ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE IN THE US.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE 7 DAYS IN A ROW LOOKING FOR SOLUTIONS, REQUESTED MANAGERS CALL BACK AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ONE. DO NOTTTTTTTT GET TMOBILE, THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMER AND DONT PROVIDE 5G NETWORK, FAST SERVICE AND SOLUTIONS AS THEY CLAIM THEY DO. THEYRE A FRAUD.

Signed up for Tmobile on Thursday of last week, and sending phones back today. Ive been lied to by the reps in Philippines and hung up on which is a huge turn off for a new customer. If this is how you all treat new customers, then my family and I are not interested.

Lies upon Lies. Over promise under deliver. Makes mistakes, then says its too late to correct the mistakes they made and leave you hanging. Was told for 2 months to wait for credits to be applied then find out that there is no credit due to their mistakes. So tired of spending hours with customer service trying to correct their mistakes. Time for a new service provider.

My order was supposed to be processed Thursday, shipped Friday and delivered by Monday that is what I was told and emailed. I was also told this on April 6th and was expected delivery on April 9th, I called on April 9th amd was told April 10th, I called on April 10th and was told April 11th. Om April 11th I reached out to corporate who in return REORDERED the phone to be delivered between April 12-16thas stated. T-mobile states they value their customers. I never asked for handouts or compensations. I am requesting to receive the iPhone Ive order 2 times now so that I can use the line I pay for monthly.

This company app trying to have me pay double my bill and all I get from them thru email is please call us. No I dont have time with work and baby sitting and also I need sleep. Just do something about my bill for inconvenience and fix the app..it had me.paying double. So I refuse to pay my bill till they fix it. Someone higher needs to fix this problem
