Working with Jamie and all of the guys, was a very easy and seamless process. They made our pool very stress free and we have absolutely no complaints. If I could rate ZERO stars... I would. Our experience with Advanced Pools has been AWFUL from start to finish. This will be a long recap and if you take the time to read it great. But if not just know Jamie is arrogant, unorganized, and unethical. When you spend $65,000 on something you’d expect a certain level of care but you won’t get that from Jamie at Advanced Pools… We are out an additional $3,500 hiring our own Landscaping Company to fix what Jamie did in our yard. He told us and I quote “I’m paying $2,000 towards the cause and I’m done. So you may accept it or not.”We signed our contract with Jamie in January 2020 for a start date of April 29th 2020. When we originally spoke with Jamie he told us with a fiberglass pool it should take 3-6 weeks, 6 weeks being worst case scenario. Ours took 9 weeks to completion of the pool. Then after our yard and pool flooded because Jamie did not put our pool at the correct elevation, retaining wall, or drainage system it was an additional 6 weeks. He came out and dug a giant DITCH running through my yard and when it washed out a 2-3 foot opening under my fence his solution was just to pile a bunch of rocks at the bottom. This giant ditch is not appealing and the rocks are not a permanent solution as my dogs have dug them down again and the rain continues to wash it out. We have now hired our own Landscaping Company to come fix it costing us an additional $3,500.Other problems with our job was that our stone coping was delivered incorrectly 3 times. He never gave us options for anything regarding rails or ladders prior to job, we decided on different ones than his builder grade options and those were delivered wrong. He never talked to us about placement of lights until the day of install or discussed colors of skimmers/drains until he needed that decision right then. Our concrete was poured by two different cement trucks with different washes so then half the patio had to be busted up and repoured again to which they still don’t match. Then they didn’t measure correctly on where the concrete was and tried to charge us for the additional cement. Needless to say there was an issue weekly and I am sure I am probably forgetting some stuff.The only good thing about Advanced Pools was Pablo that works with him. We wanted to support local in Atoka and sure wish we hadn’t. DON’T BUY WITH ADVANCED POOLS if you want a quality product and exceptional care.

Advanced Pools installed our in ground pool in 2018. They were very helpful with the design and with timely communications. Since then they have done our weekly pool maintenance. We keep our pool open year round. They never miss their maintenance times. We absolutely love our pool and even enjoy it even during the cool months when we don’t swim. Our pool has a waterfall feature which really adds to the experience. They are very helpful when I have questions or need something. I wish we had installed our pool years earlier. I would highly recommend them for new pool install or routine maintenance.

We had a pool installed by Advanced Pools in the fall and they were great to work with. We had the option to go with two other pool companies but chose Advance because they were local. We feel it was a good choice. Jamie and Pablo were both very professional and it became obvious they cared about assuring the pool was installed correctly. The final pool looks great. Jamie, the owner, was involved throughout the process and would regularly visit the site to assure everything was progressing and being installed properly. Its obvious he really cares about producing a great pool for his customers. Even after the pool was completed and final payments were made, Jamie has called several times to ask if we were experiencing any issues. That kind of professionalism is hard to find nowadays. If you are in the market for a pool, I highly recommend Advanced Pools.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about Advanced Pools, Inc. Jamie was a great consultant and designer. Extremely knowledgeable, no high-pressure at all, and he gave some good advice on how to spend money with upgrades. Their scheduling department was on-point. Their attention to detail during the design, permitting and construction process is one of the best we have experienced. I truly felt their commitment to excellence in everything they did and their team was super professional managing the entire process. Throughout the entire project, we were kept abreast of each step. The sub-contractors were never late, always cleaned up, and were respectful of our property. Also, after every step our construction supervisor Pablo stopped by to confirm the step was completed and to our satisfaction. My family has loved the pool so far, and we know it was worth every single penny. Like I said, nothing but wonderful things to say about Jamie and his team. Advances Pools, Inc did exceptional work for us.

I called on a Monday this week to get a quote to redo the surface in our pool. Lady took my number and has since done nothing with it. It’s Friday afternoon and after calling twice this week, she’s been so busy that she can’t pass my number onto whoever has the ability to call me and schedule an appointment for a quote. A full work week!?!?! This is after I’ve had one of the owners standing in my yard, on my pool deck, doing the pool inspection 3 years ago and quoting me what it would be to get what I want done. The level of inefficiency of this place is only matched by politicians and the federal government. Every time I’ve called it’s like hearing that one friend that says they can’t do anything because they are just sooooo busy and always busy, when you’re at their front door knocking watching them do meth on the phone with you. Some friend right? Same with this business.

