Lets start with how I made an appointment for 7am, you know, so I can get to work. And got confirmation it was booked. And a week later got an email confirming my 8:45am appointment as if I wasnt going to notice the change in time. I call and ask why the discrepancy and they let me know then that theyre opening late that day, wow if only you called and didnt try to just slyly sneak an email past me. Then I get there and they wont treat me without X-rays, which I wont do because Im pregnant. And then I hear the most ridiculous words Ive ever heard as a medical professional I dont know what kind of cleaning to give you unless you have an X-ray. You mean its policy to bill my insurance for everything you possibly can at a visit, just be honest. Ive had plenty of simple cleanings where you dont need X-rays or excuses of policy. But its fine, make healthcare more difficult and less accessible for populations that need it (pregnant women). Its fast health care corporations like this that give patients distrust of doctors. So thanks Aspen dental for making both my personal life and professional work more difficult.

I haven’t seen a dentist for about 4 years and the experience was amazing from them. The staff were so nice and super friendly! Especially Cheryl she’s awesome! While she was taking my X-rays and scans I couldn’t stop laughing from how funny she was. Dr Matthew was also super nice too. Can’t wait for my mouth to be healthy again!

My visit at the Attleboro office was very pleasant. Dr Mathew was very nice and understanding, it seemed like she really likes her job. Cheryl, the Technician, that I had was gentle with me. Even the finance lady was nice.The only thing that caused me to not give 5 stars was the fact I was told to be there by 4:15...I got there at 4:17, but my wait time was for about 25/30 min. (which in fact I didnt mind) they did apologized for the wait.

I found everyone in this office to be very professional, kind and helpful. I went in for a (long overdue) checkup and found I needed a root canal. Not ideal, but also not unexpected. Ive never had one before so I really didnt know what to expect, other than it wasnt going to be great. Wrong, it was a breeze. Not painful in the slightest. From the beginning to the end of the procedure, the only thing I felt was the slight pinch of the Novocain needle. Thank you to Dr. Mathew and the assistant Cheryl for making it that painless and easy. Dont be afraid of root canals!

I personally found Aspen Dental as a very comfortable place to be for dental issues. The staff was very helpful and professional. Cheryl, my dental assistant made me feel at ease, and took the time to explain everything. She was very personable and kind. The office had state of the art equipment that is just amazing. If one would like to experience a dental office that cares, and an assistant who cares, then Aspen Dental and Cheryl make it the place to be.

The happiest, most welcoming team! I was greeted by the office manager who has a huge smile and a bubbling personality, even at 8:30am on a Monday. I was quickly brought into the back to fill out paper work (which I could have done online in advance) and met Roddy, the dental hygienist. Roddy was funny and kind, THE MOST GENTLE dental hygienist Ive ever met! Roddy worked super quickly and had me cleaned up in no time. Minutes after finishing the dentist came into my room, she was super friendly and explained all of her decisions. I HIGHLY recommend this team, they are so friendly and honestly made my day. Please go here and be nice to them, because they are fantastic.

What an amazing experience 10 out of 10 I normally hate going to the dentist but this was my second time here and they did an amazing job both times making me feel comfortable relaxed Dr. Matthew was amazing no pain no discomfort I cannot say enough about her she really is the best. Also her assistant Cheryl is amazing she found something that we both had in common and she kept talking to me about it to keep me distracted because she knew how much I hate needles thank you again Dr. Matthews and Cheryl your the best I will recommend you to all my loved ones and friends

What an absolute joke this was. What a waste of time! I make an appointment for 5:15 finally see the doctor for 2 minutes at 5:50 pm. The doctor didnt even look in my mouth or anything literally just asked if I was there for my one tooth and said she would check to see if my insurance would cover a specific x-ray. I am brought out of the exam room ( there was never an exam) and Im sat down at the office managers desk. She informed me the cost it would be and then tells me I owe $100 for today! I asked for what she says your exam I told her there was no exam I have to pay $100 for the doctor to talk to me for two minutes? Im told yes. I am not paying this absolutely ridiculous bill. I was never told I would need to pay anything up front. Dont waste your time going here

