I had to return items to ups and fed ex , not knowing exactly how to go about it I went to the UPS store to get some information. I got absolutely no help from them. Driving home I saw a big FedEx sign and this place called the pigeon post I immediately turned around and went in to hopefully get some help with these items. Not only was a greeted with a refreshing attitude but the gentleman there helped me with my UPS return even though he’s not making a dime on it. This gentleman has now acquired not only my personal business my company‘s business. Not too many places like this left not too many guys like that left I can’t say enough about how pleasant it was to deal with George!

Convenient location without the long lines of a larger location. Ive used this business before. Friendly and down to earth owner. Today I went in to fax two pages. Went to pay, but didnt have any small bills. The owner was kind and didnt see a reason to break a big bill for 2 faxed pages. Put it on the house! Place looks very nice with new blue exterior. The owner is not out to rob you with his prices like large corporations. Parking was easy and ample in the back of the building off the main road. Recommend. I can see this business growing by leaps and bounds.. Will go there again.

I went to pigeon post today for the very first time I went there to pick up some packages I had sent to their location. As soon as I came in the door George came over and greeted me. I had never ordered anything online that was not sent to my address so I was a little bit confused about what to do . George explained everything to me and help me find the packages that I had at sent there. I had had several packages sent there so we were going through the list while I was there George offered me coffee and water. He just seemed to be an all-around good guy the kind of person that you can find yourself actually having a conversation with, almost as if you already had met the person before. Their location is perfect plenty of parking out back its extremely clean and well maintained any packages I need delivered from now on are going to be going through pigeon post. I explained to George that I work during the week and its hard for me to get to their location before they close at 6:00 due to the fact that I get out of work at 6:00. George told me that he was always willing to try to help and work around the hours if I was going to be late to just let him know and if he was available to stay a few minutes late that he would. I dont know about anybody else but its been a very long time since somebody has actually said that they would go above and beyond what their business actually is it kind of took me by surprise. I am not somebody that writes reviews very often but I can honestly say that that place was great for a post office and the people there are super friendly and eager to help you.

George is always extremely helpful and has taught me more about the postage system in a couple stops to the store than I knew before. Pigeon Post was incredible! I’m new to the area and just felt so warm and at home The service was top of the line. I had one small package and was made to feel like royalty. We were offered coffee and tea. It’s such a wonderful welcoming environment I never expected. It was also a quarter of the price I typically spend with USPS. I won’t go anywhere else!

The floor is spotless, the windows are squeaky clean, display items are perfectly organized and everything behind the service counter is where it should be. At other businesses, youre lucky to check off two of these boxes, never mind all four. Now its time to meet George. A big smile and warm Hello! greets you, as if youre family. Georges friendly demeanor immediately reassures you that you WILL be happy by the time you leave. I was mailing an item to Arizona and George gave me options that I had not considered.....and at a savings to my wallet, too. My package was measured, weighed and priced in less time than it took me to walk in. But my smooth and successful transaction was only HALF the story. An extremely pleasant and friendly conversation with George made my visit all the more delightful. Yes, it IS a business. However, George makes you feel glad that you stopped by and let him take care of everything. Regardless of what I need to mail in the future, I WILL be coming here to mail with 100% confidence and satisfaction. And by the way, if youre having a bad day when you arrived, be prepared to feel really great when you leave. Sending packages overseas can be so expensive, but George always tries to get the best deal for you. I came in to send a package to a family member as I have not seen my family in a year and somehow they managed to make me feel right at home and even offered me a cup of tea while I waited for them to get me the best deal on shipping. I cant recommend Pigeon Post more!

Everytime I go to this place this guy George is pleasant and heartwarming. He opened the door for me as I had a lot of products to ship. I sell on Mercari EBAY and OFFERUP. He has the best deals in town when it comes to packing and shipping stuff. I buy all my supplies from him. I use to go up the street and buy it from Walmart or OfficeMax. Not anymore!!! I really like this store. George and his family are great. Always friendly plus professional. I rented a mailbox here, which was cheaper than any other option I found in the area. Plus they offer all the services that staples does except with better service and price. Their fedex drop off has been clutch. They have Dhl shipping too but I haven’t used that service yet. Pigeon Post deserves more than five stars.

If you need services with fedex delivery, DHL, among others, this is the best place, attentive people and willing to help you, I recommend it to everyone.
