Had a wonderful experience with the owner and his crew! Was able to work us in to their schedule quickly and did a great job removing and hauling away several trees. Very professional and beat every other price we were quoted! This is our second time using their services, highly recommend!!

The owners wife came out to the home and gave me a quote. It was a fairly small job. She told me it would be about 10 days. I was ok with that. They did not show so I called again. I was promised the next Thursday if it didn’t rain. That day came and went. I called again giving the benefit of the doubt. The owner said his wife would call to confirm a date, that didn’t happen. One more call- they put me off another two weeks and I cancelled. Bottom line- they are unreliable if your job is small! You will be put to the end of the line for weeks!

So rude on the phone and told me he was too busy to do gutter cleaning and yet he left his business card on my mailbox

Called a well-known local tree service about a downed tree from a storm. Was told an arborist would come out to inspect and then an appointment would be scheduled. Sounded like a two week process for a tree partially blocking a street! Ramirez got to my house in 20 minutes. Gave me an estimate. Work was done the same day. Excellent clean-up. Way exceeded our expectations.

They never returned my calls for a large tree job . Very unprofessional

Avoid this service like the plague.Basically, I requested a quote for a small job of removing a small tree. A representative gave me a very attractive low quote. As a result I OKd doing the job the same day. They did the job: I gave them a check for amount they quoted. At conclusion of the job a worker returned the check and stated the job was $300 more than quoted. This is called bait and switch in the scam business. Lesson-never do work with any service business without a written firm quote.The work appeared unprofessional and chaotic. The began work without checking with me first.

He did a great job and was by far the best price. I was very pleased by this company. This was the second time used Ramirez to take down a large oak tree.

We hired Ramirez Tree Service to remove a small tree and trim and remove the ivy from a large tree on our property. Noticing that the tree trimmers we’re packing up after completion of the trimming and tree removal, I checked in to make sure they were going to remove the ivy as well. I was told by the trimmer that I spoke to that he had not been told by his boss to remove the ivy and that I could be making it up. I texted their boss, who responded several hours later, after his men had left, promising that his crew return that week to remove the ivy. I have not heard back from them since.

Ramirez Tree Service did an excellent job in removing a large tree branch so I also had them clean up the yard and pressure wash the driveway, continued excellent service. Would continue to recommend them highly.

Business card states that they will beat any written estimate of over $500 by at least $100. I secured 2 other estimates, one of which was written for $720. I called them and was told they could do the job for $650 (not the $100 off as stated on their card) and would call me back when they could schedule. After a week I called and was hung up on when I reminded them who I was. After then leaving a voice message when they did not answer my call, they never returned the call. There appears to be a lack of integrity in what they say they will do.

Excellent service. Totally pro with insurance and workmans comp on his employees. Had 3 other bids and Ramirez beat the cheapest one by $500. He will be my first (and probably only) call next time.

I have known RAMIREZ FOR OVER 20 YEARS . HE HAS DONE OVER 20 JOBS FOR ME IN MY OPINION HE IS THE BEST . HE IS THE MERECEDES OF TREE MOVERS. THERE IS NO JOB THAT HE WILL NOT TACKLE AND DOES NOT CHARGE ENOUGH FOR THE WORK HE DOES.

Half-dead, leaning pine tree smack dab in front of the house. Storm came thru and it fell over, 15 mins later Ramirez Tree Service came by, removed the pine and planted this lovely cherry tree. Which I quickly fenced to keep those deer, big dogs and other nuisance critters from bothering it. GREAT WORK!

Did not finish the job and left a mess behind for me to clean up after paying over $3000. Do not use this service very shady.

They did ok taking a huge tree out of my back yard but i had a few concerns..they were cutting limbs and dropping them on the roof of my house. After they finished i came home and noticed they dumped their truck load of mulch from the limbs in my side yard and just left it there. I was not told they were doing that..now i have to pay someone else to come in and haul all their mess off.

Great job by Ramirez tree service. Cleaned up well .