I went to Aspen Dental in Attleboro MA originally because I had no insurance. They offered a free exam and X-rays. I got new dental insurance and needed to have a tooth extracted but my regular dentist was not in network. I called Aspen for an appointment, and I got one right way. This was great!The only problem with this visit was that the office staff was very mechanical or robotic. I felt like I had stepped through a revolving door. Theoretically, they did all the right things… they took me in promptly. They brought me to a room, had me rinse and said the dentist would be right in.Here is where I felt like just another body. The dentist came in never introduced herself (we had not met) I had to ask her if she was the dentist?! She confirmed with me that I was having an extraction, and proceeded to remove the tooth. There was very little dialogue between the dentist and myself. I was never acknowledged by my name. There was no preparatory conversation about the procedure. When she was finished I only knew because she got up and walked out of the room. At which point the dental tech started giving me aftercare instructions.

Do yourself a favor and do not deal with this office . The most ignorant people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with , especially the front office staff who are rude , condescending , and disingenuous . Apparently they do not care about the patients in the least bit . If you do not believe me and go here , you will absolutely find out for yourself. Good luck

I broke a tooth and went in for an emergency visit. I avoided the dentist for years after a bad experience with my wisdom teeth. Wasnt the best place to get my wisdom teeth removed. Also Im sure it could have been worse. There was miscommunication several times. And they failed to tell me some important information about treatment afterwards. But the wisdom teeth removal itself went very smooth I was nervous going into it but it was actually pretty quick and easy.

I was a patient at the Fall River location, which never had any issues and do not have anything negative to say about them. I ended up moving to Attleboro, super close to this location and figured it would be a smooth transition since its all Aspen Dental. Well, I was wrong. First off, I saw them once, had to re-do my x-rays, which was fine but I thought I was already going in for a cleaning...no I went in just for the first examination, as if I was a first time patient. Ok, no worries, I scheduled the cleaning which is what I was due in the first place...they canceled it about 4 times. Today, I had a doctors appt in Boston, which I had canceled and prioritized the dentist since they had always been canceling on me, I figure the dentist would be a priority. Well...they just called me about 6 hours prior to the appt and left a voicemail to tell me that the hygienist is not in today AGAIN and that they need to reschedule it. This is a total disrespect with patients time. I called back and they told me they only have ONE hygienist at that location. It literally doesnt matter how many there are, if they cannot schedule it, its fine, I would understand and try to come in at another time and make it work, but to call and cancel months on a roll is just beyond unprofessional. I do not recommend this location and will be driving 40 min so I can get my cleaning done in Fall River.

My roommate who has been a patient there for at least 16 months was on the phone this morning speaking with Matt. I just so happened to hear the conversation. I have to say Matt has to be the most rude ignorant person Ive ever heard. The way he spoke to my roommate was extremely unprofessional. What happened to customer service? He shouldnt be in that position at Aspen Dental. If a patient has to cancel once or 6 times a year thats their business. For Matt to say we arent going to take you back as a patient was very unprofessional.

This is the worst experience that I have had , I went in for the first time for a free annual dental cleaning , and checked with them multiple times if they are part of my dental insurance Ppo network . They said yes and booked the appointment. After I went in they did the routine dental X-rays and scans and doctors spoke to me . I had no problems and no cavity .The doctor suggested some type of cleaning and asked to schedule a subsequent appointment for the same . When I met up with the receptionist , she gave me a big estimation close to $300 (out of pocket charges) for a dental cleanup when I had no issues at all . I asked her if they can do just the annual free dental cleanup which is part of my dental insurance plan , they refuse to do so . This is the worst experience ever ,they just want to take additional money even when not required and clearly refuse to perform any regular services covered as part of insurance .Never go to this place , they trick you and make you pay unnecessary charges .

I went to Aspen Dental for the first time today and was very pleased with the treatment I received. I had x-rays and a temporary crown. Dr. Mathew was my dentist and she was professional and very informative. Lexi was my dental assistant and she was terrific. She explained every step of the procedure and was fast and very efficient. Previously I had a crown done elsewhere and this was a very different experience in a much more positive way.

