Came in to pick up some balloons for my daughters birthday party and I had the pleasure of being helped by Leilani, i was indecisive about what to get however she showed me the large selection you guys had and i was amazed about how eager she was to help, my daughters balloons and decorations are perfect thanks to her!! I definately reccomend to ask for her if you are ever unsure of anything!

Horrible customer service. Walked in there to get a few things & needed 5 balloons but was told that they had to many orders & couldnt do mine. Then again there where 5 total employees in the front 2 filling balloons 1 at register & the other 2 standing there chatting for a good 10mins. Had they stopped chatting my balloons could have easily been filled without getting in anyones way.

Needed help for an item high on a shelf, got it right away and pleasantly.

I dont remember the name of the girl who helped but she came through in clutch and helped me find what EVERYTHING I needed

I wish I can give zero star to this location. Every time I go to this place, it seems like staff don’t want to work. No welcome no hi nothing. If you ask the staff any help, they are super rude like they are doing you a big favor by answering your question especially the girl with PINK hair. I mean come on if you don’t wanna work please go home, their are plenty of other people looking for a job. I really hope manager or whoever is the supervisor take note and tell their staff about work ethics. They need to have fun people in this store working because this store is all about fun stuff, unfortunately it’s a worst experience to go in this store.

Always find what I am looking for...even if I dont quite know when I walk in...so many ideas pop right into my head as soon as I walk around a little bit...

Needs to train Staffs.Not great customer experience

This was my first time visiting this store and will certainly be my last. I had my 10 month old son with me as we were looking to pick out his first Halloween costume. Very exciting! I noticed they had a sign hanging up so you can use your phone’s camera to scan a QR code and let the associate know what costume you would like. It said once your costume is requested to head over to the costume pickup table. We walked over to the table to wait for his costume and an older gentleman came out from the back and was extremely rude to us. He asked “Can I help you” I replied “yes, we’re here for a costume pickup” his response was “ok” very rudely as if I interrupted his morning break. I then proceeded to tell him that I scanned the QR code with my phone. He’s now basically yelling at me that the QR code doesn’t work and what costume do I want... This guy was miserable and he treated me (the customer) as if I was bothering him by being there. The staff doesn’t seem to want to help anybody. Never again will I step foot in that establishment.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I went to pick up an order for my sons bday party today. My wife placed the order online & she received an email saying it was ready. I went to the curbside pickup & called the number. The lady said shed be right out. After waiting 10 minutes I went inside to find out the balloons werent even blown up yet. I complain to the manager who was extremely rude. When I got home I realized I had items missing. My wife called & manager hung up on her twice. Were calling corporate. Manager was extremely rude

Great store and plenty of parking.

Will never step foot in this store again. Purchased over $100. Worth of party supplies from here & when I tried to return $20. Of it because I over bought they refused to refund my money. I didnt open the packages and I had my reciept. The staff were extremely rude & 3 of them ganged up on me. Never get another dime of my money.

My balloon order was an hour late and there is literally nothing on the shelves through the store.

O M G !!!!! 😱 There is so much stuff to look at !!!!!! 😳 I really like going to this store and u need at least an hour or more to do ALL the aisles. They have everything you need for setting up a party in all different themes from young to old. The prices are reasonable too. Also they have LOADS of candy 😋 !!!!! I have so much fun when I go there!! And the balloons are really cool. Its a fun store for kids and adults too!!!!! 😁❣️

The staff were very helpful. I had found a product online (only one in hand) and when I got to the store I couldnt find it on the shelf. The manager on duty assisted me and was able to find and purchase what I went there for. Very helpful.

Excited about Halloween this year, hopefully they have some great selection of costumes this year though. Last year I had had a difficult time finding one, but eventually I did and it was cute too.

Got just what I needed

My husband and I wanted to do a gender reveal. We told staff that we wanted them to stuff a black balloon with either blue or pink confetti depending on the gender. We gave her an envelope from the doctors office that had the gender in it. We obviously did not know the gender. She gave the envelope back but it was stuffed with pink glitter all over the envelope and retapped with pink glitter. I was so upset that we found out what the gender of a baby was from the party city crack head. My husband and I decided to open the envelope to confirm the gender because whats the point in waiting to pop the balloon in front of family when theres literally pink glitter every where. Turns out we are having a boy. It was not her place to trick us. She ruined the surprise for us. I will not be coming back.

