Pyramid scheme, MLM, or however you want to call this “business strategy” is a scam to get naive people to sell products for them. They pay you next to nothing while working you long hours and the line their pockets with each recruit you bring them. The Interview process was poorly conducted. The woman used the “F” bomb on the phone with me on top of being unprepared for all of my questions, if that gives you a sense of the “professionals” who work here. Start reading the responses to the reviews on Glassdoor that this company’s PR department actually deem mature and professional enough to publicly post to get an idea of the characteristics of the employees working here and the standards, or lack there of, they hold their employees to. Please review my screenshots. Also-3MP I don’t need any response so don’t waste your time; I’ve clearly seen all I’ve needed to. Best of luck. So far my experience with 3MP Atlanta has been so great! The initial conversation on the phone was amazing! Erika is an absolute sweetheart! When I came in for the interview the entire staff was welcoming and so nice! The interview is so detailed and they answered all my questions. It felt great to understand their goals and what they want to accomplish for 2020! I cant wait to graduate in December, so I can start my position in January!

From the receptionist to the executive are friendly. They think out of the box and they conduct interviews out of the office, in a cozy coffee place nearby. Staff uses icebreakers to make you feel comfortable, everything is explained very detailed and give you the opportunity to clarify your questions. They offer a flexible schedule but the truth is that is very consuming so is not so “you manage your own time” type of job.

I loved working for 3MP the energy there is awesome and so are the people. Everyone there are great leaders and mentors. They teach you everything you need to know to be a great entrepreneur and show passion in what they do. You can honestly see how everyone there is exactly where they want to be and no Im not getting paid to say this. Go see for yourself you would never turn back

I had an interview with the team and it was great. I have read some of the comments about the company and its making me understand clearly why they werent a good fit. One said they was unclear about what the job was but I was explained so Im pretty sure they were too. Another said its a door to door operation. So what if it is doesnt mean its scheme it just means your afraid of real work. Real employees dont say a job stops after you leave because in truth a CAREER stays going. They deal with AT&T and Amazon. All your doing is gaining more customers for the company. More customers then theres more money plan and simple. Thanks MP3 Atlanta for this new found opportunity.

3mp is very well organized company. That has taught me alot about running my own business. If you WANT to get the skills to be SUCCESSFUL DO NOT hesitate to go in and interview.

I️ just moved here to Atlanta I’m 21 and i didn’t know where to apply to updated my resume multiple times I️ just knew for my future career I️ needed to be in a business or marketing field !
