I noticed the good reviews were from a year ago , high-end prices for low quality service. Except for Sedat, great massage!. Youre spending $65 for a pedicure I would expect a foot massage did not get one I get same pedicure with a massage for $15 $20 in my town. The facial was ok they slap some cream on & charge $150, again barely anything at least do a neck massage like most do when getting a facial. The colorist was snobby how much of a tip do you expect I do the same color on myself for $6 she now made me never come back & will gladly go to Caesars Tropicana or Borgata

Please Please Please, reopen this spa I miss it and loved it, I traveled all the way from Long Island NY to go enjoy the day of relaxation.

This salon is wonderful. My wife and I make it a point to visit 3-4 times a year and get the 80 minute hot stone couples massages. Our masseuses Sadat and Missy are the best. We always request them! They are super attentive to any areas of concern and always are excited to catch up with us before the massages. If you want to feel rejuvenated before gambling or hitting the pool I can’t recommend this spa and these two masseuses any higher!

I went to The Red Door Spa as a part of birthday weekend celebration. This was was my first spa experience, so I didnt go overboard and booked a mini-massage. Let me tell you...I WISH I would have booked a full body massage because it was wonderful. Bernadette was amazing. By the end of the massage, I was almost asleep from being so much more relaxed than how I arrived. It was a great first experience. Ill definitely be back for another visit.

Great day at the spa. The only thing I would suggest, is that the jacuzzi be alittle warmer. It was actually too cool for me.My massage therapist was excellent.

We got a couple massage with our 2 favorite techs, Mary & Louis. They are excellent with the most wonderful personalities. They intuitively know where we need extra work & just how much to apply...not too little but not too much. The Red Door Never disappoints & is our much-anticipated guilty pleasure. We love it there!!!

My groups first visit to a spa. Staff was very accommodating. Although hot tub was out of service, they offered us free guest passes to the pool and gave us all day access to their locker room - which was posh and comfortable. In addition, they let us have access to a private sitting area to enjoy a few celebratory snacks that we had brought with us. The Revitalizing salt scrub and wrap with massage was indulgent and attendant was very receptive to my needs and questions. We will definitely visit again.

A great spa experience! My two technicians were Kristin (pedicure) and Brenda (body scrub and massage) and they were absolutely wonderful. They answered all of my questions, gave me skin care tips and made me feel more relaxed than I did when I arrived. The spas amenities were fantastic, the attention to detail and design in the atmosphere help you surrender into complete relaxation. I left feeling like a completely new person. This spa made me not only put my phone down but completely forget about it. The services are affordable whether you’re on a budget or looking to splurge. Definitely an experience that will make your visit to Atlantic City memorable.

I would rate this spa and my massage with zero stars. I was expecting nothing less than 5 stars given that it is a Red Door Salon & Spa, so the disappointment came as a surprise. The jacuzzi was out of service and based on reviews this had been the case for over a year. The steam room was also inoperable. When I went into my massage, I thought it would be a pleasant experience, but it wasnt. 1. The music that played was not soothing. 2. The massage started with my feet, which I have never experienced and after touching my feet proceeded to my neck and back.3. The technician sprayed a substance on my skin in addition to applying oil. I have no idea what was in the spray bottle and after speaking with my friends, who also received treatments, they were never sprayed with anything.4. The technician scratched my back. I thought she might have and it was confirmed the next day by my husband. The scratch is all the way across my upper back.5. The technician had practically poured oil and something from the spray bottle on the back of my legs and did not massage it in. She let it sit before having me roll over.6. There was absolutely no pressure with my massage and it wasnt relaxing. I found myself questioning what the heck she was doing!7. I am now home and my skin is extremely irritated (never irritated from massages at other spas), the cut is also irritated along with the skin surrounding it.

Everything about my experience at MYND was exceptional! This was my second time getting a massage there and I could not be more thrilled. I got the prenatal massage as I am 6 months pregnant, and Sedat was so incredibly respectful and made me at ease. Unfortunately I was not able to use most of the amenities this time, however, from my past experience it was superb!

