I called them because the last company canceled on me, and i could tell over the phone she had been busy all day and tired and she squeezed me in still! They are very lenient and provide great service! Communication was awesome and they were sweet people! I definitely recommend

We had a great time experience with this company! Very accommodating with weather and last minute changes due to a power outage in our area during the time of our event. I would definitely recommend and plan to use again in the future.

Omg ms nichole is amazing. I called her at the last minute for a bounce house and candy machine for my son birthday party. She was already on her way to drop off someone else bounce house off. My sons 6th birthday was a complete success because of Andrea and her team! The tables, chairs, and bouncy house were delivered at a perfect time. We were able to set up well before the party was set to start. Andrea was always available when I called and willing to answer any questions I had. She was very kind and informative. I will definitely do business with this company again in the future, I was thoroughly impressed!

I reached out a few weeks ago about pricing for an Easter Event I was charged with for my subdivision. When i spoke to Nicole from the first phone call to set up, delivery and breakdown, the service was impeccable. Nicole provided amazing service with amazing pricing. I ordered a bounce house for my sons 1st birthday on Saturday. I got a confirmation email 4 days earlier. But on the day of his party they didnt show up. I could get anyone on the phone I drove to the address and it was a house. I called over 20 times no answer. I wouldnt recommend this place to ANY ONE. I ended up finding a same day delivery jump house. But this place is very unprofessional. Dont use them!

We have used Have A Ball for a couple of years now and we LOVE their service. Nicole is always so warm and pleasant. They are always on time and the units look fantastic plus our kids love to play in them.

Ordered a bouncy house for my daughters Birthday, It NEVER showed up! I tried calling a couple days before to make sure and then again the day of just to verify it was coming. Only got answering machine, left message and No One returned calls!Then they have the nerve to send me a rental survey the next day, oh but wait when you click on take the survey it just sends you to their website. So I clicked on Contact us, wrote up a complaint, but wait it wouldnt let me submit it. DO NOT ORDER from this company! Weird! I would have rated it -5 stars if it would have let me. So disappointing!