This company does a great job maintaining my pool year round. They never miss a scheduled visit and are pro-active in letting me know if there are issues with the motor, etc. I highly recommend them.

Several years ago I had Advanced Pools build a custom Gunite pool for my backyard. I was very pleased with everything about the process and dealing with Advanced Pools from the initial consultation, discussing the design of the pool, the construction of the pool, and subsequent biweekly maintenance of the pool. Every aspect of the build was on time. The quality of the workmanship is great and I was very pleased with the outcome of my beautiful pool.Several years later I created Collierville Canine club, an exclusive dog boarding and daycare facility in Collierville. I wanted to incorporate a beautiful inground dog pool. I contacted Advanced Pools to get a bid and to discuss the build. This was very complicated because we did the construction of this commercial pool in conjunction with a commercial building in Collierville. Again I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the owner and staff and the build. I have a gorgeous saltwater pool for dogs and it is the only one in the state of Tennessee. I am the owner of TWO pools built by Advanced Pools. I am pleased with every aspect of communicating with Advanced Pools. I have received two beautiful swimming pools that I enjoy and my dog clients enjoy very much!

Best pool service in the Memphis area. Ive been calling on them to service my pool since I moved into my parents old home in 2014, and theyve always done a great job. In the busy months, sometimes Ive had to wait an extra day or two for service, but its always been reasonable, and if theyre as good to everyone as they are to me, no wonder they get busy. Everyone Ive talked to has been friendly, willing to help and to explain, and just wonderful to work with. Theyve done both major and minor repairs and services, all quite affordable. Definitely will be calling them for as long as I have a pool.

There are very few businesses I have worked with that I can recommend as highly as this one. Jamie and his staff are kind, hard-working, and careful. Mother Nature threw a few delays into our pool construction, but Advanced Pools kept the lines of communication wide open, so we never felt in the dark. Our pool is gorgeous, and for the first time since we moved in 5 years ago, we love our back yard. I can’t imagine there is anyone else in the area who does a better job. We will continue to recommend Advanced Pools to all of our friends.

Advanced Pools is a great company!! They installed our new pool in September 2017. They were professional, courteous and most helpful as we are first time pool owners. They took the time to explain what they were doing and as well as all the chemicals that would be needed to maintain water clarity. Our pool looks awesome and we could not be more pleased!!!!! We had a pool with a hot tub that spilled into it. We had previously always ran the pool year round and didn’t need a cover. However we need to travel more in the winter and needed a special cover solution. Advanced came up with a clever solution and executed it flawlessly. It impressed me that their associates were US citizens and we could communicate with them. They had installed a new pool at our next door neighbors home. The professional approach they used to put in their pool told me they were the folks we need to use going forward. We had asked another company several times this summer for a quote and they never responded. With Advanced it was simple site evaluation, quick proposal, reasonable material delivery time and quality installation. We have found our long term pool partners.

Advanced Pools put our pool in Aug 2016 and I couldnt be more pleased. From the time we got our estimate until the very end and even now we have always gotten wonderful customer service. If we have any questions, being new pool owners, their staff is always willing to help and even come out to the house to make everything is ok. I would recommend them to anyone!

We have just had Advanced Pools install a safety cover for our backyard pool - They were not only the best price from several that we investigated, but they were by far the most professional and most prepared of any company. From the initial visit for estimates and measurements to the visit for final measurements, to the actual installation, every person with the company was professional, polite, knowledgable, and personable. They were very easy to contact either by phone or by email, very responsive to questions, and we are very pleased with our purchase from this company.... we look forward to doing business with them in the future with pool openings and closings!

If you need a new pool, liner, or someone to service your pool, you need to call Sean and the folks at Advanced Pools. They really did an excellent job changing out my liner and their service was top notch . I priced the job out with several companies but nobody took the time to explain and really tell you the details like advanced pools. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

We had an in ground pool installed in August 2018. They explained the whole process and gave a reasonable estimate. They started and ended when they said. The price was as quoted. We asked for extra concrete and it was a very reasonable little bit more. No surprises. Very nice,professional, fast and skilled. Jamie and Beto could not possibly be any more helpful, we and our neighbors are very impressed with Advanced Pools. Beautiful job, they do not cut corners or cheap out on small things, the pool system is powerful and impressive. They make sure that you know what you need to do, and check with you afterwards to make sure all is working out for you. We are using them for routine maintenance and we dont have to do anything but enjoy our pool. We could not be happier!