Everyone at Mynd is super friendly and attentive. I had a terrific mani with Mia! Id never had gels before and she did a fantastic job. Neat, shiny, and she was really sweet and enjoyable to chat with. I loved the color she was wearing so much that I asked for it. Alexa was also fun; and she gave me a great smoky eye and some tips on how to make it work at home (which is so important because Im terrible at it, lol). Both Mia and Alexa were great-and Ill certainly request them for my future services! I didnt have time to use the sauna, Jacuzzi, or other amenities, but I will next time.

While vacationing in AC I hurt my back. My brother arranged for me to get a massage (I owe him). The atmosphere was wonderful and the staff was great. Deidre was very attentive and focused on the problem I was having with my back. Like a miracle the excruciating pain was gone later in the day. Deidre gave me advice which has been helpful and introduced me to the destress gel for muscle pain that I purchased. I was glad I did as it does really work and smells great too! Thanks all the way around! I’d highly recommend the Red Door Salon and Spa!

My entire experience was amazing! My masseuse took great care of me and I left the spa feeling brand new! I loved the fact that I was able to use the facility for the entire day even after the service that I had!

My visit to The Red Door Spa at Harrahs in Atlantic City was wonderful. I had a Swedish Massage that is a classic stress-relieving, medium pressure massage. Varied strokes of gliding and kneading to promote circulation and an overall sense of well being is exactly what I got just the way I like it. Time was spent in the Spa relaxing in hot tub, sauna, and steam room. I highly recommend paying it a visit. My Massage Therapist was Bernadette.

Great experience for our anniversary. Booked a couples massage. Only down side was the separation on the jacuzzi men and women each had their own area. Other than that we really enjoyed it.

Truly an amazing experience. If you are going to get a massage, ask for Mary, she gives heavenly massages. For manicures/pedicures, ask for Kristen, most amazing work and gives the best foot massages, even for ticklish feet. Keep up the great work.

Jacuzzi tub was not working, freezing cold. Would have been nice to know that before I got there, was looking forward to it. No validated parking, and no one offered me any compensation for the broken jacuzzi, just the pedicurist who offered me free paraffin. Spent 500 dollars- disgraceful. Have lost a loyal customer.

I liked the furnishings and the comfortable couches, the Jacuzzi (although it was out of order during my visit), the amazing hands of the massage therapists (Missy had the magic touch! I woke up not knowing what day it was!) The place was very clean. The shower and overall bathroom area was spacious and very clean. Hairdryer could be replaced. The tea selection was great. I would have like to see better snack selections.

Heres a tip: when booking the salon......ask for a newly hired technician, it will be 30-40% cheaper.My sister and I went together, (we both had $150 gift cards, and had been to Red door numerous times for massages, and was very happy with the service and price) got the same service (root touch up and blow dry)....her total was $90, mine was $135, I was told because my technician was there longer than the one my sister had, I was very dissatisfied and reached out to corporate, they had the assistant manager contact me and she was adamant about sending me a little something to make it right (after I told her I wasnt looking for any compensation, I just wanted to vent and let someone know that I wasnt happy with the experience)....a couple of days later I received a letter with a coupon for $25 off a $125 service.......lol, come spend more $$$ no thanks !!

Beautiful amenities, Excellent spa service, kind and friendly staff, exceptionally clean. Highly recommend. There is only limited ability to spend time with my husband; there is a co-ed lounge but all other amenities are within the gender specific locker-room areas. Great for a girls day/weekend.

I had the BEST facial done by Maddie. She made me feel so comfortable, and relaxed. She was extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. Her care didnt stop when the facial was over either. She recommended a complete line of skincare for my needs, and has completely transformed my skin. It hasnt looked this good since I was a teenager!!

I’ve had the hydrating wrap, on another occasion a massage and I always go to Cyndi for a Brazilian. All the therapists are highly professional and have many years of experience. I love this place!

Mia was a fantastic therapist! I get weekly massages and was very impressed with Mia’s knowledge and intuitive touch. She tailored the 80 minute deep tissue to my specific needs and it was amazing :) The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the music in the massage room was pretty bad. It sounded like elevator music from the 80’s that should never be played again! Mia and I simply turned it off, problem solved. But they could stand for a music upgrade, for sure...

The massage was great but unfortunately I got a massage room where all you heard was the bass from the music at the pool. It definitely was not as relaxing as it should have been.

