Today I visited CubeSmart at its Atlantic Beach location to formalize the lease of the unit that I had reserved about one week ago and I was greatly impressed by the customer service shown to me. The person in charge of the office at that time was very kind and helpful, and thoroughly explained all details in the contract to my complete satisfaction. I was offered everything that had been promised to me at the time of the previous phone conversation withno unexpected surprises. In summary, it was a very pleasant experience and I was very satisfied with the attentions received from Mr. Frank Rodriguez. Congratulations on a job well done!

Everyone from the staff of the storage facility to the customer service representative who helped me cancel the unit were very courteous and professional. The facility was also very clean and easy to access at all hours. If I ever need another storage unit in the future I will definitely use cubesmart again!

I went shopping for a storage facility for the first time after downsizing and moving into a smaller home. CubeSmart was the first place I stopped at and I didn’t need to look any further. The manager Rhett was so courteous and professional. He took me around and show me the unit size I was interested in and after he told me what the price was I took it.CubeSmart is very clean and well-kept, Great people and a great price!

I was very pleased with customer service. I was very busy and going through some hard times but the customer service was never rude to me. I recieved great follow up customer service with professional messages left on my voice mail trying to help me in any way they can.
