The entire staff at Attleboro Jewelers are fantastic. Jeff custom made my fiancé’s engagement ring two years ago and we just went back recently for our wedding bands. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and Jeff is incredible with custom rings. My fiancé and I only went into the store a handful of times and they made us feel like regulars every time we were in there. I wouldn’t buy jewelry anywhere else.

My girlfriend had taken a ring in to ask about resizing and the woman behind the counter told my girlfriend it should be fine as long as the item was sterling (it is). When we returned that weekend, another saleswoman told us that it wouldn’t be possible to have that ring resized and we should return it and ask for a larger size (this was not an option). When I asked why, I was told the metal has to be heated and it may damage the stone. I asked why the stone couldn’t be removed. The woman again told me it most likely would not be possible but she could keep the ring and ask the jeweler later that week. I decided against this because I found her condescending, unhelpful, and uneducated. I had the ring resized elsewhere and will be avoiding Attleboro Jewelers.

I’ve been coming to Attleboro jewelers since I was a young girl and now I still purchase things whether it be custom or gifts things This is the place to go. They pay so much attention to detail that I feel very special when I am in there whether it be a $25 purchase or a $2500 purchase they treat me the same for every single one. I recently just brought my nephew and he purchased a crucifix and cross and it was a pleasant experience. Parking is suffice and it’s at a convenient location.

Nice quiet, able to browse without interruption. No high pressure sales. Selection was adequate but not mind blowing. Still purchased a nice set of earrings and matching necklace.

Every time I have shopped here I have found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. The workmanship on custom pieces and repairs is excellent. They also have a great inventory of beautiful pieces and if they don’t have it they will make it for you! I would give it 10 stars if that was an option!

Attleboro Jewelers is my go to place for great quality and OUTSTANDING service. My wedding set was purchased here. I didnt see what I truly wanted in an engagement ring, so I was helped to pick a setting and then they found a diamond (in an earring!) And mounted it for me. I have the most beautiful ring! Custom made for me at a price that fit my Husbands budget! You wont go wrong trusting this jeweler. They stand by their work and Customer service is top dog. My daughter got her wedding set here as well and now Im bringing my 3 1/2 yr old granddaughter here for her occasional bling. 😁.
