After 10 minutes of calling to try to get to an agent I get a text and spend nine more minutes trying to get to an agent. Never did get to anyone. Ive been to the office and Ive tried on the phone and on email to get a service removed from my bill that I have never ever had. Its $17.50 a month so its a big deal. Then on top of that Im paying for hbomax and I try to watch it and it tells me I have to pay for the service even though Ive been paying a monthly fee. Cant get anybody to correct this. Cant even get ahold of someone to explain it. This is the ultimate and bad customer service.

We only have an Internet plan and our bill is different every month. Why are we spending $125-$175 monthly for just internet! This company is a joke and rip off! Google fiber is $70 flat with unlimited internet usage! Unfortunately they are not available in our building!

Ordered equipment (my credit card was charged) to be delivered a few days before my move. Should have been delivered to management office but did not happen. Then spent several days and hours on the phone to get my equipment. Was told yesterday I would receive delivery today 8/18) no delivery. Called once again and was told my order was canceled. Did not receive email stating that. I am disabled and I will now have to go to an Xfinity store to get my equipment. Stay away from Comcast!!!!!!!!

I have attempted Comcast/xfinity services 2x. The first time, I paid for service for 3 months that never worked bc the green Comcast box on the street near my house was broken and the tech they sent out didnt know how to fix it. They were supposed to send another tech, but didnt. I canceled the service bc I had waited 3 months for a service that I paid for but never received. Through a lot of back and forth, they eventually agreed to refund all of the money paid to them for services not rendered. Fast forward 3 years later. Comcast is now prevalent in my area so I tried service again. Comcast box on my street is still broken. They said they would fix it for free bc it is their box on the street, not the box on my house. I start service and get a bill 2 months later for fixing THEIR PRIVATE BOX ON THE STREET. I called to ask why, esp since I had been told otherwise and they tell me that is their policy, that it didnt matter what was broken, whether it was not on my property AND belonged to them (in their huge green locked box on the public street), bc they fixed THEIR BOX before installing my service, I had to pay for their tech to fix their box! No exceptions. So I said cancel the service, they tried to give me a $30 credit. Wait a minute, you tripled my bill with bogus charges, sending it up hundreds above its contract price and want to give me a $30 credit! Pass. Speaking with a supervisor was off no help also. I canceled the spotty, expensive, nowhere near the speed I was paying for service. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever!

After you start service, its extremely difficult to speak to a live agent. I was incorrectly charged for installation for internet and cant get anyone at Comcast xfinity to correct the situation. I cant wait to cancel this service!

I would equate this to a monopoly that owns half the media organization in the country scamming millions of people. If you work for this company you really should feel some shame because of that. Comcast has gone from one of the best in customer service to one of the worst in the cable industry. I’m on my third call to them to get a home phone ported over to my new home, a routine task done for my phone number by cable firms numerous times before, including by Comcast. Both times previously I was assured it was done. I’ve been waiting over an hour for a technician this time. I was told my old account was cancelled (as it should have been last week) only to be told it wasn’t cancelled 15 minutes later by a different technical rep. The equipment was already returned to Comcast. Their “solutions department” is now trying to fix this mess. I also found out that the modem installed 2 weeks ago is out of date by 2 generations and was told visit a Comcast store for a new one. I asked for it to me shipped to me and was told it would be 3-5 days and $15 for shipping. They ultimately waived the shipping but I now need to install it myself and return the outdated, 2-week old modem. Total phone time 1 hour 50 minutes.UpdateAfter 2 weeks, 4 phone calls and over 3 hours collectively on the phone with their technicians, my home phone number that I had for 33 years was finally ported over to my new Comcast-serviced location.

I have been calling Xfinity for the past two weeks to get service because their online sign up service does not work. I have spent over 9 hours on the phone waiting on hold or speaking to an agent. One department would transfer me to next. All of the agents I have spoke to have been absolutely useless at resolving the issue.Only reason I have even spent this much time was due to prior to moving I did not have any issues, but now I can’t even speak to a rep in a reasonable amount of time.One of the rep said he open a ticket to get my issue resolved, left a voicemail that he will call back since he did not have an extension number, and never called back 3 days ago.

Then turn it off again because my name is not on the lease . So the person who name is on the lease puts in there name and it’s not working .

