Here’s what happened:-On Wednesday 9/8/21 at 9:00 am I rented a 15’ moving van at the 2885 Clairmont Rd NE Atlanta 30329 and a deposit was taken in the amount of $112.54.- The van was returned that day at 6:41pm and checked in by Ricky Alexander (as shown on receipt)- Thursday 9/9/21 I noticed that an additional $238.00 had be charged to my card with a line item “not returned fee”. I immediately called and couldn’t get through (went to automatic call center - wait time was in excess of 20 minutes). I then drove to location to inquire about charge. The only person at location said he was new and couldn’t assist me, I left my name and number for a return call.Mr Alexander called me Friday 9/10/21 in the morning. I asked for an explanation of charge and he said it was because van was not returned, I then informed him that it was, that he checked it in on Wednesday and that I have a receipt showing that it was returned and checked in by him. He then placed me on hold for 15 minutes so he could “walk the lot” to see if van was there. When he came back to phone he informed me that the van was there and that he would “take care of it”.- Wednesday 9/15/21 I called the location to follow up. I spoke with a Ms Mason who said she was manager and was sitting next to Ricky the Friday before and was aware of situation, but would have Ricky call me to follow up. No call on Thursday so I called back Friday 9/17/21 around 9:30 and Ricky Alexander answered - I inquired to status of refund and he said for what? I then went back over situation and he acted like he never spoke with me. He then pulled up order and before I could protest he placed me on hold to “walk the lot” to see if van was there. 13 minutes later when he took me off of hold his first question was “did I return van on time”. At that point my frustration level was high and I ended conversation.I have since filed a claim with Wells Fargo disputing the second charge of $238.00.Essentially this all boils down to the fact that not a single person involved at Uhaul location could GAF. Horrible customer service - find another location in you absolutely have to deal with Uhaul.

You call the night before to change location and pick up time. Phone agent was not prepared with the new location and suggested an office 50 miles away in cartersville GA. Ended up pushing my start time back 3 hours. When i arrived at the new location, the truck and moving blankets were clean and ready but they did NOT have the Dollys i requested. Of course i got charged for them anyway. Uhaul made an already stressful move even more stressful.

Fuel level was marked 7/8 on my paperwork but I noticed actual level was 1/2 after driving 11 miles in a 15’ van. Took a picture. Drove 30 miles total. Added 3 gallons & gauge showed 5/8. Showed photo & gas receipt to the drop off lady. She said only way I can correct their error was to send a verifying text complaint right after starting up the van. No way I used more than 3 gallons driving 30 miles. My reasonable evidence was ignored and I was charged $39.99 extra for not filling to 7/8. Will dispute the charge and see what happens… stay tuned!

Tried to do it online and the woman gave me a unit not even available. Got a discount but then was charged after they made a mistake. Two of the women staff acted inconvenienced at any question that was asked when I arrive and when I dropped off. This is a customer service job and I definitely give them a 1 star for bad attitude and rudeness. You also have to park at sam’s club. No parking on site.

I came into this location expecting a run-of-the-mill experience based on previous U Haul experiences across the country: wait for a while, hope the truck is available, get offered several add ons I don’t need, wait more, get the truck, assume it’s clean, and praying it was functional. I experienced the opposite and I give credit to Ms. Tifffany, the location’s GM. Much like everybody during the pandemic, one can tell she’s stretched thin and struggling to find qualified people that meet her standards. However, I noticed she was determined to do what it took to satisfy customers and keep her business going, even if it meant she had to assemble new brooms for her team to take care of trucks. I was in and out in 15 minutes from check in to driving the truck away and the truck was squeaky clean and functional. I returned it on time and was out of the location in 5 minutes. Lastly, I had forgotten my keys in the truck and again saw Ms. Tiffany’s efforts pay off. The gentleman who cleaned the truck was thorough per the location’s training and expectations and he found them and returned them to the office, where I picked them up before closing.I can confidently say I’d use this location again if I need a U Haul, especially as one can refill at the adjacent Sam’s Club (if you’re a member) with the cheapest gas in town. Managers like Ms Tiffany are not a given and I’m certain customers will notice the difference if they rent from this store.

