They changed completely the second floor with cubical desks like in the 80s, which destroys the beauty of the floor and cut all the lights and the view to the Truist park. Can you can imagine that! It is just ugly. They do not accept any early termination neither refund because of that. This is not what I bought 2 years ago, and they just dont care - just pay till the end of your contract - thats it.The receptionist team is just nice but they cant do anything to help you on the contract aspect. The customer service and Management is just rude, no callbacks, no understanding and not customer focused. Money centric! You are aware

I would not recommend going to Spaces at the Battery. A colleague of mine and I would often study together and I was a regular guest for roughly 2 weeks. One day my colleague left out the room to take a phone call and I was told by a staff member that I needed to move from the space that my colleague had access to because the desk next to her was for sale. While I understand the logistics behind selling a dedicated space, what I do not understand is why I was removed from an area without any discussion with my colleague beforehand.Another customer saw the incident occur and he immediately apologized for the staffs behavior and felt it was very unnecessary given that there were a total of 3 people in the space for the entire day. The customer, my colleague and I felt it was very unprofessional and could have been handled better.Additionally, the parking is very expensive. If you are there for more than 6 hours it is $30.00 a day. As a business where your customers frequently use the space and can pay an upwards of $200+ dollars for access, it just makes sense to offer some sort of validation with a contract. We ended up finding much better more affordable co-sharing locations but ended up settling with WeWork. We have received much better customer service, amenities such as free coffee and have even been offered to bring our pets. All this free of charge for the first month. I would not recommend leasing at Spaces- Atlanta, The Battery at SunTrust Park as there are much better options in the Atlanta area.

I wish I wouldve seen the negative reviews before signing an agreement, because they are all reflective of the experience I had, and I wouldve saved so much money and stress choosing somewhere else.Pertinent information was underhandedly withheld during my tour, and when I attempted to terminate my contract, and request my $330+ retainer to be refunded, all I was told is that there was nothing that could be done. Extremely disappointing, and the general manager Cheryl never took five minutes of her time to return my call.Lastly, though the building is beautiful, it became too much of a hassle to move my car in and out of the parking deck 3+ times a day to avoid paying $30 a day for parking. I was there 5 days a week for 8-9 hours at a time. Theres no discount whatsoever, and validation costs $20. Whats the point? Please consider WeWork workspaces, as their staff are *much* more accommodating and policies are more than fair, as they dont require 30 DAYS notice of agreement termination, and offer a FREE month all-access membership for new members!

The best decision we made was not signing a long term lease at Spaces. It’s nothing worse then paying for a office space and finding out the bad reviews of the location are all accurate. I was promised a new desk upon moving in like the remaining 80% of the open room, 3 months later that never happened. Once it was brought up again to the person who sold me on the space, I was given the option of two random desks that weren’t even close each from each other. All of the energy in spaces business model is getting the sale and not maintaining the customer. The staff is as rude as the other reviews mentioned, the billing in horrific. Parking is far AF in the case of bad weather. Space tenants don’t even have Battery free parking access or even a discount. Spaces tenants have a open lot parking location that is close to 4 minutes. Asking for your deposit once you leave is a headache. Bad bad bad all across the board. Look elsewhere.

My office had the unfortunate pleasure of being located in SPACES at the Battery for a year. We ended our lease and got out of this nickle and dime operation as soon as we could. If you do decide to locate your office at SPACES, be prepared for the following:- Having no deck parking spaces for an eight person sized office. Your team will have to park in the surface lot that is a 10 minute walk from the building. On game days, your surface lot parking is no good either. Their suggestion? Park in the free lot for 2 hours and drive your car out and back in before you get charged!- Having to pay over $150 to have a PHONE installed in an OFFICE.- Need an extra desk? Youll have to pay an additional fee on your rent each month, as well as an extra moving fee to move the desk outside of your office (you have to move it in from the hall yourself though).- Being charged a $500 office restoration fee upon ending our lease and moving out, even though there was no damage to the office.- Rude, unhelpful managementThe only thing this office space has going for them is the location. Being located to so many restaurants and shops was really nice, but it does not even begin to make up for how terrible the customer service of SPACES is.

Stay away! Tons of fees and management wont ever call you back. Be careful what you sign with them. They lock you into long contracts without explaining theres zero ways to get out of them.

I am a current tenant and would not recommend this space, my experience from billing to customer service has been very poor. Billing is consistently wrong and the staff is a revolving door. If you are looking for office space look somewhere else.

Been a tenant for about 2 months now. No complaints -- the location is really great and the area is fairly quiet during the week with plenty of eating options and in a great location. The weird thing about the battery spaces office interior (common area and offices) is that its not as swanky as some of its counterparts around town but its immediate surroundings makes it an ultra premium play for entertaining clients with a mass of restaurants to choose from and even a professional baseball field and concert hall literally right outside the door ... the only location that currently matches it with walk-to surroundings is Spaces Avalon in Alpharetta whose surroundings can sometimes be a wee bit pretentious in terms of vibe but *extremely* nice (The battery feels more fun, relaxed, and welcoming and its growing). Every spaces office has its own flair....no two offices in a city are the same.As someone that has leased traditional office space for 12+ years ... I like spaces for dedicated office space because you dont have to tie yourself into any long term contracts, you have multiple places to work literally around the globe if you or your employees need an office to duck into for a little work time and the staff is friendly.Downsides with co-working offices:- you are in a fishbowl if you rent an office (No privacy) but you can erect a little privacy- Walls are thin (you cant make out what your neighbors are saying but you can certainly hear that charlie brown teacher sound when they talk)- Can definitely get more bang for your buck in terms of space if you rent a traditional office BUT you will have to typically sign a 36 month lease (or more)- Youre going to be in a box vs what you can get with traditional space for the same rate- no distancing or privacy from sub-ordinates (youre typically going to be in the same room with your employees so you better like them and they better like you ... good side is that if the boss is in the room there is little room for playing around and it makes for better communication and more positive work flow)Ive had nothing but a great time since leasing the office and the administrative staff has been EXTREMELY supportive ... I was always curious about co-working environments and have had nothing but a great experience with the atmosphere and staff. Internet uptime has been good and strong with no hiccups.
