Update: Changed from 1 to 4 stars. Poor service was from the storefront. Technician called soon after but I had already arranged for locksmith to do the repair. Marvin Doors support was excellent, sending repair part overnight and within warranty

Had sliding door and french door installed. Service upfront was great, but have had several problems with the doors over the last year and I cannot get anyone to respond.

I had the single worst customer service experience that I have had in as long as I can remember. I waited 4 months for my order to be delivered only to find out that they ordered the wrong color paint and hardware. I had to wait another 5 months for the correct item to come in and be installed. The rep was completely ambivalent, and the finished product still has issues. Do not call AVI for your Marvin products.

They came back and rectified what was overlooked 2 years ago. Very good company with a good warrantied product.

I called in advance and they confirmed the hours of showroom on Saturday. I arrived during working hours, but I was met with the locked door because they decided to leave early. Very unprofessional and undignified. Apparently and to their work they have the same attitude.
