I had promotional material printed at PostNet Atlanta and the quality is fantastic. They were quick, offered delivery, and the owner Kevin is very helpful and responsive. I had posters and postcards printed for my business The Fit Atlanta, and the color/photos/paper quality was some of the best Ive seen in a long time. PostNet will be printing more for us as we grow!

The young lady at the counter this morning has such a wonderful attitude. So patient. The lady in front of me made such a big deal about rescanning her packages after the clerk had scanned and given her receipt of the transaction. That wasn’t good enough, she had to have it done a second time. Then she rudely snatched the paper from the clerk. I would have lost my marbles. I’ve done business here a few times and I will continue as they are much more patient than the post office.

Who ever answer the phone on June-3rd 2021 at 11:00 am NEED TO BE FIRED ! completely disaster for any business of any type this person literally go to work to get paid and have no interest in getting new clients or give info over the phone . She wanted me to go there fill an application and start the process of getting new mail box rental with the possibility that they might not going to have it but “I have to fill the application first” to know if they have it or not . I feel like people don’t want to work anymore . I’m sure it’s a quick search to let me know if there is mail box available for rent without me go there and waste my time to fill an application also asked for the dimensions of the mail box she go I DONT KNOW ITS LIKE NORMAL SIZE. I mean who say that . Anyway don’t go there or do business with this location we all know how the experience it will be in the long run with this kind of attitude

We used PostNet to order face masks for our company at the beginning of the pandemic. We are an essential business and were having trouble getting our hands on PPE for our employees. Kevin and his team were professional and worked to ensure our custom masks were delivered on time and met our satisfaction. The masks look great and arrived ahead of schedule.

Prepare yourself to be made to feel like you are an annoyance to this company and completely unintelligent if you are trying to ship items internationally from this location. Never again...

I have had and ipostal account for months. Apparently my paper work was supposedly done incorrectly. They returned my mail to sender although they take my monthly payment every month. I told the clerk I came in less than 30days to get a package. No one checked my ID or mentioned anything to me about my paperwork being incomplete. I was able to get my package which had an iPhone and iPad in it. Now what if I was a crook trying to steal someones package. Smh...

Ive ordered 3 pull down banners and some thank you cards from PostNet, and they have all been great quality. I needed one of the banners in a relatively short-time for an event, and PostNet let me know when I had to place my order, and the date they would be delivered. Everything was perfect. Their rates are very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend their services.

The franchise owner, Kevin L. Center, likes to discriminate against Black people & POC. Kevin is so rude, condescending, and unprofessional, PostNet’s CEO had to call me to make amends for Kevin’s incompetency & discrimination. Instead of Kevin attempting to fix the issue, he had an employee of a partner service they use tell me he’s decided to discontinue my service. Discontinue my service because I told them they inconvenienced customers by moving locations w/a five day notice of the move. He told me he was doing me a favor by providing me a measly two month credit. I can’t speak for all PostNet’s, but I’d definitely avoid any of the locations Kevin owns. He’s discriminatory & has refused to own up to any wrong doing or apologize.

I usually dont leave reviews but the customer service here just did not sit well with me. 1. I was not greeted at all when I walked in. Funny thing, the woman saw me pull up and ended up walking towards the back of the store. Granted, its early in the morning and some people are not a morning person but saying hello will not hurt nor harm you. I literally spoke first then the lady proceeded to help. I went in there for copies. While that was being done, the heavy set guy rudely bursts out saying your total is going to be.... Mind you, he never stated or asked if I was ready to pay for the services. 2. Upon completion, the copies did not come out the way I wanted them. Now, Ive already paid before the copies were done. The guy stands there and debates with me why I shouldnt have the items copied the way I wanted them to be copied. We really went back and forth until he finally copy the document the way I originally came in there for. WHO DEBATES BACK AND FORTH WITH A CUSTOMER!!! Whether you feel a certain way... whatever the customers wants, that is within good standing, should be done with no complaints. I came in there with a smile, unlike the two representatives. Very polite and gave no hassles even when he was going back and forth with me. I worked in customer service since a teen and my customers always receive 100% service. He/she can come 5 minutes before closing and I will give that person the same service as everyone I helped throughout that day. Needless to say, I will no longer put my hard earned money into this location. This was my second visit. My first visit was with a black woman who was very kind and helpful. The second time, a Caucasian man and woman, was horrible and I honestly felt some type of way leaving there.

My daughter left her brand new winter coat at a club near PostNet. When I called the club to request that they ship it, they out right refused claiming liability issues. I desperately called the closest shipping business by the club. Not being from Atlanta, I hadnt quite figured out how to get the coat to PostNet. Kevin Center graciously offered to pick the coat up at the club which was minutes away and ship it to my daughter who was headed back to KS (currently 16 degrees). Wow, Kevin went over and above with this customer. A HUGE SHOUTOUT to a business, who offered to do an extremely nice thing because they could help. Im quite moved by this genuine kindness and hope for all who read, that you consider supporting this business with all your shipping needs because they deserve a pay it forward. Thank you again POSTNET!!!