My vehicle was not ready when I arrived on time and checked in online - it was still behind the gate and inaccessible. I went inside to get help and was stuck listening to 2 employees loudly and aggressively talk about a legal matter involving a customer on the phone for around 15 minutes before I was finally helped and my entire order redone. I had been on the property for 20 minutes before I was even asked to put my card in the machine.My son and I walked outside to grab our things from our car while we waited for our vehicle to be pulled outside of the gate. The employee told me to check the vehicle for damage and gas and handed me the keys. As she was walking away she said I couldnt park/leave my car at UHaul, and that I needed to park it down the street or have my son (11 years old) drive it off the lot somewhere else.I ordered this vehicle 5 days ahead of time, but i was given absolutely ZERO warning about this rule, otherwise I would have taken an Uber to the location. I wasnt even able to leave the parking lot until over 30 minutes after my scheduled pickup time because of this. I have done business at this location a few times before and have NEVER been told I cannot park there.Staff here presented themselves to me as lazy gossips with very rude behavior. Terrible customer service.

Andrea Sellman was very effective and efficient at this location.This is my third time renting from the uhaul location on clairmont road in Atlanta.I have had great experiences every time.It can get a little pricey depending on your mileage and with the $10 insurance...so it is not $19.95 flat...I usually get the van and go about 10 miles out and 10 miles back and my price with the insurance was around $45 with insurance for the day. You can deduct $10 if you don’t want their insurance...I would advise on it because if anything is to happen it covers you.There is also a gas station directly by the clairmont road location which makes filling up easier after use.Thank you.

The staff were busy on a Saturday and seemed to have difficulty turning over vehicles for the next rental, but despite this were kind and gracious and clearly making an effort to move things along. The layout of the entrance and limited parking as well as signage to instruct vehicles contributed to some congestion which didnt help. Id recommend parking by Sams club and walking over if you notice a line of cars.

My husband and I rented a UHaul this weekend to move 16 ft. pieces of baseboards that we needed for our house. We rented the UHaul in Brookhaven (off Clairmont and Highway 85) near where we live and drove it up an hour north to Kennesaw, Georgia where we were supposed to pick up the baseboards.First I want to start off by saying just how rude the staff was at this UHaul store. My husband and I opted for the mobile check-in hoping that would speed things up and we waited over 25 minutes for someone on UHauls website to approve his credentials before we went inside to ask if the person working at the actual store could switch us to check-in at the store to speed things up. With a LOT of rolled eyes and unwelcoming tones in her voice, she reluctantly allowed us to check-in at the store. Then, when the keys did not work for the UHaul she stomped outside to help, got the UHaul to start and rolled her eyes and walked away without saying a word (as if we are supposed to be professional UHaul starters).Then, we drive one hour north to pick up our 16 ft. baseboards. I purposely reserved the 17 ft. truck because the baseboards were 16 ft. long and per the UHaul website, it said the inside of the truck was 17 ft. long (image below). It was extremely defeating to realize once we got there that the only part of the truck that is over 16 ft. is the very small part on the top of the truck. When you are transporting baseboards, they cannot be bent in that fashion for an hour drive home on a highway. They would snap and break into many places.Needless to say, we rented this UHaul for absolutely nothing because of the inaccurate representation of the truck on your website. I would not normally type out this long of a message complaining about a service, but I also have never had this poor of an experience with a company before. This was not worth the $147.16 spent to waste a day.

Very bad.Truck was dirty.And they tried charge me $54 extra by saying that I didn’t return the truck with as much gas as I started.After much arguing, they finally pulled up a picture of the gas gage. It confirmed that it was exactly the same as what I started with.They tried to cheat me and I caught them.

On the upside, the staff provides great customer service and are efficient. However, my uhaul truck seemed old and poorly maintained. The arm rest for the drivers seat was broken, there was old crusty food on the passenger side of the cab, and the steering wheel had to be held at 11 oclock to proceed in a straight path. I suggest either better maintenance or replace the vehicle fleet. I also noticed a trend amongst all uhaul franchises because all of the furniture pads are filthy and disgusting. The dozen I rented had a stench and were infested with insects.

Avoid this location, I would rate this ZERO stars if I could. In less than five minutes being there I was amazed at how terrible customer service can be. I reserved my U-Haul, called to confirm it the day of, and was even told I could come in a little early to pick up the truck no problem. once I arrived the woman at the front desk was about as rude and as unhelpful as can be. She tried to tell me she didn’t have my reservation, to which I showed her my reservation and brought up the fact that I talked with her 30 minutes prior. Once she said she saw my reservation she told me they don’t have any trucks to give me and there was nothing she could do because they were all coming back late. I asked about the other larger trucks I could just use instead, which she said she couldn’t give me because they were reserved for others, again not even trying to come to any solution. I asked her to see if trucks were available at other locations, and just rudely told me to call the National customer service line for that question since she could only see what her store had. Ended up on hold for half an hour with the National scheduling line to find one in Roswell on a Friday at 6pm, turning it into a 3.5 hour ordeal getting a dang U-Haul. Here’s the kicker, the guy at the next location actually told me that all U-Haul centers can see what trucks are available at other centers, so the woman just told me she couldn’t do it I assume out of pure laziness!