Had a great massage than everything went downhill. I have been to the spa several times and at such a salon you feel you should be receiving top of the line service in return of the premium rates you are paying. After finally enjoying a fabulous massage. I stood close to 15 minutes surrounded by other customers to make sure I was authorized to charge the session to my room . It was humiliating and the stress just came right back. For months the plunge pool did not work and when on the previous visit it finally did I was told it was not available because the lifeguard, and may I point out this was close to noon, shut it down for a chemical treatment. Why in Gods name this wasnt addressed before the start of business I have no idea.I have been to the Spa at Hard Rock and the experience was fabulous. I will be spending my time and my money there where repeat customers are treated with much more respect.

Lately it seems as though the spa at Harrahs is not being maintained as well as you would think a Elizabeth Arden Red Door should be. Although a beautiful Spa because right across the hall is the gorgeous indoor pool enclosed in a glass Dome. But the spa itself has had a few issues that still have not been addressed. When I was there in February a pipe had broke and the spa was closed. Recently when I was there about 3 weeks ago early August the rather large Jacuzzi pool was not working. That is a feature many people look forward to using because it is so big and so nicely secluded. I enjoy a full-on massage or facial and then use of all the amenities has to offer, if something is not working it takes away from the experience. Red Door is a rather pricey Spa and she not have things in operating condition it does feel like you are getting taken advantage of. When the pipe broke they did give me a coupon for 25% off but this last time when the jacuzzi was not available to use they did not offer any compensation. There are many hotel spas that offer a full menu of services that are equally as nice but the prices are more reasonable because you dont have the Elizabeth Arden name in front of it. My suggestion is to look around if you are staying in Atlantic City and ask to see there Spa.

Excellent experience! My husband and I stopped in to make mani/pedi appointments. They were able to accommodate both of us the same day. It was a heavenly experience! Professional and relaxing, beautiful nails and soft, energized feet and hands. The warm, aromatherapy, neck pillow was so fantastic, we want one for home. All-in-all a wonderful experience and reasonably priced. If we are at Harrah’s again, we’ll go back and be sure to spend some time enjoying the other spa amenities.

It was my birthday weekend. Myself and some girlfriends booked and loved every minute of it. My therapist was Luis. He was wonderful, very professional and made me feel comfortable. Wish I couldve stayed longer. Overall awesome place.

This was my first time visiting and my experience was wonderful! From the friendly and attentive staff to my masseuse Emily I was very pleased with everything. The space was relaxing and I liked that I had access to the hot tub and sauna as well. I will definitely go back for another treatment in the future!

I came here over the summer for an overpriced pedicure that I was rushed out of cause it was closing time and the pedi chipped the next day. I got an email survey asking about the service and I explained how bad it was. The manager called and told me she would send me a $25 coupon for the next time I was here to give the pedi another shot which I thought was fair. The coupon comes in the mail and it’s $25 off $150, not just $25 off! Fast forward to this year where I call to book a blow out and was told it’s $40. Brianne did the blow out and she was great, but when I go to pay I’m told it’s $55. I show them the website where it says $40 and was told that’s only for “low level techs”. The woman at the register was apparently the one I spoke with over the phone while booking and she simply didn’t remember telling me that price. I asked why the $40 price was not explained on their website and they just stared me at like I had 10 heads. Why do I feel like I’m always getting hustled at a mediocre salon???

If your looking for a place to treat yourself to an escape from the fast pace of life if even for a few wonderful hours? This is it! I will be back! Thank you Mia... my nails have never looked so pretty!

Sedat was a consummate professional. I didn’t want the typical relaxation massage. I needed my back muscles worked out & a good stretching overall. His masterful Hands knew exactly the right pressure & pace to use. Very easy to communicate needs, yet still able to relax & enjoy the experience. I highly recommend Sedat to anyone who wants a skilled therapist. The spa itself is conducive to relaxing.A big thank you to Inez who works inside the spa. She saw to it that I was familiar with all of the amenities as well as the basics of dressing area, showers etc. I had wonderful conversation with her after my treatment. She’s a great asset to the staff, a high level of interest, care & concern. Not a quality you see often. I will definitely return next time I’m in AC.

