Mark and his crew were friendly, professional, and made the entire process of removing a tree that just hit our house and had us still on-edge an easy process. They were onsite less than 24 hours after the incident with a giant crane that made the whole process take less than 2 hours. Mark dealt directly with my insurance company which almost made the whole process seem like a non-financial one from my perspective. I simply got a check from the insurance company and then wrote him a check. The only out-of-pocket expense for me was my deductible. AMAZING response from 770 Arborist Emergency Tree Service. THEY HAVE THEIR OWN CRANE! I had an enormous tree call on my house one night close to 5p- crushing the roof and landing in the living room. I researched a few emergency tree removal companies with urgency and talked to a few total hacks. Mark is smart, reasonable, responsive, and communicative. They rushed in, got the tree off the house, and a tarp on the roof. The evening was traumatic but Mark made it so much easier. This crew is fast, careful, super friendly, and tidy. Since Mark is a certified Arborist, he provides professional and experienced insight about planned tree removal. In my case, a large oak that had developed some disease. He reviewed with me the risk factors and how likely the tree was to fail. Marks approach is completely different from a typical tree removal service which of course is cut now.

They worked tirelessly for three to four days straight to take the tree, haul it away and place a tarp on the back of the home to cover the vast amount of damage the tree caused. Every tree company was busy, including 770 ARBORIST, but Mark coordinated with one of his crews working near me to squeeze my job in the same day. He also worked with me on the price. Great work and friendly people! Lance Oliver came out first to evaluate and assess our trees. We concentrated on trees next to our house - he told us about the health of our trees and recommended work to keep the trees healthy and get the branches away from the house. He did not try to sell us what we did not need and did not try to scare us, but was honest about what we should do and what we could wait to do. The crew came out a week later and cut all the branches as we discussed. Zak showed us what they did and asked if there was anything else we wanted done. He gladly cut a few more branches when we asked him to do so. Both Lance and Zak were concerned for the health of the trees and kept the trees in mind when pruning. We are pleased with the work and enjoyed talking with all the helpful people at 770Arborist!

Blew me away! I was actually expecting another sure, we can chop and crop anything! What I got was a HIGHLY educated arborist in speaking with Mark Russell. He actually broke down into laymans (I guess in my case laywomans) terms what to think about, considerations of longevity of my plans to continue to stay, health of my trees, root structure, advise on moisture retention, range of damage in the event of a fall, if any, consideration of my insurance options/needs (which prompted me to call my agent who agreed I was speaking to an expert regarding this situation), how to truly estimate whether or not it was truly worth it or would I be better off investing my tree funds and forging ahead with my plans to relocate.I truly understand Murphys Law, but I also know the feeling of remorse having done something out of haste only to see that if I had sought better information (as Ive just done), I would have made a better decision.I hear that remorse in two of my neighbors when they tell of the chop and crop jackup job they got from Hacksaw Homey.I am aware of some very reputable companies, one of which I have already received a written estimate from.
