I ended up not having to have anyone come back out- I guess 3 solid days of rain and any leftover chemicals on the siding washed away the spots that were still there the day it was done. I was very happy with the pressure washing of my home, as well as the price. I had called a handful of other companies but Total Home Care was the most responsive and sent an email quote.Moreover, the owner is a very caring man. I had an electrical issue from the water pressure on my outlet. The owner immediately addressed it by coming out to my home after I had finished my workday. When I mentioned that I would have my handyman repair it, he said I should have his electrician repair it and tell the electrician to bill him.

Today I had my windows cleaned and my four side brick pressure washed. The entire crew was professional, knowledgeable and curious. Chris Nieves was funny and efficient. My windows are so clean and shiny its hard to believe the glass is there at all. The outside of the house is immaculate. I will call on Total Home Care of Georgia again and I will strongly recommend them going forward.

Great service from the first phone call. I had called several other window cleaning companies only to get voicemail with no return call. Total Home Care actually answered the phone. They were able to accommodate a weekend appointment. Kyle arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I can see clearly now. Will definitely use again and recommend.

What a lucky day! The rain stopped and Patrick from THC of GA was able to do a great job of pressure washing and gutter cleaning around the exterior of our home. The brick patio was discolored and had lots of moss growing on the ground and up the walls from this rainy season and the driveway and walkway were suffering from winter blight. The work team (Aldemar and Hector) arrived when promised, and they were professional and helpful. The time to complete the initial clean-up and treatment seemed reasonable, and they removed the wet carpeting and padding, as well as the affected wallboard and baseboards. They returned as promised three days later to pick up the dehumifier and the fans. A big plus for this team was that they were able to come the same day I called.

My condo association hired this company to clean our exterior windows and they did a terrible job--for $130 per unit! Even worse service, not responding to e-mails, not willing to reduce charges or refund payment. They offered to re-clean the windows but Id rather have another company do that--why have the same company do the same job all over again?
