Let me start with saying I believe this place is covered and everyone here is an angel. From the front desk everybody is so nice and sweet to the back where they treat you like you’re the number one patient they make you feel so comfortable and welcomed to the Doctor Who is such a sweetheart she’s so understanding she’s patient and she really tries to find the best results for you. As someone who has “Dentist phobia” this is the only place I have been able to go to and feel comfortable from the beginning to the end I’m so glad that I found her office. Her staff is INCREDIBLE and it’s a HUGE difference then any other Dentist office I’ve ever been to. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if you’re scared of the dentist you won’t have to worry about that here they’ll take great care of you just like they did me. 😊 thank you Dr.Paulen!

Dr. Paulen has a wonderful operation. I’ve been in for a couple of things now, and every time I go in, she and her staff are always extremely helpful and communicative. They take the time to explain everything clearly and do a great job with all the work they do.

Never in my life have I ever been exited to go to the dentist until I became a patient at Dr. Paulen’s office. It’s the best experience i’ve ever had in my life that I have even decided to go to Dental Assisting School!! The services they provide is like no other, the entire team always makes sure you always understand all your procedures. Every single employee in this office has the best attitude, super sweet, and make conversation to make you feel comfortable. They are so comforting from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. Aside from that, the results are amazing!!! Very bad experience. They tell you that you HAVE TO pay a $100 of deposit that goes “towards” the procedure and THEN after you sign and FINISH they actually tell you that the $100 was for the “visit, x-rays, etc”. Meaning you PAY $100 as soon as you step in their office. NEVER coming back again. They don’t know how to communicate with their clients and a simple apology will not bring my money back. Besides, as soon as I arrived there they told me what they would do because I had already informed, I paid $290 for the procedure and there was no valuation or x-rays or nothing similar. But still, I paid $100 “for that”. Again, NEVER coming back to this place.

Excellent Service!!!I came in for the gum depigmentation procedure and was highly satisfied with my experience and the results! Their customer service was the best I’ve encountered. I walked in a bit nervous for my appointment however Christine, Dr. Paulen, and Dr. Claudy were extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Paulen and her assistant Dr. Claudy were knowledgeable and communicative and they provided me with best experience possible easing my nerves. They consistently made sure I was comfortable. I just had the best dentist experience ever. I have put off going anywhere for over 7 years now...and finally a cracked tooth forced me to find a place to go. I was so lucky to find Proud Smiles. I really cant say enough about how well I was treated by every single member of the staff. Im sure this part was just lucky - but I was able to get in for a consultation in a single day and was able to have procedures done the day after that. I am now very motivated to take care of many years of ....I wont say neglect...but I surely wasnt doing the things I should have been...and I feel like I have a caring dental home where I can work through those all of those things and will receive top of the line care. Dr. Paulen was fantastic!

The best ever, pain free and comfortable, does all kinds of work! She has saved my teeth ravaged by the side effects of taking meds for chronic pain. As bad as it is to always have dry mouth, it never occurred to me that it causes cavities even though I floss and brush twice daily! If not for Dr. B. Paulen, I probably would have no teeth left! The procedures are painless and usually fun spending time visiting with all my friends that work there. And youre welcome to a free cup of tea!

I went to Proud Smiles this morning to have a fever blister treated. I had this treated 6 years ago by another dentist and it was awfully painful. Dr Paulen treated my blister without using the numbing gel and I felt nothing a slight tingle and that was it!!! If you suffer from fever blisters this is a one time treatment that is NOT painful! Dr Paulen is the best!!

I havent been this happy in SUCH a long time! I literally left Proud Smiles in tears because I was so happy with my new smile. The team there is absolutely incredible and the doctor is truly a miracle worker. I cant recommend them enough!

I enjoy my visits until this year. I must say dont reschedule your appointments to many times, because you will be discharged as a patient. The sad part is that my grown son was discharged, as well and Im assuming because Im his mom. One of the front desk staff was very rude to me, I will not reveal her name, shes very condescending, and being a healthcare professional myself there is a proper way that you speak to patients.Just a FYI the office does not take any insurances, so therefore they are free to charge whatever for the services.

