We no longer plan to do any business with Echo.The driver has been waiting for loading for more than 15 hours and Echo didnt pay for it. Its been a horrible experience. I really dont recommend work with this company to anyone.

4 hour trip took 3 days and then a lot of the product shifted off the pallets. No one would return calls or knew an accurate delivery day or time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

In behalf of Duracool Coating Inc: I would not recommend using this company for your freight. This is the third time having problem with shipment. In one of the shipment they damage one of our product and just now we got money back, second they re-classified our class shipment just to get the invoice increased. Third time, our shipment was 5 days later than supposed to be, with a not standing explanation. I asked Kyle Gans the client sales manager to file a claim and this is the answer Kyle gave me: This shipment needing a lift gate and not being deemed an essential item Estes and Echo cannot offer any reductions on this shipment. Estes is even offering reductions on guaranteed shipments being late right now so they’re not budging on offering any discount for a standard shipment being late. I am assuming a claim was not even filed because his answer again is: There isn’t a claim number associated with this. It cost me 5 days having lodging and meals for 5 days having employees doing nothing just waiting for coating.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They charged me, then cancelled at the last minute. Nicole is not to be trusted. DO NOT TRUST ECHO GLOBAL LOGISTICS with freight, commercial or residential...awful, awful people who lie.

We like working with ECHO. Their brokers are professional and honest which is pretty rare to find in the spot market.

What kind of company dares ask you to tell your driver to use PC to pickup their load??? THIS ONE!!! Very unprofessional and dangerous!

Yall need to drop the attitude of superiority with drivers. Without drivers you dont have a job. You need to stop with all the rules too. Hell, we dont even want to talk to you if we have dispatchers, so just give them ALL the info and leave us alone. But of course, you wont listen.

I would strongly recommend avoiding Echo Logitics. I used Echo Logitics to ground freight ship an item to my customer in Seattle that they purchased from my shop here in Atlanta. First, the item arrived completely damaged so the customer refused the item - I had to reimburse him and it was not a good look for my business. Not a good start. And Echo seemed to care less. Then, trying to get refunded from Echo has been another nightmare. They said they will review my claim and I’ve followed up 3 times with zero response from my account reps at Echo. I’m currently out of pocket close to $2,000. It’s not worth working with these guys. Plenty of other solid choices if you need shipping/logistics for your business.