I spoke to Melissa today (she’s based in Texas) and she was amazing! I work in customer service and was blown away! She was courteous, funny, smart, and knowledgeable about her job. I’m just trying to understand why I have to pay $9.00 extra a month for SPORTS channels and i do not watch ANY SPORTS - the same with Spanish speaking channels. I’ll be moving over to something else as soon as possible. There is no reason i should be paying for other peoples sports channels. Comcast is corrupt and out of date. There are pay per view packages everywhere for sports and ethnic channels so why does EVERY SUBSCRIBER have to kick in over a hundred dollars a year for other people. More corporate greed to feed the dragon. There is no reason for them to do the right thing and charge the customer for what they actually use. In their corrupt Communist world- everyone pays for everyone else and the dragon grows to enslave more people. Your corporate model SUCKS!

This company is by far the worst cable company I’ve ever dealt with. The customer service is extremely poor, as well as the representatives not being fully educated/knowledgeable about their companies policies. My husband and I have been on the phone for over an hour, being hung up on, lied to, and under valued by both reps and supervisors. This company is certainly the Metro PCS of cable companies for sure!!! (This may be an insult to MetroPCS)When trying to make contact with the corporate office, it is impossible, which tells me, they care nothing about their customers or their hard earned money. I will be switching companies ASAP. I will not tolerate this type of behavior from anyone, especially those I pay.

I have tried to get Comcast to remove an orange cable from my drive way, which runs to my neighbors house. The cable fell down during a storm several months ago and the maintenance people wrongfully attached the cable to a private poll on my property, without my consent. This is a hazard; the cable needs to be aerial drop. I am sure Comcast has paid the maintenance personnel to do a job, which they have not completed.

Before signing on to a contract, it would be wise to prepare to purchase services from this company without the entanglements of their contract. You will pay more, but at least you can avoid the games they play to take your money dor packages you dont want and cant afford. also, having no contract will keep ypur blood pressure down when dealing with their customer service.

Been trying to get a temporary line removed and the new line that they buried hooked up for six months now. Talked to them at least a dozen times they still cant get it right. They keep sending someone out to bury the line that is already buried.so I have a temporary line hanging in my yard that I have to move every time I now. Just talked to a superior who told me that it will never get resolved! Haha they are a joke! Moved my office downstairs in my building, took 7 days for a tech to show up to move my account. Found that they could not without substantial change to the building. He said he would take care of cancel back to the date we had no service. Comcast continued to bill me for 7 months despite filling out a cancel form myself later as a second cancel request. Did not have service and had ported my phone to a new carrier. Finally got thru to Comast that they were billing me for no service. Then received a bill from a collection agency for a portion of that 7 months billing. Advised collection agency today that the billing was in dispute and that If it continued our attorney would settle the matter.

Its near impossible to discuss my bill with a human being. The online chat currently does not work and I cant schedule a call back because comcast is having an issue with its scheduling system. BUT, there are 3 different ways to pay your bill immediately without issues. I have to go with AT&T now. Comcast is holding me hostage. I cannot get internet speeds from another provider that I require to perform my job. When you call them they act like they are doing you a favor. They hang up on you and are very rude. They need to have a nice fine or class action suit filed against them. Better yet open up the lines for competitors and see how fast they change their tune. I have spent over 40 minutes on the phone trying to get service. They have charged me $50 twice to provide nothing but attitude. When will the FCC do its job and deal with this situation?

I was told by a representative that I would not be charged an early termination fee because I was moving out of the coverage area. But I got my final bill and was charged an early termination fee. I called and spoke to a representative and he advised that my moving out of the coverage area was a choice and that it didn’t warrant having the fee waived. Only Death, Deployment or natural disaster will warrant an early termination fee being waived. This is absolutely obscured customer service and so I will be taking this further since they record their calls they can pull the call and hear what the representative said to me when I called to cancel my service and they should honor what the representative said. I was a loyal customer for over 10 years and this is how you are treated. BS in my book and I will be making a BBB complaint and hiring an attorney if this is not resolved.

We had the worst service technician service call in 44 years from a Comcast employee after 34 years with Comcast. It was so bad my wife was left shaking 2 hours after the call - which was prompted by the incompetent fiber optic installation upgrade of service in our neighborhood, which completely interrupted TV and Internet service for a week. The service technician was surly, and could not fix the system. We have cancelled our Comcast service after this fiasco, and gone to a competitor, who was able to install a new system one day after we called. The Comcast service was down again this week.

Whichever one of your contractors has the license plate REB9719 in Georgia, he is a very inconsiderate driver. As my boyfriend was exiting the parking lot of Wendys on Indian Trail, he purposely swung out into the next lane to get around my boyfriends car and placed his truck back in front of us so that we wouldnt be able to get past. Careful who you have sporting your brand because this guy was petty and unnecessary so I can only imagine his demeanor as a technician.