This is the Best dental office in the metro Atlanta area--- and in my opinion, on the east coast. Top notch everything: customer service, skills, dental equipment, and professionalism. Dr. Paulen is great! Ive been a patient of hers for around 2 years now and absolutely no complaints from me. Only compliments! The staff is awesome and so friendly. I actually like coming to the dentist here just to chat with the office staff and all of the hygienists. I would one hundred percent recommend this dental office if youre looking for a dentist that does a great job helping you keep your teeth healthy and friendly staff that make you feel welcome every time.

Do not reccomend at all. After finding out they do not accept my insurance I asked about their monthly program if there was other fees and was told you have to have an exam and x rays first which is fine. So i ask if i can go to an office that accepts my insurance for initial exam and bring them records to start monthly treatment program. Was told yeah we can get the x rays but you still have to pay $189 for our doctor to do an exam. Which means it is all about money not care. There is no reason you can not accept an exam from another office other than the fact that your just looking for the cash which tells me you will probably just keep running into fees.

From start to finish the experience was awesome! Christine the receptionist was very darling...patient..and kind throughout the whole process. Meeting Brenda was like a breath of fresh air. Very sweet lady that took her time answering all my questions. Everyone in the office were pleasant. I would definitely recommend this office for your dental needs.

Dr. Paulen and her staff are amazing! I went in for an unplanned root canal, and could not have been more pleased with the experience. They picked up my call before hours, got me in that same morning, took care of my root canal, and I felt zero pain! Thats the first time Ive had a root canal with zero pain or discomfort (Ive had two prior to that). As someone who generally dislikes all dental visits, I went in thinking this was going to be terrible as well. But Im so happy that Dr. Paulen proved me wrong! She and her team are amazingly warm, friendly, personable, and just fun to be around. I didnt think Id be laughing and taking photos with the staff after a root canal (who does that?!?). Showed up here after not being in to a Dentist for a year and a half.The front desk ladies were incredibly helpful and responsive. Let me do my paperwork before I came in (Recommend). which let me get in and out much faster.They then did an analysis of what was needed and explained my payment responsibilities and options well before the work was done. the work was quick and afterwards they were incredibly informative.Everyone hates going to the dentist but I have never left the dentist in a better mood than when I went in. This was a first.10/10 would recommend.Location is just off 285 on Roswell road and it is well worth the drive.

Ive been seeing Dr Paulen and team for over 12 years! Weve done a lot together: Invisalign, whitening, replace mercury fillings, a crown or two, but the most important is the regular preventative hygiene. I woke up in the middle of the night with a horrible toothache, and ended up showing up to Proudsmiles, without an appointment, AND about 15 minutes before they opened in desperation and pain. It starts with the wonderful staff when you walk in to an amazing Dr. Paulen who really is a perfectionist and makes sure your smile is perfect.My teenage daughter needed a crown due to a tooth not being developed all the way. When she was a kid a dentist just build it up till she is done growing. It never matched her other teeth and was discolored. Dr. Paulen did a perfect job fixing it and nobody will ever know that she actually has a crown. Her smile is perfect and beautiful now. Thank you Dr. Paulen and thanks also to your friendly staff.

They have limited hours, and they want to take as much money in as little time as possible from each customer. I had several procedures done until I found out I was being ripped off. I also had a crown done and it was not done properly, I still have pain and discomfort, but I am not confident that Dr.Paulen can fix it.Stay Away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been coming to Dr. Paulin for about 3 years now and the customer care has been excellent and still maintains that high level of care. The staff is knowledgeable and sensitive to their patients needs. Examples: each procedure has been clearly explained including whats covered by my insurance there has not been a surprise bill not once. Just left an amazing appointment here. Visiting from out of town and had an issue come up. Dr. Paulen and her staff were amazing. Not only was the dental work itself first class, the staff and all of the assistants were friendly and welcoming. The office is nice, the equipment in great shape, and the service A+. They even provided me with nice headphones to help pass the time. When my minor issue got complicated, Dr Paulen kept me informed, and took unplanned time to go an extra mile to ensure the best work accounting for details and considerations I didnt even know were important. Wish I lived closer, this is a great office, I would go back any time!
