First time Ive used Valvoline but I plan on going back. They were great, I didnt even have to get out of my car. They were quick, didnt try to sell me additional items and took care of getting things done. Its nice to try a new service and find a friendly, efficient place to do business in the future. I have been here for the first time and would be my last! The people here are very rude! They didnt check my tires! Didnt reset my oil light! Moreover he didnt present any of the offers he had for the first time customers! I was told to buy my own oil then go to valvoline and did exactly that. If you dont accept to use outside oils you could have told me and Id return the oil and purchase it from you. Being a first time customer Im not supposed to know what your rules and regulations are,however it is your job to host me and explain the packages and what you offer! If you dont know how to run a business Matt stay away. And keep priding yourself.

Very professional staff who went above and beyond to unseize the transmission dip stick in order to flush the transmission. Matt, the manager, explained everything without being condescending, which I appreciate. Joshua was polite, professional, and helpful from my call to schedule (No appointment necessary) until the process was done. (Under 30 mins).Austin was also polite, professional and did a great job. I would confidently recommend!!!

I usually get my oil done here. It’s convenient to stay in your car while they change your oil. The prices for a oil change are a little high but there are always $13 off coupons on the Valupak website. Be wary of suggestions on parts that need to be fixed. I was once told I needed a serpentine belt replacement because mine was worn and frayed, I had my personal mechanic look at the belt and was told it was in good shape. I used that belt for another two years before I eventually replaced it. Overall, valvoline express care is very convenient but beware of mechanics that may try to take advantage of your lack of car knowledge.

Good service and a quick oil change. They give you a free wash if you get your oil changed and they did a really good job of washing the car for a free wash.NOTE: This is not a Valvoline-owned location. I was not able to use a coupon I had, but they went ahead and matched it with a discount. Im not usually in the area, but I would definitely go back if I was in the area again and needed a quick service or wash.

So convenient! You dont have to get out of your car to get an oil change. They double check all the fluids and they make suggestions, instead of making you feel like you have to fix something right then and there.

My first time to a Valvoline. I have been to Jiffy Lube many times. Door number 1 and 2 had a car in the bay. Door number 3 the bay was open. Not knowing if there were enough service people to service all 3 bays I waited in the middle. I was the only car there. Car in bay 1, the service person was checking out clothes from the persons trunk. Im certain that the service person in bay 2 can see me waiting. After about 5 minutes a white truck pulls up in front of Bay 3. The service person from bay 2 opens the door to bay 3. I get out of my car to complain that I was waiting before white truck guy. I was intercepted in the parking lot by the owner, I later found out. He asked me if he could help me, I explained that I was there before the white truck. He asked me what he could do about it, and I said pull the white truck out and service my car. He wouldnt do that. My time is worth something. When I told him I would be complaining he said it wouldnt matter that he was the owner. So I would suggest that his employees stop goofing around, and greet and direct the customers. Second is improve the flow of traffic so first come first serve. Part of the idea of this type of service is speed, and in fact that was all I cared about.

Excellent and speedy service - highly recommended if you need to get fluids changed on the go and fast.

Usually my experience at Valvoline is good. But this time it wasnt. The person who called me in and took my payment was rude. He tried to make me feel bad over choosing the cheapest oil. They also claimed I was missing my skid plate but I kno for a fact it wasnt when I got there.
