The sales rep are all talk and no follow up. They made 2 visits to our house and wasted our time. But when it came time to finalize the deal, they are all MIA. The office doesn’t know what the sales reps are doing. The sales rep keeps blaming their email system. After 3 phone calls, I have given up on them. Will go with a different company who at least have the basic courtesy of following up after a sales call.

This company is amazing and we are impressed with the responsiveness that they give their customers. The customer service is wonderful and they get the job done fast. Everyone from the Sales Rep to the Installers are friendly. They did great work on our gutters the first time. We then hired them again to do our back windows and doors. Our family love their work that we have hired them for the fourth time for work on our home. I would definitely recommend them for any home projects you have.

We used Southern Windows for our Gutter guards all around the house. We worked with Pete Sacheli who was our sales manager. He showed us a blueprint and a plan with demonstration of what would best work for us. The crew arrived as per the schedule and the blue print was executed flawlessly and seamlessly in a days time. We had some suggestions after the work and the crew came back and worked on those as well. Pete followed through the process until completion and thereafter. The team kept up their promise and stood committed throughout. I would recommend them without a doubt.

After recommending this company to people calling us, when we were used as a reference, we now (6 years later) find out that the lifetime, transferrable warranty no longer exists. Part of our reason for choosing Southern Windows was the security of having this warranty. I have found the communication almost impossible to deal with. Ive been trying to get two top part of double hung window replaced since November 2020 and it is now April 2021 and Im finally getting someone out here to measure. I would not recommend this to anyone.

We got gutter guards installed by Pete. Awesome guy. Pete has installed gutters and windows for at least 6 friends and family. Great service and a awesome company. We trust Pete woth all our home services.

Had windows installed, was provided a warranty. Called about a replacement and she was so bubbly and said the product mgr would be contacting me within 48hrs... hmm week later... maybe bc she never asked for any info other than the location of the window?🤷🏾‍♂️

To accurately communicate my horrible experience with this unethical business, I need to explain the full timeline of events:-In mid December, 2021, a neighbor of mine had the Ultimate Gutter Guard product installed by their sister company, Taylor Construction. Like many home product installation companies, they went around the neighborhood door-to-door soliciting for business. I was interested and initially a sales rep. did measurements and quoted (what I thought) was an exorbitantly high price for gutters, so I declined the offer. I subsequently received a call back the next day saying that they had a sister company (Southern Window & Siding) that could likely offer me a much better price for the same product, because they dont have the same marketing overhead that Taylor does. While I thought this was a bit sketchy, I proceeded anyway since I do think the product is good quality and ultimately do need new gutters. A new sales rep. came by, took repeat measurements, then quoted me a MUCH lower price - almost half of what the original estimate came in at. I was skeptical but signed the contract that day (on Dec. 28th, 2020), wrote a deposit check, and was even greeted by their sales manager on the phone that had confirmed all the numbers with me standing there. However, since I was a bit skeptical, I went around to my neighbors and asked about their experience to see if they had a similar story. We are all friends and like any good neighbor would do, we were willing to share pricing details to make sure none of us were being taken advantage of. As it turns out, I was being quoted a MUCH lower price, as they had accepted the terms of the first quote they received without trying to negotiate. Of course, this news didnt sit well with my neighbors. The next week, I called to confirm installation date and was passed on to their sales manager (same one) who continually refused to answer my call or call me back. Weeks went by with repeated calls/texts that were unanswered.Only after contacting the sales rep. that offered me the low price did I finally find out what happened. My disgruntled neighbor called Taylor/Southern to complain about the high price they paid and the low price I was offered. It took several texts and e-mails to finally get in touch with the GM of Southern, who has ultimately told me that they cant provide services per the terms of the contract at the rate that was quoted. He claims the job was not measured/priced correctly and has pointed me to a provision of the contract that basically says they are not responsible for any incorrect pricing/measurements. He also told me they cant make money off this job and warranty the product for the pricing I was offered, but did say if I were willing to pay an additional $1,000 that they could do it. He also mentioned this happens 1 or 2 times a Year. Really? Your business is that fragile that $1,000 is going to make you whole on a mistake that you only make 1 or 2 times a year? If this was truly a pricing mistake, how about owning your mistake and learning for the next time, instead of behaving unethically? The reality is, I was not told about the mistake after weeks and weeks went by. A call the same day or even week after I signed the contract would have been somewhat acceptable. Instead, only after confronting them about the truth that my neighbor knew I got offered a lower price (after learning from their sales rep. - who no longer works for the company by the way) did I find out why I was being ignored.I am disclosing this sequence of events to anyone and everyone i know that is thinking about installing this gutter system. They have a great product, but sales practices are extremely unethical.

Provided an excellent product at a fair price. The young man that installed the gutters was both helpful and professional. He is a credit to the organization. We would not hesitate to use Southern Window & Siding again.