Every single time I come here it’s another issue. They have this guy that works there his name is Alec, he won’t help you with anything. Today is my second day coming back and my access card doesn’t work, there are no carts to move my things, and to make matters worst, he is nonchalant in basically doing nothing. Long story short, I’m leaving here without my belongings for day 2, and my card still doesn’t work. Yet I pay for storage. Furthermore, I asked him for corporates Number he told me he didn’t have it and didn’t even no the managing person over the location. He gave me the customer service line where I had to wait to get someone on line an request my own card b fixed and carts brought out. I left needing a paycheck for an honest days work

I will never do any business with this UHaul facility. The staff is unprofessional, they are very impolite & will not take any steps to assist you with anything. Whether that be securing a truck for a move or securing a storage at this facility. I will not be back & I encourage anyone to use the peachtree road location instead, they are kind, understanding, & provide quality customer service. The Clairmont location needs new management & new employees.

Rental procedure and equipment were fine - however, the lot person would not get off of his phone long enough to hook up the trailer - he kept stopping to text - I ended up doing it myself just to get going. When I returned, I could not even get into the lot - returned vehicles were blocking the entire parking lot - I had to call the store from the road to get them to move some trucks - same lot guy - still on the phone the whole time. Employees should NOT be texting while on the clock and when they are supposed to be helping customers.

When I arrived, I had no truck, despite 5 other identical vehicles being on the property. I was told that I couldnt have any of those trucks because they were reserved and that I would have to wait for my truck. This is inexcusable, especially on a move day. Imagine showing up to a car rental company and being told that you had to wait on your car.I rented from this location once before (never will again, ever, never, ever), and the shipping materials that I had ordered two weeks in advance were not there.Unless you are into horrible and inconvenient experiences, go somewhere--anywhere--else.

I reserved a dolly with my truck rental. Called day of pickup to confirm, and it was confirmed the dolly was included. Picked up truck, and there was no dolly. Gentleman working the desk was very nice, and tried to help me come up with alternatives, but with an injured back, the dolly was severely needed! As such, I was unable to complete my move, and have to hire professional movers, which will cost me approximately $400 or more, for something I intended to do on my own. Really unhappy, as we are in the middle of a pandemic, and I would rather not have a bunch of strangers touching and moving my stuff, and entering my home!

They were very friendly and knowledgable when I had a question about the measurements of the bag that I needed for my type of mattress. This location was the only location that had the items I needed. I had a pleasant experience at this location and would recommend anyone to visit here.

The was one bright skinned lady who was very nice on the other hand a darker skinned lady who was very rude I was a little late picking up my truck due to my community being late when she called and asked was I still come I said yes I would be a little late she then asked for a time and I wasn’t really sure so I just threw out 10:30-11:00 she then laughed at me over the phone and hung up as if I told a joke when I got there her attitude with other customers was the same as if she didn’t want to be at work anyone working during this covid 19 should be great full because some aren’t so fortunate and she is taking it for granted I highly recommend you guys get her away from this location before she runs all your money away

Terrible experience. I waited for 20 minutes in the lobby and there was no one there. They did not have the dolly I reserved. The man working was not helpful. The truck was not cleaned and sanitized, which I was told it would be d/t COVID. I was very unhappy with the process.

This was a very disappointing and dangerous visit to U-Haul. I made my reservation days in advance only to be told that there were no furniture dollys available. It was only after I stressed that I needed it that they went and found one. Also the truck they gave me was leaking from and when it started to rain, water started dripping into the furniture I had in the truck ruining the mattress we put in the truck. The dangerous part of it all was that the blinker on the truck they rented to me was doing things in reverse. If I signaled right on my blinker, the light behind signaled left and if I signaled left on my blinker, the light behind signaled right. I almost got hit by another car on the highway because of this but my friend who was driving behind me finally pointed it out and I stopped using the blinker. If he had not told me, I would probably still have been using it and would have run into other issues on the road. When I finally returned the truck and let them know about the issues, they simply just said well put it in the notes without any apology which I found to be very unprofessional. U-Haul should do better with both their employees and the equipment that they rent out. For the prices, you charge, you should ensure that all your equipment from trucks to a simple dolly should be available and in great working condition.