I have been pleasantly happy with both my experiences with Aspen Dental, the staff and Doctor Williams. Both instances were an emergency visit in which they got me in immediately and fit me in to come back that day to have the problem resolved. Dr Williams was so quick; courteous and thorough and very good with communicating what was needed at the time and for the future. The staff was so eager to help and keep your mind at ease about anything they were going to be helping with. The financial lady was very friendly and eager to help with all possibilities of payment. I had a very great experience. I have had many dentist in the past but I will continue to go to Aspen and I definitely want to keep Doctor Williams as my dentist. Thank you to the team.

I was dealing with the Attleboro, MA facility but then they couldnt give me an appointment that fits my needs so I had to go to Denham and then it got rescheduled to Brockton. Then I wasnt getting any of my information via phone they had two phone numbers in the system and I gave Aspen the only one phone number to use, I tried three times with three different people to straighten this out and still the day of my appointment it went to the wrong phone number, my ex-wife in Florida had a text me why do I keep getting these texts, luckily we are on speaking terms because if we werent I would have never have gotten the messages and never made it to the appointment. Im very disappointed that this wasnt an easy fix.

I had to unfortunately have 4 teeth pulled. Anyone who has a tooth pulled knows it is not enjoyable. Dr. Mathew and her assistant Cheryl were more than up to the job. Not only did they extract my teeth in less than 20 minutes, but I also have zero pain from the post OP. Gentle but also to the point. I would reccomend Aspen in attleboro to anyone and everyone. I feel like I got played, just to charge my insuranceCalled one evening trying to be seen for something I considered to be an emergency.They didnt have any openings, so I made an appointment for the next day, after Id explained to the woman the night before what I needed done I thought I would get the work done when I arrived for my appt, but instead they sent me thru the assessment, x rays and all that good stuff to have me sit for another half hour to then show me how much all this potential work would cost, and then finally telling me that what I came in for couldnt be done because the traveling surgeon or whoever they use was not around. Which I thought they couldve told me from the beginning... they flim flam meWow!

No respect for someone time. Had a 9:30 emergency appointment. At 10:30 they took every single person before me and that came in after me and when I said something I was told sorry I had 2 emergencies. I had to wait a week in pain because of a new job which is why I couldn’t go until Saturday. Their excuse for the other angry people that has been waiting was sorry we have limited staff. Why are you taking multiple appointments then??!!!!!! I wasted an hour and would of been another hour easily with how they took everyone else. I also think they forgot about me because I heard her tell an angry man that she didn’t even know he was out there and she was so sorry. She “was working on something else that had been an emergency.” Seems to be their go to excuse. I understand things happen but no communication until patients are angry and they are told sorry limited staff or emergency. So I have to live longer with a broken tooth. Had been hoping to find a new dentist at Aspen. But no thanks. How they handle appointments speaks volumes as to what their practice must be like.....terrible.

I loved the experience, it was amazing! The doctor made me feel really hopeful I could fix my teeth in a way that no other dentist has done yet. BUT I Gave it only three stars because on the phone I was told they could work with me on the price and there was a sliding scale. But when I got to the office I was told they only had a 20% off coupon available. The total plan would still be several thousand dollars and I have to check elsewhere and I don’t want to.

It was not your your normal dental visit that everyone dreads. From day one Lexi the dental assistant put me at ease and took great care of me and explained everything clearly. Dr Mathew was so caring and gentle as she examined my teeth and didnt cause any pain which is great.Added to that rhe patient care co ordinator Laney explained the whole overall treatment plan clearly and professionally.Cant recommend them enough. Not ever going back to old dentist. Its Aspen all the way.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Made a new patient visit thinking it’s gonna be like every other time I’ve gone to the dentist i.e cleaning X-rays seeing the doctor. Nope! What I get is X-rays and 5 mins with the doctor. Now the dental assistant Cheryl was amazing! I loved her but when I got the estimate of the work I needed done my jaw hit the floor. They should make it clear in their website that a new patient check up does not include a cleaning. So thanks to them I have to wait a year before I see a new dentist. Never coming back again.

