He made late night runs to the store to make sure she would have a meal to enjoy.

My daughter took a group trip and when I contacted the company/owner actually in regards to my concerns because my daughter has a few special requirement (gluten free and social anxieties) I was warmly comforted and given direct access to text for an update. I was even sent a photo unsolicited via text of her smiling and having a good time. This was a BIG deal for me as would be for any parent in my situation as we just want our kids to have a great experience be safe and come home - this is a company I will remember.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of going on four tours with the owners and we cannot wait to go again. Our experiences were fun, well organized, and filled with interesting information, laughter and great fellowship. Each days activities were well thought out, and allowed for rest and recovery. We were never felt pressured or hurried. We give Class Act Tours our highest rating.

Two years ago I chaperoned an 8th grade class on tour with Class Act Tours. Everything was very professional, the children were told interesting stories from personal knowledge of the owners own history and DC experiences. The students were not rushed and herded like other groups we passed, allowing ample time to absorb the significance of the monuments and memorials. The teachers monitored any social dietary or medical needs and the kids were treated with great respect. I was impressed with steps taken to ensure the students safety. I would recommend Class Act Tours for anyone wanting their child to have a meaningful tour experience.

Great Company and very passionate about educating the students about Washington DC and US History. Read other reviews and would like to comment--Cancellation Plan is offered for all trips at $25.00 during registration--If a parent does not purchase it, then payments are nonrefundable-- Very transparent company and no problems with refunds if plan was purchased--Highly recommend everyone to purchase Cancellation Plan, as you never know what could happen. Also, special meals are never a problem, as several of our students are gluten free, vegetarians, etc.....They ask you during registration if there are any special meal concerns and then confirms special meals again just before traveling--No problems here, either! Seems like some of the negative reviews are possibly from competing agencies--Just not our experience at all and weve used Class Act Tours for several years to Washington DC and to Space Camp with 8 to 10 bus moves each time......... Great company and would highly recommend!!

Since Ive been taking my Safety Patrol to Washington DC (4 or 5 years), Ive never had issues with Class Act. In fact, when I was comparison shopping, other companies wouldnt give me the time of day to sit on the phone and answer my questions. Class Act was the only company that I felt gave me 100% of their attention. Since then, Ive only used them and will ONLY use Class Act. They were recommended by one of my parents who had used them for Girl Scouts. The price is the best. After my first Washington DC trip, the middle school in my county took the same trip, EXACT SAME ITINERARY, different company, for $500 more!!!!IF there has been any concerns or issues, the owner does everything to correct it. There have been times that I needed to contact them at midnight while on a trip, and EVERY TIME Im able to talk to someone. Things happen while on tours, they know this, and will do everything they can to correct it or find alternatives. A restaurant closing too early for your group to make it, they found another one and made sure my group ate without loosing their touring time. They ask for reviews on the tour guides they use, to ensure that they only use the best. I cant say enough great things about this tour company. They have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND, every...single...time. While reading the negative comments, I cant help but think it is someone who didnt get their way. A few of negative experiences mentioned are some of the EXACT same things Ive encountered with my groups, and Class Act has always handled it with not just professionalism, but with concern and passion. Ive never felt like they were just out to earn a profit, this company has worked with me to make sure all my kids can make it. They have given me ideas that have worked with other groups and ways to help make things happen. Class Act does everything in their power to accommodate us, and I will continue using them for my school. In fact, two other schools in my county have started using them and I hope one day this will be the only company my county uses!

Amazing trip tour provider, goes out of her way to make it an excellence experience.

The worst experience possible with my child, while 7 hours away from home. Confronted my concerns with disrespectful comments about my parenting and dismissing all my problems without a note of sympathetic solutions. Not one, not even ONE problem was offered to be solved. A lack of human compassion is to say at the least. I would not recommend using this tour company all you will receive is a nasty tempered owner, a disheartened child, and an uneasy mind over the whole trip. If I could give a negative 5 star rating I would.