I wouldnt recommend anyone waste there time with Comcast billing, issues, support, or spend time and time again at the in person store. Very poor customer service from local agents and those on line. There is a big disconnect. I was promised a package that includes a new modem and new box but did not receive them after several weeks. To make the matter worst they updated my a/c and started billing for these equipment and the ne associated service without even ensuring that I have this equipment. (Unfair service...totally illegal). The service that I had before all this again costed $54.00, now they are proposing a new service for $108.00 ( 100%...increase). This is not just unfair, it is ridiculous and it is high way Robbery!!!!. Please fix this now!!!!!!!!!!!.

I cant believe these 5 star reviews I am reading. All the xfinity/comcast employees must be instructed to write reviews to cover up the horrible service here in Atlanta. Google FIber please hurry up and make yourself available to give them competition. I pay $54 per month for their wifi service and it is as slow as the dial up connection back when internet first was made available to the public in the early 90s. So I call up their customer service and I get connected with a call center across the world in China or somewhere. The girl could not speak english and got nothing accomplished. Shame on comcast/xfinity for not hiring locally. Another reason to ditch them.

When I switched to Comcast I had heard how great they were but was the talk wrong. Since I switched I have had nothing but problems, bills not consistent, terrible customer service and rude people who never get any issues resolved. Since Feb 26 I have paid Comcast 583.83 and I get a bill due for ! May that was 465.30. so I asked the agent You are telling me that 3 months of bad service has cost me over a 1,000 dollars since she could not explain it she hung up. Called back and said we had a bad connection when I asked for someone who could explain this bill or a manager that could do something to help she hung up again. Really Comcast. This company is an epitome of a monopoly that feeds the corrupt politicians, and this is the only reason the company still in business. This company is full of crap!!! Their outdated equipment failed & Comcast sent me a bill for $50.00 for the technician to come out & replace the box. I specifically asked the rep would I be charged, she said no. I called the customer service department and spoke with Edith who basically said she could not reverse the fee. I asked her was it logical to her for me to incur a fee due to the complete failure of their equipment? She went around whatever country she is located in twice & never answered the question. I was then transferred to her supervisor Ann who sounded like Edith I repeat. Needless to say I ended the call. I called back & requested to speak with a local representative who reversed the fee. Mind you this event took every bit of an hour to resolve. Comcast is the absolute worst cable carrier I have ever dealt with in my life. This is not the first time equipment has failed due being out dated, upgrades etc. How do I find out about these issues? I have had a very extensive and painful issue with Comcast and their subcontractor, Quanta Telecom. Without asking my permission, they installed a huge box (the size of a full size refrigerator) in the middle of my front yard destroying my landscaping. I have been trying to get this moved to our common area for over 1 month now to no avail. I am ready to go to the executives if necessary. I live in a zero lot line community so this is damaging my house value. There is absolutely NO accountability with this company or their subs!

I was told that they would waive the early termination fee because I was moving to my daughters home who already had 2, yes 2 Comcast accounts in the house (business/home) and was also upgrading to Xfinity Home Security .... Well, I called to give them the address to mail my refund and they had a nerve to tell me I still owed $12 because I was charged an early termination fee ... Obviously, its not the $$ amount, but the principle ... I requested to speak with a supervisor and the mother F***ers put me on hold and never came back to the phone.... This Company supposed to have gave me a 100.00 gift card September 18 for signing up June 18 and have not given me one yet. I think someone in their Company is stealing gift cards. I have called several times and talk to customer service and supervisors and they all keep promising to send within 3 to 7 business days and the others say 7 to 10 business days. Worst customer service I have even had to deal with. The install was done incorrectly and I am not getting the bandwidth that im paying for. After spending over 2 hours and 30 minutes on the line with their service department (Where i was left on hold with no one for an hour) Hans a Manager came back and advised he and fix the issue and would have someone on out Sunday to correct the install and fix the bandwidth issue. He also advised he would personally call me back. So no call back at all from him Saturday so around 9AM Sunday I call them talk to two of the most unhelpful people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with John (Agent number 848115) and Javier who refused to give me his agent number. Only to be told that Hans in spite of his promises never setup a tech for today and for Monday even after I had told him Monday would not work at all as i travel for my job Also i had changed my schedule to be at home Sunday to wait for the tech. I requested the be escalated and i get a call back for the director of services and again just keep getting told what they wont do to assist in resolving this issue. At this point I have been dealing with a simple issue for 8 hours with little to no assistance from anyone at this company, I have been lied to and misled. The last thing i was told by Javier is that he would have the director Lina call me back to assist so lets see if this is yet another lie by this company. This has got to be some of the poorest customer service I have EVER had to deal with. The Agents and the manager just do not feel to need to go the extra mile to help at all they just want you off the phone ASAP. I would recommend that if you have any other Tv and Internet options in your area think carefully before signing up with this one.

