Terrible experience!Island Pool installed new pool - Basically just a bunch of different subs showing up without any sign of RD the owner except only to collect his payments/draws prior to agreed completion progress.We also discovered a leak within 3 months of completion. He sent out a leak repair person and supposedly fixed the leak. But later we realized it was still leaking after a few months, but since it was now 13 months after completion RD refused to honor warranty, even though it was the same/exact/original leak we reported 3 months after completion.He also said we dont cover leaks due to cold weather!.It a shame he cant even warranty his brand new pool for more than 12 months. Very disappointed, Island Pools doesnt follow up or guarantee their work or do the right thing.Neighbors and friends have since had their pools built by other companies and were very thankful for my non-recommendation.Just posting to hopefully prevent others from having a bad experience like we had.