I reserved the Uhaul at one location but had to pick it up at another location, which was farther away from my house (about 12 miles roundtrip farther away) -- when you pay for gas and per mile of use on the Uhaul, its really poor customer service to change the pickup location on the day of.

You can reserve a moving Van from an app on your phone, pick it up, and drop it off, all without even seeing another human being. Great technology implementation. Make sure you follow the in-app instructions perfectly, or your experience may vary.

Trailer and drop off were excellent. Absolutely worst computer systems on the planet. It took 25 minutes inside the location and I was the only customer. I had pre-reserved and paid upfront and it still took 25 minutes. I HATE working with UHaul.

Manager (name: Eddie Head) is a scammer. I rented a truck for 12 hours, but I returned it within 3 hours. I drove 8 TOTAL miles, and filled up 2 gallons (extra fuel, as a courtesy). The manager invalidly charged me for a refuelling fee and implied that he thought that I was a liar. He charged me for 1.7 gallons of refuelling, though I already put 2 gallons in. Mind you, I used less than 1 gallon (based on U-Haul’s statistics). Charging 1.7 gallons of refuelling isn’t even reasonable for 8 miles driven, which doesn’t even come to a gallon. This is beside the fact that I already put 2 gallons in. Very unprofessional manager, speaks to customers in rude manner, calls customers liars, and scams people out of their money. Cheap manager, who should be ashamed for himself. I believe that the manager’s name was Eddie Head.

Liars and crooks! I rented a truck there for 2 hours. 1st they said the truck had 3/4 of a tank of fuel before I left. Then I made them corrected because they were wrong it had much less in it. I drove 8 miles on the truck before I brought it back. I refueled 2 gallons before returning it. After I returned it they charged me an additional re fuel fee for an additional 1.7 gallons claiming that I didnt put enough fuel in the truck. They are liars and crooks, there is no way I used almost 4 gallons of fuel to go 8 miles. No integrity.

Be careful they will try to rip you off on your miles. i received a truck with a mile over i brought it to they’re attention and they said they’ll fix it when i return the truck (that was a lie). i brought the truck back they actually added two more miles smh they think they’re slick so take pictures before and after or try a different location.

Even though there were only a few customers ahead of us, we waited 45 minutes to get a truck. Even though this is one of the larger U-haul locations, there was only one employee doing everything (including getting the rentals), and he didnt seem very well trained. I would avoid using this location again.

I needed a small pick up truck for a LOVE SEAT sofa that i bought at goodwill which was 13 minutes away from the uhaul location and I was told that my total was $39.91.Since most companies are going paperless she sent my receipt to my email and I was cool with paying the $39.91 because Friday was my only chance to move and I ask her was that the correct amount that she charged on my card to verify,she replied yes.On Tuesday I passed by my receipt from this Uhaul location and they charge me twice and she stated that I did not fill up the gas tank ,but I did and I had a witness in the truck with me.They tried to charge me a total of $88.14 for a short bed pickup truck for a hour and thirty minutes. They are running a money scam. I was absolutely appalled at the customer service I, my companions, and fellow customers received at this location.I have had to move quite a few times, between both cities and states. I have come to rely on U-Haul for their accessibility and convenience with both products and services offered. However, the reason Ive become a repetitive customer is due largely to the helpful and friendly customer service Ive received time and again at multiple locations.Unfortunately, at this particular location, the two employees at the front desk were unfriendly, to say the very least. They were unhelpful and seemingly unconcerned with assisting customers or colleagues.They were disorganized with products and lacked knowledge or information about many services. The employees displayed unprofessional and hostile attitudes towards customers in the store. And the employees exhibited severe inefficiency by delaying truck drop off and pick up times, assigning storage units that were unavailable, and due to lack of communication and nescience of simple guidelines, forced myself and others to wait up to 45 minutes, which in turn cost me an extra fee, all because it wasnt said employees job, so it wasnt her responsibility.All of this would be understandable if the store was exceptionally busy or understaffed. Situations happen and I am more than happy to wait patiently for an employee doing their best despite extenuating circumstances. But the lack of concern and blatant animosity I was shown when asked to provide more than the bare minimum required is simply unacceptable from any business, especially when I know how excellent it can be when raised above such a sub par level that has been displayed.

