We bought this new house and the previous owners had not cared about cleaning the driveway properly for 15 years. So after we had Wise Guys pressure wash our driveway, there was a checker board pattern and we asked them to redo it and they immediately agreed and they rewashed it the next day. However the pattern was still there and Im blaming the amount of dirt that was absorbed to the driveway for many years. So yesterday after almost 3 months of being not quite satisfied with the wash, I called them again and complained and they sent another technician (Bobby) today for redoing it. I really appreciate this business and the amount of responsibility they take. Thats very rare and impressive for Atlanta. Thank you so much.

I had a very positive experience with WiseGuys; their staff made everything so easy. They send automated updates to schedule and confirm. They let me know when theyre on their way. They show up on time, and theyre thorough. They explained all of my options during the estimate and priced everything out individually so I could easily pick which areas and services I wanted. We had some family coming in town and needed some areas of our home cleaned up quickly. I submitted a request on a Friday morning. Robert was here that afternoon to walk the property and put together a quote. He was friendly, helpful and professional.We initially planned to have our deck, patio and front steps washed, but we found the quote was so fair that we added the whole home soft wash and driveway pressure wash to the scope. Very quick response to our request. We had someone out at our house and got a quote within a few hours of submitting an online request. They use an app to track the location of the technician on the way.

Wise guys were very professional and did quality work for a great price! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and job well done. The cleanest my home an ochre shave every been. The only drawback is the smell of the cleaning solution, which they warned me about before. But it is strong for a day or two and seems to go away. And it seems the edge of the grass on my driveway might’ve been affected as it is dying from the solution, but I expect it will bounce back.
