This company had a sales rep reach out to me regarding shipping solutions. When I told them that we dont really do much for shipping her reply was who handles your mail, I said USPS. She then proceeded to very rudely ask to speak to the person in charge, which is me. She then proceeded to again talk about logistics to which I for a third time told her we dont do any shipping and asked very politely (because I understand that a phone sales job is difficult, I am never rude to sales people) to be taken off of the phone list, she said NO WE WONT! and then proceeded to hang up on me.When I tried to call back to ask someone else to take my business off of the phone list, the phone number just goes to a fax machine.

I worked for this company through a temp. Messy management. Gossipy. Unprofessional. I would recommend for ages 16 to 23.. Pay is low no room to advance. Bad phone leads.

I worked for the Colograhy Group Inc. on a temp assignment last Autumn. Perfect for students interested in enhances their skills and increasing their knowledge in Marketing, Business or Logistics. Wish I had come across this business immediately after completing receiving my degree.

This research company has called my university office many times to get data about the entire universitys shipping/returns when there are literally HUNDREDS of departments/offices on campus with entirely different shipping practices. There is absolutely no way this is trustworthy data.

This company offers repeat calls, repeat hangups and wasted time. Wont take no for an answer, so we just dont bother answering anymore.All of the five-star reviews are from people who live in the same city as the telemarketer HQ. It looks like its a requirement for their employees to post bs 5-star reviews. Pathetic.

Thanks to the Colography Group we now have the information needed to make better decisions about package transportation providers. They were timely and thorough in their dealings with us. We are pleased with their services and can recommend them without reservation.

The Colography Group has called our company two times and each time it was very short and to the point. Thanks to them, they have helped us make a more informed decision on what providers we use now. I give them two thumbs up!

Horrible work place they dont give you a full 40hr work week but expects you to call 200+ business, etc a day . The company has a huge turnover rate also , but they dont want you to leave when you found a better job. I dont understand how these staffing companies are sending people to them because everyone is complaining, or looking for something better. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

I receive a lot of calls and the call I received from the Colography Group was courteous and easy. Their attempt at collecting research was respectful and brief. I wish every call I received was handled with this level of professionalism.

These people called my place of work, I was polite answered their survey questions. They called back 5 hours later, when I told them I had spoken with them that morning they got an attitude and told me that they were on break earlier and that was not possible. I told them I could check my caller ID he got smart again. When I told him the exact time that I received the call he hung up on me.

A research call center agent from the Colography Group had some very brief questions for me today. I found them to be insightful and it made me really think about our package shipping practices. It was easy to participate in Colography’s research project.

Will not take NO or not interested for an answer. Part of my job is answering the phone and monitoring real calls and sales calls; we have 1 phone line that I answer for 3 different companies and the call volume is high. They have called our company multiple times and have been told every time that we are not interested. This time they called and were told politely that we were not interested. The same lady called right back and was very hostile and accused me of being rude because I told her thank you but we arent interested and hung up the phone. She was very aggressive towards me and demanded to speak to a manager, and I tried to get more information from her to see what the call was about and the only thing I could get out of her was that it was to conduct information on companies we use to ship. I dont know if she was using this tactic to try and get a foot in the door or she had been rejected by several people she previously tried to call.....

I was treated professionally by the research team. I hope the data collected will improve the package transportation industry.

Lol this place is full of bs especially from management im glad I found something better with the same hours and it pays more, people should steer clear of this company Period!!!!

Notice the positive reviewers are all located near this telemarketers headquarters? This is one of those sleazy call centers that cold call offices daily asking for the business owner. Ive told them to stop multiple times yet we still receive calls. Who does business with these people?

Very professional and courteous

A representative from this company keeps calling asking us to take a survey and give her information on how we ship items. We have asked her to stop calling but she just says I am calling back! and she does. We do not know what to do. (I had to give a star to get it to post)

They have called our company multiple times after being told to stop. The last time we asked them to remove our number from their records and we got this attitude, We dont keep phone numbers. We will just call back when the owner is there. Please stop making unwanted solicitation calls.
