Very first Load with this company and the Broker PAYNE ARMSTRONG was not a good and sound guy! He charged us $500 late fee because our trailer had flat tires and we got stranded in the middle of the night in the mountainous area where nobody would come and get you. We had to spend enormous amount of time to get the problem fixed and all what we heard from the BROKER was Before you book the load you have to make sure your equipment is doesnt have any problems during the transit! Who can guarantee that nothing will happen during the transit?? NOBODY!I would have no problems if we really messed up the whole schedule and delivered the load 2 days later but because we were late a half a day and had a good cause doesnt justify the fact to penalize the hard working drivers with $500.The first impression was not a very good one and I doubt if I ever want to work with this guy again!

Finding loads sometimes are difficult but Macaden Fulk makes it so easy for me all the times, he has the best loads out there with great rates. First time working with such an attentive & responsible Logistics Coordinator.

He doesnt try to squeeze me on the rates. He make sure they are at the very least fair market value, mostly more. What I appreciate most hes aware of the value the carriers bring to the Logistic chain and understanding when our trucks are running behind due shippers and receivers unlike some brokers who seem to think we are running late because we stopped to catch a movie on the way...smh

If I could give a negative star I would. CL Services is a sham. They are terrible, its almost shocking. I received a shipping quote a few weeks out, the day of shipping they doubled the quote. I was stuck so had to use them. One of the two drivers arrived without shoes on, I was speechless. Shocking, the shipment arrived and the damages were extensive. To top things off, I paid my final bill (after a harrowing experience with insurance claim for damages), they cashed the check but came after me again saying it was unpaid and they were going to take my company to collections. RUN away from this company.

Would like to give a shout out to Payne Armstrong. I booked a load with this broker. He called me back and said the load was cancelled. He called me back again and said it was cancelled by mistake and we can run it. He kept me waiting for 45 min (did not pick up phone neither replied to emails). Finally I could reach a colleague of his who said the load was not available any more.Very low level of service and customer support. Please be careful as people in the company are of very poor quality.

One of the bad company after TQL. be careful. they do give you yearly business and then they stop sending freight. they do send you load after miss the appoiment and then they charge you fine on that after begging late. we have all proof did report FMSCA nothing change. hope you guys do see this and stay away from this company.
