Care and Counseling Center of Georgia (client since 2018) has really gone downhill since Chris180 acquired it. I have several grievances with Chris180’s Decatur facility. I was charged a “cancellation fee” for an appointment back in April due to COVID-19 stay-at-home orders. Apparently the therapist were given the derivative to work-from-home during this time and since I declined to convert my in-office appointment to a video appointment, they charged me a cancellation fee. Secondly, during the global pandemic, a time when people need sessions the most, their services increased two-fold from the base price while still only conducting video sessions. Finally and perhaps the worst of them all is the conduct of my therapist. For months she had been trying to push me off on to another provider - I assumed my issues were either not important enough for her to be concerned with. Until she eventually just became completely disinterested and stoped responding to me all together...

If youre looking to sue a healthcare facility for malpractice, this is the place for you! I went to see Pamela Spearman, FNP about chronic nerve and muscle pain. She said I had gas and wasnt drinking enough water. Refused to take a blood, urine, or saliva test - then sent me on my way.I hope to have her license revoked before the end of the year. Shed be much better suited being useless at the DMV or as a court clerk

The front office staff, especially Sara, is Awesome!!! And my sons therapist is the greatest! I would definitely recommend Chris 180! ;-)

Everytime I come here it feels like home. The staff treats me with kindness and my therapist feels like a friend. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs help.

Dr. Barnes is rude and unprofessional. Do not take your child to the location on Metropolitan Parkway. You will leave very upset and disappointed. You have been warned.

Horrible horrible horrible !!! Ms Jones is condescending and rude ! She treats the parent like a criminal and puts the delinquent juvenile up on a pedestal then she’s so unprofessional she literally called me to argue with me !!! Stay far away from these people
