite and handle everything with extreme care.

The actual moving crew did a great job. They were careful and efficient the whole away through. However, I was unbelievably dissatisfied with this customer service of this company. They delayed my move by over 24 hours - which is a huge inconvenience when you are trying to move. It happened because they switched their itineraries for the day and ended up doing their second job first - leaving me to wait all day. By the time they finished their other job, it was too late in the day for them to start mine - so I had to wait for the next day. Which altered all of my plans and arrangements. But was really aggravating was the lack of sorrow, sympathy, or understanding for my situation by the guy who I was dealing with all day on the phone. I must have called 4 or 5 times throughout the day to get an update - and each time the guy was annoyed by my call and rude to me. He never once said Im sorry or offered any kind of apology or offered to give me a discount on the services because of the mistakes they made. In fact they hit me with almost $200 in hidden fees for the tape and blanket they used on one of my items. I was never informed that there was a cost for those things, nor was I asked if I wanted them used. I would not recommend doing business with this company. As good as the actual movers were - the customer service is appalling.

Brandon, Alberto and Michael helped us with moving the contents of our 3 bedroom house to another house located in Rhode Island. They were on time and extremely efficient and very professional. All three members of the moving crew had great attitudes and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend hiring these three men to help with any move you may be doing. If you hire another crew, you’ve hired the wrong guys. Can’t say enough how happy we were to have their help.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to an enemy!!! I booked my move, paid the deposit , and the morning of called to find out what time they would be arriving. Without giving my name I was put on hold and a “gentleman” picked up and said…”is this Jessica?” I said yes and he proceeded to say that while he sees my deposit , whoever spoke to me to take the deposit “never hit the magic button to book the move” as he gave a small chuckle when saying that. I asked if there was anything he could do as I was now left with 2 small children, a dog, and HAD to be out of where I was living. All utilities had also been transferred and I needed to move ASAP. He told me the best he could do was Monday. I said that doesn’t work. He was silent. There was never any apology, never any attempt to rectify the situation. I was a business owner and if I had an unhappy customer, I would apologize and at minimum offer some sort of consolation for the inconvenience this caused and try to rectify the situation any way I could. None of this was done. Not even an apology. I can even understand things happen sometimes but the customer service was horrible on top of a scheduling issue.After posting on social media looking for a moving company to me me same day, everyone commented that the same thing happened to them with All My Sons.Shame on me for not researching more.Everyone that commented said it was a blessing in disguise that they fell through the day of my move. After all this negative feedback, I’m not sure how they are even in business. I’ve attached the comments from my social media below.I will also be filing a formal complaint against this company.After all this, 1 star is being being generous.

Our moving team, led by Isaiah Obrien, was great! They are speedy, but careful. They were hardworking, but were great with my 3 year old twin boys who were very excited to watch. Trying to move my sick mother out of her house. I confirmed and paid the initial fee and they called me the day before to cancel with no alternative options in our timeframe. Lied about trying to reach out to me prior. Incredibly unprofessional.

UNRELIABLE. Had scheduled a move with All My Sons over a month before moving date, and paid a deposit. The day before my move they called and left a message to call them regarding my move. I assumed they were calling to confirm an exact time. Wrong. They were calling to cancel, less than 24hrs in advance and regardless of my deposit. Leaving me stranded with no movers the busiest time of month to move. Not only that, but when I was understandably upset, the guy on the phone started to yell at me?! Rude, unprofessional and completely unreliable.

The movers were perfect. They were personable as well as professional. However, the original quoted price was approx. $1100. At the end of the 5 hours (we were expecting 6), we were charged almost $2200... We honestly didn’t have enough for that and had to ask for them to revisit the cost and they brought it down to $1800. But for the other alternative options we had, we would have saved almost a grand! That was a whole paycheck, yet alone the first and last we’re going to have to pay. I am satisfied with the services, but the pricing is really not what they say it will be from the jump.

This was my best move ever and I’ve moved a lot over the years. The guys were pros, hard working, friendly and got the job done very quickly.