The crew showed up on time, on the appropriate day. The work was completed in a timely fashion and all scrap material was cleaned up and my property was left in good condition. I had an issue with the drainage of one of the new gutters and the crew was back within two days to adjust the slope so it would drain properly. They were very responsive.

We had a great experience with Southern Window & Siding when we were replacing our roof. They finished the job in less than 3 days in 90+ degree heat, and cleaned up everything once they left. Their office team was great when we asked to provide a receipt for insurance purposes, and were always responsive even after the roof was finished. We worked with Dustin to decide on what type of roof would best fit our needs and budget. Highly recommend!!

Southern Windows & Siding did a great job with my insulation. They were fast, efficient, and affordable. I shopped around with other companies and Southern Window & Siding beat the best estimate I received from a competitor.

Our sales representative, Bruce Bley, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Bruce kept us informed of everything until the installation of the roof, fascia, soffit, and gutters. He continued to check with us throughout the installation. Each crew with whom we dealt were very professional and did an outstanding job. We were extremely pleased with the entire process.

Very professional crew came early to install roof job done efficiently. They ensured every piece of trash was gone like they were never there. Job was done in 8 hours. Would recommend this company.

We were in the market to have some insulation replaced in our attic. Mr. Rob Williams from Southern Windows came in our home and talked with us about the different types of insulation and did a presentation. From that point we were sold. The insulation was installed within a few weeks and I can already feel the difference it has made. Our home is much cooler and we have saved on our electric bill. Good company.. good product.

First of all I was very excited that the gutters were going up. I was surprised that it did not take as long as I thought it would. James was very particular and kept things clean as he worked. He presented me with a short survey upon completion and then finalized signing the papers. Overall, I felt that the company cared about how the customer feels and they made sure the property was left clean. Thank you for a good experience.

We had Southern install the Ultimate Gutter Guard system on our house and add some more insulation to our attic (we were only at half of what code recommended). The insulation took about 90 minutes, and the gutters took about four hours. Both work crews were super professional, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job.In the first month with the added insulation, our power usage was down 25% from the same month in 2015. So that job will pay for itself in lower energy costs very quickly. And the gutter guard system prevents our ever having to clean our gutters again (or pay someone else to do it). Also, our downspouts were in perfect condition, so they left those and matched the color of the new gutters to perfectly match. Woot!Lastly, they helped us setup financing for the work. We just bought a car and didnt have four figures sitting around in our bank account. But they made that process painless for us. I filled out some forms while the sales guy was at our house, and then I received a call the next day stating that I had been approved for the loan at a resonable monthly rate (like $85/month or so).I highly recommend both the Ultimate Gutter Guard system and Southern.

This company is a joke. Finished install on 5/9/18 on siding and gutter guard. Rained on 5/10/18 and there were leaks behind the gutters so we called on 5/11/18 and was told someone would be out on 5/13 /18 and no one showed up nor called. So we waited around the house all day on mothers day for nothing. 5/14 i get a call from Taylor construction saying they forgot it was mothers day...... we will be out on 5/15 to take a look at the problem. Guy comes out and says its the siding guys fault because they bent the metal wrong. Nothing gets done. I call 5/15 late afternoon because no resolution. Spoke to lady that said no work order had been created she will put it on the project managers desk and will get a call following day from him as he was gone for the day. 5/16 i get a call from the guy who installed them and previously told me it was the siding guys fault that he heard we are upset with the work. That he will be out on 5/17 to take pictures and show his boss. Here it is almost 5:00 P.m. and no call no show so far so i called southern windows and siding again only to have the lady take my name and number and tell me someone will be in contact shortly. I paid over $25,000 for this? This review will stay up until my issue is resolved. Maybe they will respond better to a review than they do over the phone. Stay away from them they want the sale but could care less about fixing a problem with their install!!!

Sales person is great at his/her job. Installation does their best.Never hiring this company. They have no communication between sales and installation. Over TWO MONTHS waiting on on them to come back and fix, WATER DRIPPING BETWEEN HOUSE AND GUTTER. Taylor Construction is a joke. They act like they care. After THREE WEEKS waiting to get a fix. They said they did a company cleanse. Then after TWO WEEKS finally said they;d get a local person to fix. Avoid at all cost.

Super disappointed about using this company. First, this company is apart of Taylor Construction. While they seem to have good customer service it has not been a good experience. I ordered the windows after receiving a good price but things came up where I needed to cancel and for a week I called with no call back or follow up regarding canceling my order.I finally got to the manager and he lied saying the windows were being made but the rep for the manufacturer advises they had no been made yet. I advises him as well I wanted to cancel my order. I continue to be road blocked by this company. As soon as they get your money they will continue to be pushy if you need to cancel. I would not do business with them again based on how terrible they are acting.
