It was my first time to Atlanta and my flight was late, Quinton was courteous and professional. He was easy to talk and handled the rush hour traffic with ease.My return trip was equally pleasant with Faith, she was friendly and the consummate professional. Just a great group and a great experience!!!

A formal image is an excellent limo Svc for any occasion- they drive safely, provide great amenities & the vehicles are very clean. We used the hummer for my Son’s graduation party & it was a wonderful treat for those young adults. All his friends were very happy & pleased that Faith enjoyed their singing & laughter throughout the entire ride. Could not have ask for better - they are the BEST! Try their service- you will not be disappointed.

I would honestly have to say they truly made my ten year old birthday amazing! Very professional and polite when speaking to Faith !!! One of the kids left their phone by accident & they immediately reached out to me and returned the phone. The driver Trevor was beyond down to earth I mean those kids were LOUD lol having a good time & he basically had the mind set of it’s your world I just live in it lol !! I’m so happy I booked with them to the point I feel so comfortable booking again & referring EVERYBODY! Hey the Hummer Limousine was a hit! I’m kinda mad I didn’t book it for the night time!

This is an honest review based on the bad experience I had with this company. They were contracted by another Limo company to provide services for my mothers birthday. The driver was very unprofessional. Not only did he arrive 30 mins late, he did not notify me when he arrived. So another 30 mins passed until I contacted the dispatch for Formal image Limousine -- another unpleasant experience. The lady that answered the phone kept being very rude and finally hung up the phone. When I met the driver, he said that I should have came down from the 19th floor to see if had arrived.. I have no reason to lie or make this up. Stay away from this company if you want a worry-free event without the many problems that will come with it...

These guys are awesome. Amazing customer service. They go above and beyond. They are always dependable and never late! Highly recommend.
