I’ve been going to Georgia Prosthetics for over five years now, and they are THE best prosthetics team in the southeast! Every limb that I have been fitted for has been comfortable, affordable, and stylish. Dan, Ryan, and Cindy work diligently to ensure that every person who walks through their doors is treated as an individual who knows they are getting the best prosthetist experience available.I am twenty five years old, and I have a congenital radial limb deficiency. By far, this is the best place that I’ve been! Dan, Ryan, and Cindy understand that fitting someone for a prosthetic limb is a scientific process. The people wearing the limb and the materials which make up the limb change with time, so they customize their limbs to make sure that each limb is better than the last. They listen to their clients circumstances, and they do so in order to work in a more collaborative manner. They always greets me with hospitality and a smile every time I walk through the door, and they make sure that the payment plan we set up is fair.I live in north Georgia, and I realize that commuting to and from Atlanta can be a painstaking endeavor, but Georgia Prosthetics is right off the interstate. I have used several prosthetic ships since 1967, some have been very good and some have been not so good. I can say without reservation that Georgia Prosthetics has been the most professional, friendly, and helpful of all the shops that I have used in 52 years. Dan has made a half-dozen legs for me over the years, and is the only shop where I can consistently put on the new leg and walk out with any adjustment. As a retired prosthetist i am very particular about my prosthetic services. I was in need of a new socket for my left above knee prosthesis. At Georgia Prosthetic s I enjoy the way i am treated, I enjoy being personable with the team and even being on a first name bases with most of the staff. Dan, Ryan, and Cindy are an amazing staff, they treat you as if you are family and not just a patient. Georgia Prosthetics went out of their way to take time and customize the look and feel of my prosthesis. My insurance paperwork was frustrating, but they made me feel like i was not alone in this process. The staff here patiently helped me get all the required medical and insurance documents filled out and submitted. Another thing that has been great about this office is you can come in and get an adjustment made at your convenience, they always make time for me. All I can say is that after 3 years of torment on my old prostheses, with relief and joy, I can now enjoy life. And all many thanks to these wonderful people. After the accident and amputation of both feet and fingers in 2015, and the next 3 years of suffering on prostheses made in another company, I can state with complete confidence that this magnificent team is the best people in the business.When I went there for the first appointment, all my doubts that this would be a failure were dispelled. You cant imagine how much love and care in these people. They give themselves completely to their work and you feel at home with them,I really respect and love them. Dan and Ryan are great prosthetists, professionals who love what they do. And as we all know very well that if a person does what he loves, then it will never turn into anything bad, only positive and joyful emotions. Go there if you want the best for yourself, you will not regret having become a part of this family, with each of your visits they will take care and understand you as relatives.On old prosthetics, I can only walk no more than 4 hours. Plus, there were terrible pains, it was impossible to look at me. All I cloud think about that it will hurt again in school, at work, how should I make it there, here, I dont want to walk but I have no choice, it will end dont worry. I couldn’t focus on my goals. I couldn’t help my family and friends. I felt very depressed and lonely. But where there is darkness, there is always hope and light. So the light visited me...And that light was Georgia Prosthetics!!!!!!!!!!Now I can live full active life, pain free, and I can be on my new steels for up to 12 hours=) From time to time I even forget that I have them on LOL I am very grateful for all theyve done to me and doing. I was involved in a serious automobile accident shortly after my 16th birthday. I suffered several fractures but ended up having my left leg amputated BK. Because the knee was crushed my joint is frozen and the shape is irregular. I spent 30 years without a great fit and constantly dealt with blisters, sores and pain.Then I found Dan Zenas at Georgia Prosthetics. Dan was different in that he not only listened to me describe my issues but was able to translate into a meaningful modifications and adjustments. The last fifteen years have been my best as an amputee. I have very few limitations and am free of blisters, sores and pain. For any person who has struggled to find a perfect fit in their prosthetics I would heartily recommend Dan and the team at Georgia Prosthetics

AFter three years of excruciating pain I switched from one prosthetist to Georgia Prosthetics. Within one month, and a new leg, the pain was gone and I have been training, hikiing, swimming and playing golf three days a week.I am 81 years and Dan Zenis did not treat me like an old lady and he showed great skill in assessing my needs. I have been using Georgia Prostethics since I became an amputee in April 2002. I moved from the Atlanta area to Hilton Head, SC 7 years ago and I continue to drive to Georgia Prosthetics when ever I need anything for my prosthetic leg. There is a good reason for that, Dan, Ryan and Cindy are absolutely the very best at what they do for me. I would never consider using any other service by any other provider (unless an emergency).Whatever I need for supplies, they always send to me via UPS asap and never a problem. I have over nighted my prosthetic leg to them for a quick repair and they over nighted it right back to me. They are just awesome!!!As a matter of fact I drove there and back today to get a replacement part that recently broke installed today. Quick turn around, but completely worth it. To use a Marine Corps term, Semper Fidelis (Always Faithful) applies to the Georgia Prosthetics Staff.

I am a bk amputee that has struggled for the past 10 years to get where I am today.I jumped ship from one of the major Prosthetic establishments roughly 4 years ago with great appreciation.Whoever reads this knows the pain and suffering that comes with a fitting that never gets right. I don’t typically endorse or promote anyone but feel that whom ever has experienced the horrific life of trying to adapt to a leg that only causes regret and frustration, stop now, give these guys a chance. You only have one thing to gain.., life, pain free.It was so hard for me to make that decision to try another avenue.
