I have used APS regularly for the past 5 years for our process service needs.They are easy to work with, efficient and the services are priced just right. I highly recommend them to all my paralegal buddies out there.

After several emails and calls, they got around to calling me back to take payment (prepay only) and they were rude and refused to answer basic questions. After 5 minutes of trying to get a sense of when theyd attempt to serve, I finally got an answer. After I gave my payment information, she kept asking Are you sure you want to work with us. I responded inquiring why she was asking this after I said lets move forward and gave all of my credit card info. She then said I dont want to work with you and hung up. Totally unprofessional. Possible scam?

I had a great experience with APS. They served my papers promptly and were pleasant to deal with. They accommodated our state specific rules and return of service requirements and I would recommend them to anyone needing service in Georgia.

Very rude for no reason at all.
