Terrible stay, they treat you like you are a child. One time I was bringing my groceries in and accidentally blocked Lillys spot (I did not take longer than 5 minutes to move my car). After I moved my car, she came charging to me. Knocked on my car door window so hard, I am surprised she did not scratch my car door thats how aggressively she was knocking on my car window. She literally yelled at me in the most unprofessional way, I was quite surprised that someone in management was speaking to me like they wanted to fight me. It was so uncomfortable, I have severe PTSD and this person scared me because the way she banged on my car door I thought she was going to get violent with me. I know I made a mistake blocking her car but the aggression was unwarranted and put me in fear of my life. I really thought she was going to hit me, I could not stop crying after, it was awful. I am disabled and am to the point where I will be contacting the attorney generals office to report housing discrimination. This is completely unacceptable.

Maintenance guy is unprofessional, pretty sure he is an anti masker, often times wouldnt wear mask, Lilly management person is so unprofessional and confrontational its honestly scary.

Please reconsider living here, the new management is TERRIBLE. Lilly is a very unpleasant, rude person. I really wish the prior manager was here instead because she was so sweet, professional and made me feel comfortable living here. Unfortunately the prior manager left the end of 2020. Lilly is very unprofessional, I would ask a question and she would answer very rudely or wouldnt know the answer. I feel so uncomfortable going to get my mail because I am afraid I may run into her. I pay my rent on time and have no reason to be treated the way she treated me. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING, and I suggest you dont live here.

Apartments themselves are nice. New office manager isn’t very impressive. Hoping to see a little more communication from them in the near future.

Lived there from 2016 to 2018 and I loved it. Very clean and quite. My apartment was brand new so that made it even better.

Today is the first day I have ever written a recommendation for an Apartment building. I just moved to Massachusetts from Florida, and I am surprised to say that this is a great place to live.... except for the cold weather, but I wont fault them for that.

Clean, quiet, friendly building.. with nice bars, restaurants, walking path, parks and train all just out the front door!

It was awful the first thing they ask is how much money do make they do not know me I didnt even look at place and other words do not waste my time if you do not have the money I looked at alot of places and know one ever said that to me that is bad customer sevice