The place is terrible. My girlfriend was in pain for 2 hours sitting in the waiting room. Then when she finally talked to someone all they wanted to talk about was money. Nobody wants to talk about money for future work when they are in pain. Then they did not send the prescription to the pharmacy (antibiotics) for over an hour. Terrible

Went in for some severe tooth pain, the exam was free which was appreciated but I was told in no under terms I would need 3 root canals and 4 crowns totaling at $10,000. They offer little to no financial assistance and zero leeway as far as the procedure (wouldn’t let me just get one root canal or opt out of the crowns). They stressed that the procedure was urgent and I’d lose three teeth if I didn’t have it done immediately. Considering the bill would cost more than my car I sought a second opinion and was told I only needed one root canal and crowns were optional, the the two other teeth needing a root canal were just stained (not even cavities!!). I would never go back here, the scare tactics and up-selling makes this place feel like it’s built on scamming. If you come here ALWAYS get a second opinion

Aspen Dental provides good dental care. They helped me with a root canal that I needed when I didnt have dental insurance. They are upfront with cost, and fairly reasonable. Everyone I have interacted with is pleasant and helpful. I recommend their dental care.The only complaint I have against them is that I receive 3-4 calls and emails after each dental visit to rate my service. It is driving me crazy. Send me one survey and leave me alone, please.

Worst dentist ever. I have never been to a dentist where I am on the edge of tears from the pain during a procedure before coming to this dentist. During my first cleaning they said I had slight gingivitis, which I don’t believe is true as my previous dentist said my gums were irritated due to the way I sleep. this required ultrasonic drilling of my gums. They also said I needed 4 cavities filled, 2 of which they did so poorly that I couldn’t eat out of one side of my mouth for a month, and had to come back later and get replaced. 5 visits and $400 later, I will never be coming back here. Do not use this dentist, I urge you to go somewhere else.

The staff at this Aspen saw me on short notice, provided me with treatment that was professional, efficient and cordial. I have a great deal of confidence in their abilities, and look forward to completing my treatment plan there. A special shout-out to Dr. Mathew, Dental Assistant Lexi and another Dental Assistant who worked with me whose name I cant really remember (Kathia? Nara?). Went in to have a very painful abcess taken care of and all they wanted to do was pitch me other services I may need in the future. Even after I explained id discuss it at my next appointment as I was in a ton of pain and just wanted to be treated so I can leave they continued to aggressively try to book me other services. Very uncomfortable experience I definitely did not feel like I was in the care of a medical professional i felt it was more like trying to be sold a used car.

The main Dentist and her whole staff were very friendly and nice. Having said that I wasnt happy with the option they gave me. Im having pain on the whole bottom left side of my mouth, due to my wisdom tooth pushing/growing into a root canal and the rest of my teeth, pushing them all forward into each other causing a lot of pain. The dentist only gave me one option, to pull all 4 wisdom teeth at a whopping $3600.. Go F yourselves.. I should have the option of only pulling the 1 that is giving me trouble, but no... their money hungry mind set, just like the other Aspen Dental dentist who originally put in the root canal knowing Id have this trouble in the future, is disgusting (he pushed me into the root canal at $350 after I asked him 5-6 times to just pull the tooth at $50).. They should have the customers situation in mind, like me having no insurance but still trying to push me into the most expensive option, and be more accepting of the circumstances. Sorry to your whole staff, who again was very friendly and nice, but due to your greed I will never ever visit another Aspen Dental ever again. F You!

They were very nice. They were thorough with the scans and xrays. Not very thorough with explaining things to me. Telling me I have 4 cavities but neglected telling me that they cant be drilled and filled because they are under the gums. Reccomend pulling 3 wisdom teeth out that are okayI have only had 1 tooth out in my life at age 42, 1 wisdom tooth and am not trying to pull out all my teeth. Trying to save themRefused to help me floss a little bit. Very expensive also.

This has not been exactly what I was told. They made it all sound so easy but it was not. This process was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. From pinching and cutting the inside of my mouth to having to take impressions 3 times because someone didn’t know what they were doing. Being given wrong I information on several occasions
