There are many lovely therapists at this place. I saw someone here consistently for about 2 years and she has helped me a lot with EMDR and CBT. I highly recommend them for all people from all different walks of life.

Called for an appointment, was allowed to presume there were therapists available, gave all of my information, including my issues, was told to call back in two weeks once my insurance information had been processed. Reasonably relying on the information given to me by the receptionist, I stopped looking for other therapists and waited two weeks. When I called back two weeks later, I was THEN told that there was an 8-12 week waiting period. As far as Im concerned this was consumer fraud. They kept this information from me on the off chance there would be an unforeseen opening with one of their therapists, ensuring I would not be able to get the help I need. They knew at the time they couldnt accommodate me and acted as if they could.Update: After leaving complaint, received a call back on the same day and was told I was assigned a therapist that very morning, contrary to what I was just told by the receptionist. Given the circumstances, the timing seems a bit too convenient for this to be true. However, at least they responded and fixed the problem. I would still say you cant rely upon this organization and should consider shopping around for other therapists while you wait for these guys.

DO NOT COME HERE - all appointments are 45 minutes, and your mental health counselor will stare at nothing but the clock and kick you out EVEN IF THEY ARE RUNNING BEHIND, I had a 15-20 minute appointment once even though I had arrived 10 minutes early because Shannon was running late. I was supposed to receive a phone call from an ACTUAL doctor to see if I needed any medications, and no one ever called me. This is one of the WORST places I’ve ever been to, the office is DINGY, HOT and DIRTY.