Today I am adding on to the one star review (possible change if issues get resolved).I checked my email today to see that I had a charge of $128.40. Once I looked at the bill I saw where they charged me for the pads and the dolly- saying neither were returned but they were. The date and return on the bill were incorrect, saying I returned it a day later than the actual return date/time. My husband went up there earlier in the day and Jeff said he was trying to call me all day and would contact me after they contacted the guy that received the truck from my husband (was told he gets off in two hours, my husband was there around 2:15pm). I have no missed calls from the storage. As a matter of fact, I have no missed calls today.I called when I got home this evening and told Jeff of the situation. He passed it off to customer service. A customer service representative was very helpful and quick, only to end the conversation with Well notify the general manager of the site and have them contact you. It could take 24 hours. It tells them to review cameras, etc. I had the customer service lady connect me back to the store where Michelle then answered. I explained my situation again and asked her how soon would I be updated on the situation, just an update. She told me she could not guarantee a time, they need to contact the gentleman that received the truck from my husband and since he was at his day job and he gets off after hours they are unsure if when it would be.The items were returned and there is no need for these charges. Michelle told me I am welcomed to call back since she wont be able to remember this one little thing along with the 700+ units, in store customers and phone lines.My suggestion to anyone trying to rent or return here. You will see a trend of one-star ratings and they do justice to the lack of quality of this locations service. Some of the staff were nice but they are undertrained and are plain inefficient to deal with the high demand of this location. I had to wait over two hours to get a truck, they overcharged me on gas even though I made sure to fuel more than I was required. Their storage units are dirty, smelly, and terribly kept, the price they advertise increases considerably when they force you to pay for their hidden fees. The supposed climate-controlled areas (for which you pay extra) are kept above 83 degrees. Simply beware, spend your money elsewhere and get much better quality and customer service.

I was really impressed with this Uhaul location. When I walked in, just the fact that it had a really nice clean scent in the store and so organized made me feel secure with the up keep of this location. The management I believe is new. Donald who was the supervisor on duty went above and beyond for my mother and I. We showed up about an hour and a half before closing and were not finished by 7 but he stayed to make sure we were ok and did not rush us. This was just a pleasant experience for us and Im taking the time to write this because lately customer service is not always great when you go some where but I myself go to places based on reviews and I felt this experience and location gave me the wow factor. Terrible customer service at this location. After having gps issues that brought me to a completely different location I was flustered but knew it had nothing to do with them. I was frustrated when trying to get help navigating there and all they could tell me was it was on Clairmont Road. When I finally arrived the truck I called ahead for wasnt reserved for me and I had to take a bigger truck so I was visibly upset and wondering what was going on but still stayed civil.The person at the counter had the nerve to try and reroute the conversation as if they were upset that I wasnt happy with them and they couldnt help me in a move to get me to have to seem apologetic to them and plead to help me when I was being completely mishandled. They knew that I absolutely needed the truck that day and decided to toy with me and make it so that I had to grovel to them for service when I never so much as cursed, name-called, or even raised my voice. I then had to wait as they took their sweet time with nobody else there that needed service.

Staff are not helpful. Request to have repairs completed and a logo removes from prior tenant WAS NEVER done AFTER 6 months of time. On the move in dates it took 4 days for them to find someone with bolt cutters to remove prior tenants lock and re key door making me have to pay extra for the uhaul truck I had rented for moving and placing items into storage

They never pick up their phone. The only time they did, they told me to give them my phone number and they will call me back but they never did. Then 2 days later they charged me for late fees. I am not in the state and cannot physically go there, thats the only reason I called in the first place. Literally so unprofessional. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

If you want to know how you will be treated by this location, you must hear my story.I made a reservation online to pick up at this location. I received an email saying You are confirmed and it had the pick-up time as noon. When I arrived, they told me nonchalantly they didnt have anything until four. I asked how that was possible if I had a confirmed reservation. The manager shrugged and said something to the effect of we dont honor online reservations here, you have to call us. When I showed him the email, he reiterated that it wasnt his problem what the website promised and that it was corporates fault. The whole time it was obvious he was doing his best to get rid of me rather than help me.I reminded him that U Haul has a $50 guarantee that they pay if the reservation is not kept. He said he could not help me with that, and that I had to go online and fill out a form. After calling the regional office, I found out that the management at that location was responsible for reimbursing me. So, I was promised something, was brushed off, and then was lied to.This was possibly the worst service failure that I have ever experienced combined with one of the worst customer service attitudes. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION

Find another UHAUL location is all I can say. I havent had issues at other places.The people who work here are friendly but not the best at communicating.I will never use this place again even though its the closest to me.Was charged a cleaning fee even though I left the truck spotless (I double and triple checked and had the dude who work there look as well.)They finally refunded the cleaning fee but not before charging me again before the funds were returned to my account as they said they would be,Terrible communication and shady fees. Find another place to do business.

