Every time I go in, I always get the same guy and he is fantastic! We don’t talk, but he’s gets the job done. I have never broken a nail, never smudged any and if they do smudge while still in the store, they do fix it. Honestly just an amazingly talented group of people :)

Very little wait time. Staff are friendly and helpful if you are indecisive. Definitely will return.Update: I returned 😉 I still love this place. This is officially my new nail place. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend 👌

Worst Salon I’ve Ever Been To.I came here a few months back and got a full set, and within a day of having them a nail broke right at the tip. I came back and got it fixed then the next day 2 more broke. I stayed away for a while but decided to come back today for a pedicure and I waited for 45 mins in the waiting area to be brought back. I even got skipped. I sat in the chair for another hour and the water got cold. Nobody helped me. I ended up walking out. Never will I be back. Very poor professionalism and customer service.

They get you in and out like cattle, they dont speak with you, but they do a good job.

Since COVID I have been working from home. The mail shop I was going to was in Germantown and too far of a drive. I was weary to try local nail shops in Atoka because the few times I’ve gone the quality nor service were there. I decided to read a few reviews and give it one more shot - I specifically asked for Duc since that’s who had the most positive reviews and woahhhhh he did NOT disappoint! I’ve now had my dip nails on for almost 3 weeks and they’re in great condition still. He communicated well and did an excellent job! I have found a new local nail shop for me as long as Duc is there!! 😊

Great service. Duc does a great job and price is reasonable! $25 for gel nails.

I came here from out of town to remove a previous full set that I didn’t like from a different salon. My nail tech Duc was very helpful In getting my previous set removed and giving me French tip for a great price. If I ever visit again I’ll make sure to drop by to get my nails done here because I loved it!

It is a great place to go get a manicure and pedicure. I would go somewhere else to get a full set. Although my full set was beautiful it only lasted a day before they broke off. I had to go back three separate times to get it fixed. It cost five dollars each time. The last time I went and they broke I had to go somewhere else. They told me that although they were beautiful they were filed too thin as well as they were not done for long term wear. I noticed the last time I went to them, all the patrons were getting a manicure, pedicure or both. Very nice people. Call before going!!!! Very busy!!!!!

First of all the man that did my nails could not properly do my nails because he was watching everyone else. Second he didn’t file my nails after applying the final top coat. I had to ask him to fix one of my nails. I had to file the rough edges myself. The massage part was terrible. He basically put lotion on my arms. The cost was 10.00 more than T nails in millington. I only went because they were recommended. I will never go again.Teresa Q

Derrick has taken care of my nails for almost 6 years & never disappoints. He moved to this location last May, so I followed him. Nam, the owner, is really nice & they always give discounts for paying with cash or also if you have a coupon you can get from the Kroger receipt. Vivian has been waxing my eyebrows since I started coming to Queen Spa Nails & I’m very pleased. come check them out! Friday nights are usually very busy - just a heads up.

This place is great for getting manicures and pedicures. Do not get false nails will break the same or the next day. I had to get my nails redone twice in one week.

Best pedicure I have had since moving to Tennessee 17 months ago! Son took his time and also helped relieve some pain I was having. This will be my pedicure place!

I went in for a full set, pedicure and a wax. The full set and the wax were phenomenal I could not ask for better! Great attitudes and made sure I was happy with what I was getting! The pedicure on the other had the Woman was so rude and had an attitude the entire time! Gave ugly looks and wasn’t even trying to pretend that she cared..

My sister and i sat it the chair for an hour a piece before they even started doing our nails. He was very forceful and our fingers where very sore the next day. He did not take his time on either of us; we had glue and acrylic stuck to the skin of our fingers. Pulling it off was very difficult as it caused breakage of our skin and hangnails. Not to mention our nails look awful and it was a crappy experience. Will NOT be going back!

The lady that did my nails today took much care and pride in her work!! Ive been there half a dozen times, and always been pleased. Today was superior. I rarely give reviews unless it is to praise (5 *) or complain (1*)... They messed up my acrylics a month ago, and I went back in, and they completely re-did my nails no problem no charge!! Cant say enough good about this place!!!

I go here every time. Never have had a bad experience. It can be a bit of wait when they are busy, but where is there not a wait when somewhere is busy? They have always been nice and thorough and never made a mistake on what I wanted.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I came in before my wedding to get a simple manicure and pedicure. The tech left me in the chair for nearly 20 minutes before doing my pedicure. They were not even busy. He was obviously frustrated with the nail polish I brought in because he kept messing up on my toes. This was a brand new bottle of Sally Hanson Miracle Gel polish. It is a moderately thick gel that doesnt require a light to dry so you can apply it at home. I had used it the week before to test the color and LOVED the ease of application - great product! When the same tech finally got done with my feet and did the nails he put thinner in my new nail polish without asking! This made the polish brittle and so thin that it was patchy even after the second coat. The polish is ruined. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I asked them to pay for the polish and they refused. I was no bridezilla, but this place is not dependable. My nails and cuticles looked unfinished and awful. I do a better job myself. Go here if you want shoddy service for high prices.

They werent even busy. My and my sister went. They didnt even do them right and they fell off legit 3 days after. Worst experience ever. Wont be coming back

So Ive been to this Nail Shop in the last 2 months twice. They have a nice shop in a good location and everything BUT........ The way they do nails and pedicures are terrible. The first time I went there to get my nails and toes done and I had heard they were good but when I got done I wasnt impressed I went on and paid because I was kinda in a rush and didnt want to make a big deal because I could deal with it. But the next day or two my nails started to come up the polish became dual and my pedicure sucked major. I wanted to give them another chance so I went back a second time and same results.... Shame on me right. Like I said they have a nice shop in a nice location and customer service is great but as for quality NOOOOOOOO I WONT GO BACK.

Good experience got there early and six people where standing outside waiting. However, their were several techs available so I got serviced right away.

Be sure you get what you ask for....wanted gel...got acrylic ..so sucked. The shape is off. If I had have had time I would have had them removed. Will not be going back.

Do great job on nails, but wait time sucks. They rush around from one person to the next and you dont really get personal care.

I really wish there was a zero star rating considering they left me in a chair waiting for an hour which I always expect because it was busy. So I waited. No problem. I got my toes done by the sweetest woman and she actually talked to me. I then went to get my nails done by a man who wasnt friendly, didnt speak to me at all, and was so distracted by something else he actually did my nails completely wrong which caused them to last all of 2 days before they started peeling and chipping. I paid $70 for both and I honestly didnt feel like it was worth $25. I wont recommend people or come back. If anything Im spreading the word. You cant handle service like that and think its ok. Fyi they know its a certain way to apply the gel nails. But he ended up over coating and not doing it in the right order because every 5 minutes he was doing another womans nails with mine! Which is rude by the way! So of course you got backwards. Very disappointing !