Recent we had been here for supplies of my kids Birth day party- Since we had no idea what to select and ware so confused. The staff understood our situation and requirement; she was very helpful with different ideas and options to ease out purchase experience. Even though there was an very rude old lady customer. I will give full for the staff and the shop

Any party in a pinch. Plus year round Halloween costumes. Never had any problem with this place. Well... Okay, its not even a problem for the most part, but whats up with the music they play? Its like bad karaoke. But thats it, no real problem

I go every week to renew my daughters shark balloon and elmo balloon. And for that, I have to say the store does the job. Cant find anything else in the store Id ever buy but Im not much of a birthday person.

I have visited a few Party City locations but I have to say this location is one of the worst. The place is quite large and spacious and even clean and orderly but they are not only understaffed, the staff here is incompetent and disrespectful. The place is a disorganized mess and there could be lines of people waiting to check out and still the staff has no clue what they are doing. The girl at checkout looked like she just woke up and could care less about helping anyone and she complained her manager left her here to deal with the crowds. What a joke this place is. You would think with all the other options this place would get its act together.

Great place to grab balloons for a birthday party!

The things were great, but the staff was continuously discussing how they were upset that more people were walking in when it was 8:20pm and every 6-8 minutes there was an announcement made that the store was closing shortly, and she went around saying excuse me maam were gonna be closing soon. They were being very repetitive and it was becoming very hard to shop.

The staff at this location never fail to make me regret not taking the extra 20 minutes to just use the Walpole store. Again today they proved how little they care about customers when there were not just rude but completely adversarial to my 78 year old mother in law who was picking up pre-ordered balloons. Who makes a 78 year old woman go out in the pouring rain to get a phone number? Do many people come in and accurately guess a last name to steal an order of balloons? The fools are all of us who spend a penny in that place. Never again.

Yesterday I bought a costume, but when I arrived at the house and I measured it well I saw that I did not stay as I wanted, I changed it the next day and they told me that I could not change it or replace it, because supposedly the Halloween stuff could only be changed until October 24, I bought it on October 26 at night they only had two locker rooms and the people lasted more than 15 minutes in each one, they did not have time to measure it, it was changed the next day and they said that Im not disappointed about that, I think Ill never go back

My son told me last minute he needed stuff for his prep rally at school So I rushed out of work and called everywhere Dollar Tree, Walmart and a few others and everyone was rude and not helpful so I called party city and Fatou answered my call. A true angel she was as she helped me over the phone get things for my son and bring them up front. She also went above that and asked her manager to not lock the doors until at least 8:59 because I was almost there and the manager agreed :).. So thankful to both of them for helping me out! Keep rocking ladies...

Good prices, unfortunately the store is a bit trashed, and nothing is quite easy to find. Otherwise good prices and decent reception.

I went to pick up an order of balloons and when i arrived no one was around at all. I waited a few minutes and another customer yelled is anyone working here? Finally a guy who was visible the whole time who we thought was a customer came over and took my receipt with no words of an apology etc. No sorry, thank you or have a good night. Another worker came up during the process and also said nothing. It was extremely rude and sad. Very dissatisfied with my experience.

I went to the South Attleboro location on 10/29 at 10 pm and one of the employees was helping my friend with a costume and made an ignorant joke about having schizophrenia. I didnt appreciate her humor and it ruined the experience. Probably wont be going back anytime soon if this is how your employees are trained.

I went to get balloons for a sweet 16 birthday party I wanted a balloon shaped as a 1 and a 6 and 16 purple balloons I got refused because there is a limit of only 12 balloons

Overpriced & rediculous ! I went in there looking for white M& Ms candies. They had a small bag - for $ 6.99. I got a few other small trinkets & went to check out. Then I went next door to Market Basket- & found a larger bag of Red, White& Blue M& Ms for the same price ! I got them, along w/ a few other items& returned the white only bag to Party City. I would only go there if there is no other alternative. They are way overpriced on most things for what you get& I think it is rediculous !

I was next in line and had to wait 10 minutes for my turn because the only cashier had to blow up 20 balloons for someone that needed them right now. The cashier did apologize for the wait but still could have called someone to help.