The general manager Donald Mcmichael went above and beyond to help me with a complicated and frustrating move. I opted to rent to 2 Uboxes and store them at the warehouse between moves. This required a lot of loading and unloading of trailers. Each time I needed to pick up or drop off a Ubox, Donald was always able to accommodate my schedule. He was available by cell and even set up a trailer on his day off! We ended up making 8 different trips to Uhaul with the different boxes/trailers and Donald and his team were always there to make it a smooth process. It is easy to see that he is a dedicated to his job and excels at customer service. Donald and his staff were always very busy but always made me feel like my business was important and a priority. I cannot thank Donald enough for all his help through this stressful move.

This company doesnt even deserve one star. They canceled my reservation without my knowledge. I was unable to rental any truck because they rented my truck already. I was unable to move that day resulting in additional expenses (storage unit fees, fee for movers that I could use). On top of all, their customer service is awful. Dont use this company.

Terrible customer service at this location! They refused to refund unopened tiedowns due to loose staples claiming they were opened. Beware of the bait-and-switch here. They want you to buy more than you need but then will not take back your extras. Use a different, better Uhaul location.

We rented a storage unit, then had the movers clear it out. When I called to cancel the unit, the unhelpful staff told me this could only be done in person. This wasnt an option. Tried reaching the manager by phone and email, but he does not respond to either. Finally drove all the way out there the day the unit was to renew and they charged me for the full month because I hadnt cancelled by midnight. Not sure why they needed me to come down in person as they asked two questions: 1) is it empty; and 2) is the lock on it? We could have done that over the phone or online.

I rented a warehouse at this location and immediately had issues with management regarding parking. Upon moving my inventory into the Warehouse management informed me that I could not park in front of my unit that I had to pay an additional $80 a month to park my car there while I was on property...

During the reviewing of the 10 van that I had rented for a few hours to make sure there were no problems and check the gas level, I was told that the gas level was full. After turning on the vehicle, the meter was closer to being 3/4 full but the gentleman mentioned the meter floats and that it will go to full once I start to drive. To add in, this van was fairly new(as mentioned by the gentleman) so I did not see how that could happen but I am not familiar with the uhaul vans so I went with it. As I expected as I will filling up the tank after traveling only 9 miles, it took $10.53 to fill up with around 5 gallons and the meter had gone over the F, resulting that it did not float. I went back to return the vehicle in hopes of getting reimbursed for the gas, only to be denied because the manager quoted, You can not be reimbursed on gas that you already put in the van, and you should have filled the tank to the amount that it was left on.I was not willing to take the chance of filling the vehicle up to the level it was at because sure enough, I would have been charged 3.75 per gallon because it wasnt full as stated on the contract. I also might add that I was promised a change in my final bill if I used less miles, which I did, to only review my bill as being more which made no sense.Poor service is an understatement and they will take your money.

DO NOT BRING YOUR THINGS HERE- the first day I brought my things (after just leaving an abusive relationship which is why I needed the unit) my storage unit was ROBBED-me and my sons valuables GONE- the only helpful employee was Okie- no one else cared even though I was bawling my eyes out in their store- I had to call Police and have them issue a subpoena to check the Cameras only to find out theyre FALSELY ADVERTISING CAMERA SECURITY- those cameras DO NOT RECORD due to a storm *so they said* that happened several months ago - please keep in mind I paid for an INDOOR STORAGE UNIT ON THE THIRD FLOOR which requires gated access and a card swipe....the investigator also informed me this place has received several complaints- THEN I WAKE UP TO AN ADDITIONAL $40 fee taken from my account this morning which should NOT have been withdrawn - this location is a SCAM, its UNSAFE and it NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN - DO NOT GO HERE PLZ BRING YOUR THINGS AND BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE

When we got the truck, it was under a 1/4 tank of gas. We filled up the truck all the way by mistake, spending $90.47. When we returned the truck, they kept the $65 plus in gas and told us to go spit. I cant believe they did not even credit $1. Their policy is keep any overage in gas, yet when a customer leaves the tank even slightly under they charge $6 per gallon. Try Budget on Clairmont and Buford Hwy or give Penske a call. These people dont care about their customers.