The receptionist is a joke. I came here back in May, and immediately remembered how that lady made me feel. I was looking for bath soaps because I wanted to take a bubble bath. I understand this is a luxury brand. She acted like I wouldnt pay for a 20$ soaking salt this is 20$ idk why people are still assuming.

Had a Mother daughter and daughter-in-law day at Mynd Spa in Harrahs AC, I recommend you get a chance to check it out, I am sure you will have a great experience. We did.

Every time I visit Atlantic City , which is at least 5 time a year, I schedule a message with PEACE. She is the most calming, gentle and profession massage therapist I have ever met. I am no spring chicken. I have had many messages over the years. Until I had a message with Peace I did not know how relaxing it could be.*********

HUGE fan of Red Door spa. I’ve been to the one in Phoenix & in AC, and have had an amazing experience both times. I’ve yet to go to a more beautiful spa than red door, and the service I received each time was exceptional. Can’t wait to go back!

This was my second time here. Loved the amenities and being able to use the spa all day. My masseuse was great. Only downside was lack of staff in the back room when I first arrived and was left waiting for someone to show up. Other than that, great experience.

Please get the jacuzzi fixed. Red Door is one of the reasons my mother and I visit Harrahs. There have been issues with the jacuzzi there for quite some time. Please fix soon because I really enjoy it there and everyone is so pleasant.

I’ve been to many Red Doors, but this by far is my favorite. It’s big, relaxing, comfortable and has great service providers. Facials are incredible here.

My newlywed wife and I were treated like a king and queen. The massage was out of this world, and the extra amenities are incredible! We will deffinetly be back. The only reason I gave it a 4 star and not 5 is because the Jacuzzi is down for maintenance.

Walked in from the pool at Harrahs on a Sunday morning to make an appointment. The front desk woman that I spoke with was rude and had a very cold, cant be bothered mannerism. She was not welcoming at all. There were no appointments available for the rest of the day (only 30 min slots and I was looking for an hour massage). I ended up making an appointment for the following morning and requested a therapist that does a deep tissue type of massage. When I went back the next morning for my appointment, the front desk staff was forgettable but the locker room attendant was so friendly and welcoming. Rove was plush and clean, locker room was quiet and clean. The massage itself from Luis, was actually great. I have a set of bricks for traps and at home I get regular massage therapy. He did some techniques that were new to me and helped loosen the muscles a bit. I was not able to use the amenities of the locker room because I had to catch a flight out, so the attendant gave me a day pass so I can use the spa itself during a future visit. Very, very, very disappointed in the front desk service however. I found on my bill after leaving that I was charged an additional $35 to the $140 massage because there was a deep tissue & distress gel used during the service, which I was not informed of. I thought the therapist was using the standard lotion because not one person mentioned, hey, just FYI, the therapist will use a gel, which is an added fee. This would have been fine if I was at least informed and given the option. I called the spa when I noticed this on my receipt after leaving (I thought I was being charged for buying a product to bring home!) and was told a manager would return my call. That was over a month ago. Im still waiting for that call to be returned. That said, next time I want a massage in Atlantic City, Id go to Caesars instead of back to Harrahs Red Door. Otherwise, Ill stick to my local Red Door where they greet you with a smile, communicate with you regarding the services offered, and the manager will actually follow up.

Everyone needs to see Louis at Red Door Spa. He is Thai trained and will give you an experience that is not replicated anywhere. If you enjoy hot stone, he is the best.

When I go to Harrahs in Atlantic City, I always go to Red Door Spa. I been going there for the pass 3 years. They have Professional and friendly staff at Red Door Spa with exceptional masseurs. My favorite is Mr. Sedat his knowledge and professionalism are always be young my expectations. When I am stress, I tent to get Knots in my right shoulder. My results has been phenomenal when I walk out of spa, I feel brand new. Thank You Mr. Sedat for your continues professionalism, you are the best !

Katie is amazing. I am not from the area but frequent the Red Door location near my home. I was nervous seeing someone new from waxing service (I was traveling and in a pinch), but Katie was absolutely amazing. I will be sure to see her again the next time I am in Atlantic City.

Sorry, but something always seems to be wrong here. 3 stars might be a little generous. The mens side of the spa either has a broken hot tub, cockaroachs near the food they put out, or a flood by the spa. I suppose the front desk staff try, but it doesnt make up for the crappie mens spa
