Ralph was extremely professional and very honest! The test was easy and fair, he asked the questions my significant other wanted answered and was quick about it. We had the results before we left the office, so if your in need of a polygraph for you or your significant other than I highly recommend Mr Hillard.

Ralph has completed not one but TWO tests for me both confirming what needed to be confirmed. Not only does he take the time out to listen but he truly goes above and beyond to help you get through the issues and break everything down for you. Ralph was very understanding of my situation, I asked him maybe 30 questions over a 2 week period and he was very quick to follow up and not leave me just lingering. The test wasnt that long, about a hour, but he restored the ability to trust again and emailed me the results before my husband even left his office. I know he was just doing his job, but he saved my life. Thank you !! so much.

Ralph was rude and unprofessional! He told me my results but didn’t show me to explain. I did ask him to show me the results because he was wrong on two of three things! He told me it’s not apart of his job to show me and I signed a consent. What does a consent got to do with him showing me how he got his results. He basically took my money and basically said I have to believe him and he’s not showing me. If he thinks your lying that’s what your results are gonna be. Stay away from this fraud.

Ralph is extremely professional and works in a clean space! His business locations are convenient and his directions are clear! So happy I made the decision to take a polygraph test with him. I was able to clear up a lot of miscommunication and tension in my house whole. Thanks Ralph!

To respond to your last comment, he referred our co-worker AFTER another coworker that works in our legal Dept hinted that the test would probably not be admissible in his divorce case. I can’t question the validity of your test, but why the double standard? My friend told our coworker you make payment arrangements & when our coworker called you, they were told no such arrangement existed- $500 on the day of service. This person is going thru a really tough time & my coworker was only trying to help by giving them your info & saying you would be willing to split the payments. So you only do this with a “select” clientele? You should tell those clients when you give them favoritism NOT to tell others you did that for them. He was eager to tell our coworker about your service & payment arrangement in an effort to help. Like I said BEFORE he was told it may not be admissible or any help to him in his divorce case. This is why he took it - to prove he had not cheated.

I read the reviews and made the mistake of coming here. Ralph made it appear all the bad reviews were the same disgruntled person. Well believe me this place is literally a scam. They have NO license (probably no training) and are preying on people who have no where else to turn. SHAME ON YOU RALPH. Dont waste your time with this scammer.

Very Professional...Awesome at his job. Made sure I understood everyTHING that needed to take place during and after the polygragh testing. Also made sure I was calm before talking the test and afterwards. I really thank you, you are really great at what you do. Hopefully, this will help get my marriage back on to a great start. Dont let the good reviews fool you. This guy is a total fraud. He will spend 90% of the time listening to the story & then spend 10-15min with the test, in which he does a poor job even getting the answers you want. He asks a few questions & repeats them, he doesnt dig into anything. He will not provide legitimate documentation of the test either. I honestly believe the final answer you get, will be based only on his opinion from what hes been told in the story.If you are seriously looking into a polygraph, research who you choose. This guy guarantees nothing.

This place is clean and right to the point it saved my marriage.

My friend had this test done & was charged $500 for only 2 simple questions asked -$250 per question I guess. He was given the option to pay $250 down & $250 on the day of the exam. But when he referred a coworker the person was told no payment plan available - payment of $500 due at time of service. The actual report looks like a report made up from a computer & my friend is afraid it will not be sufficient for the divorce case.

Says numerous times he does not do payment plans and that its a flat $500 payment. But here is proof of his lies. I then watched my husband hand him the other half another $250 to him in cash right in front of me which I thought was very unprofessional this man is a liar and a con artist and fake lie detector test for payments.. below is a picture of my husbands bankcard history where my husband paid a down payment of $250 and when we got out the office he paid another $250 this man is a liar

I wish I could rate him 0 stars cause I would. He was very unprofessional and had no problem taking my money but couldnt reschedule for the next hour because he was so busy. I had to make a claim at my bank to get the money back so I could find a real polygraph examiner to do my exam. Would reccomend to find some else that has more patience and professionalism.

Educate yourself before taking a lie detector,not accurate results. Ralph feels he is God and can judge and accuse without evidence. One thing is to say someone lied and another is to say it appears the person was nervous/anxious. Clearly this is just a job for Ralph. Please make sure you have air conditioning next time the place was extremely hot! Easy $500 for you, I might need to change jobs.