I haven’t moved with All My Sons yet but will in a month. The customer service provided by Zack was stellar! He took the time out of his busy day when I wasn’t even scheduled with him and he gave me a detailed estimate and answered all my questions. I am impressed with the company and can’t express how much I appreciate Zack’s friendliness and time:)

I only gave this business 3 stars because of the experience. Generally speaking the movers did an ok job. Considering that the guys they sent to help me move were on their 3rd job of the day, I found that they rushed putting together some of the items that required assembly. Most of the furniture I had did not need to be assembled and reassembled except the beds. Most of my stuff was just boxes. As a result they rushed putting together my beds and a week after the move, one of the bed frames cracked at the bottom because they did not tighten it correctly. So not only did I pay almost $900 dollars for them to move mostly boxes, One of the few furniture items that needed assembly now needs to be replaced. The other King size bed that was assembled was done very poorly and will need to also be reassembled before the frame cracks. I did notice that although I paid for two movers, most of the move was done by 1 person.I also found that my quote price was under quoted. I guess I kinda expected a little bit of a price variance moving almost 38 miles away. But it was a difference of almost 400-500 bucks. I was not expecting that. I think instead of just reeling folks in with a sales pitch to get that sale, to be honest about the potential final price so folks will know roughly what they are spending. I called other movers who quoted me about the same price but I went with All Sons because they seemingly were giving me a better deal. But I ended up paying more with them than some of the other quotes for an in state move. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed.

The overall experience wasnt exactly the best , due to unforeseen circumstances, but I must say that Eric Cameron and Antonio are excellent workers and were very kind and very helpful and very respectful of my things

Treavon Whitaker and his 4 person crew arrived right on schedule and immediately got to work on our move to NH from southeastern MA. The crew was very well organized and handled our boxes, furniture and other items with care and professionalism. Treavon was an excellent communicator with us and the crew. Offload in NH was very efficient. On an extremely hot day, everyone was working safely and never showed that temperatures were in the high 90s. We are grateful for the excellent customer service that our AMS crew provided to us. We highly recommend All My Sons for your moving needs.

I booked this company over a week and a half before my move. They took my deposit and canceled 48 hours before the move. It put me in an awful position, as you can imagine. Stay away from this company, they outsource their movers to local companies. This one was in Stoughton. They called and said the manager was sick and canceled my move. ABSOSLUTELY unacceptable. Look at YELP. They do this all the time!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!When I called for a quote, I explained to them the items I was going to move and they told me that based on what I said, I was going to pay $385 for 2 hours. THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WONT TAKE THE TWO FULL HOURS ANYWAYS. I had to call them a few times so I could get a written quote and after a few tries, I finally received a quote in the email by MICHAEL RODRIGUEZ, the quote stated $465. I called them and I asked why the change from $385 to $465 and he just told me not to worry that it was just a rough estimate.The day of the moving came and our final bill came to $1,047. I was in shock when I was told this amount. I spoke to Michael and he came with some story of how they cant anticipate how many hours a moving can take. BUT, Im sure that with their level of expertise, they had an idea of how long it was going to take based on the items I described to be moved.I should have known better and know that the moving was going to take more than two hours, it should have been a red flag when they told me this LIE. They tell the customers what the customer wants to hear just to catch the customer with lies.I still dont understand why our bill was so ridiculous high when it took less than five hours to move our belongings. I never received a final bill with a breakdown and to top it off the movers scratched up a few things.Also, the movers told my husband that they always go through this issue with customers because customers are told a price when they get a quote, but the final bill is totally different.Overall, this was an expensive, ridiculous experience that I dont wish on anybody.

We called All My Sons in Attleboro weeks before our move. We told them we needed them to move everything in the house. The movers were nice guys but bad movers. No organization, pieces of things left behind, on their cell phones, did not pay attention to what we were telling them. They were slow, haphazard unprofessional movers who quit at 5:00pm and left us with stuff allover the place, pieces of things missing., a lot of stuff left behind. We had to order another truck to come the next day, new guys, and although they were polite they were angry about the job, refused to pack anything, which was included in the contract and what we needed as 70 year olds with health and physical problems.We told John what we needed and it did not happen. There are plenty of good movers out there, dont get yourself in to the same place we ended up. With blindness, cancer, old age and a slipped disc, we had to pack and move a lot of our things ourselves in order to get out of the property before closing. We had to rely on generous, helpful friends to finish the move. This is not why you hire movers.

We have used All My Sons moving for our last few moves, and although we have been satisfied each time, this last move was the best! JEFFERSON and AMAURYS were so nice and so professional and worked extremely well together. They took all the stress of moving away from us. They are both really good at what they do. We will definitely continue to use this company in the future and will specifically request these two young men...they were wonderful! Our thanks again to both of them!!!

We had a fabulous crew of movers, our driver Phil was EXCELLENT. This was no small move and went over state as well. We had a total of four movers who worked their tails off. They were moved all of our belongings to our new home without a scratch or ding to the walls (either home). All the guys were a delight to be with and we (my wife and I) were with them the whole time. All I can say is that Philip and his crew were as good as it gets. We have moved several times in the last 10 years with 5 major moves so we know good movers when we see them. Highly recommended to anyone looking to Move Request Phil!
