No attempt to deliver on 9/24, pay $5.99 to get it redirected to access point. Says on 9/27 its here. I go to pick it up, evidently, if you get the notification after 12:00 pm, its not here on the day its delivered (despite your notification and everything saying it is), and it would be there on the next day. Evidently, everything in this city runs on Atlantic City time. UPS please fix your system. 3 days late, whats another day right?

The customer service was phenomenal. I went 3 times in a week because I didnt know this service was available and each time there was a different person I talked to and everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work...