I am very dissatisfied with the terms of service.I am moving and called Comcast to request a transfer of services to my new address so I wouldnt be charged a termination fee. They said that my new address was not in a serviced Comcast area and to find another internet provider.So why should I be charged a termination fee? It doesnt make sense why I should have to pay extra fee when its Comcast who doesnt service the area. The worest experience EVER. Received my equipment on Friday was told a tech had to come out Monday to set up some wires. Told me I did not need to be home. Called 530pm Monday to ask if the tech was for sure coming. The rep said yes. By 7pm still no tech. Called again after an hour got a rep on the phone to ask for a supervisor. An hour and 30 minutes later the supervisor informed me they were short on techs so they cancelled my appt. The next day a tech did come but at 530 still no cable. On the phone again for over an hour supervisor told me we can have someone there between 10 and 12 tomorrow. I said fine. I found someone to stay at my house to make sure everything would be fixed called to put that person on my account just to find out that supervisor lied to me scheduled it for this Friday. Not to mention how rude he was telling me instead of my child watching tv I should take her to a park. This being at 8pm at night. The only thing they did correct was cancel my order. Now I have to drop the equipment off. Never dealt with such rude lying reps in my life. Do Not get comcast. Biggest mistake. Should have stayed with direct tv. Was in tears after 3 hrs of dealing with Comcast last night!!!

Online with an agent now...been on hold for over 20 minutes..he was allegedly to ask a question of his Manager...after 18 minutes the hold music went silent.... It is now minute 25...7 minutes on SILENT HOLD?? Wooow Comcast..with the type of money you charge for your services...your Customer service should at least come close...Oh and as expected at minute 26:10 he hung up...SMH

This is the worst company to deal with, their equipment stopped working and they say I have to go pick it up or pay to have it delivered to my home. they dont give credit for the time your service is out. and send you a letter stating you are a liar and cant prove your service was out. even though they know exactly when your service was out and for how long. If anyone had service in my area other than them I would switch in a second.they get zero stars. you should avoid this company if possible.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM DAY ONE! August 26, 2016 @ 9:30 I arrived to my new house- a few days before our final move to a new state - I had many things to do in a short visit, but one of my main goals: Connect internet with my new Motorola modem. I chose to do a SELF SET UP because the previous owner to the house said He used your services and it is already set up for Comcast. I quickly found that I was not connecting. Everything was great with my modem, but there was no connection so I called Customer Service where I was told, something on Comcast end was not completed and it required a tech visit. She was very kind, apologized, and promised (#1) the fee for the tech would be waived, (#2) I would have a credit to my account for the inconvenience, and (#3) I would be a priority customer and got an appointment for 12p the same day. I was happy with this despite the circumstances and I waited at the house. 12 oclock came and nobody came or called. At 1 oclock I called back to find out by the automated system that my appointment was REALLY scheduled for the following day! PROBLEM: I would not be there! I spoke with a guy who acted like I just dreamed up my same day appointment, and the only thing he could do was reschedule me. He never apologized, he never offered a different solution, he clearly did not care about the continuous string of problems I was having. I requested a Supervisor, who shortly after did call be back. Eric quickly agreed there was a problem and said he would put in a complaint for the unfulfilled promise of a same day appointment. This is the ONLY thing Eric did to help my situation. After a rigorous couple hours on the phone throughout the afternoon, the end result with Eric was, I had to reschedule for almost an entire week later, He kindly told me I would be credited for the time I did not have service (which was to be expected, right?) and also, that I would be charged $50 for the tech fee, but he could put a note in to ask for it to be waived. Now, when problems have escalated to this point, and I still dont have service, the last thing you want to hear is that you might have to pay $50 for the companys mistakes. This did not go well, so Eric assured me he would take care of the fee- although it was company policy to charge for tech visits no matter the situation. At the end of the day, I wasted hours on the phone, I missed my own deadlines for the day because of time spent waiting on a tech to never show, I was lied to, more importantly, I was not compensated for any of it, and I still do not have service. I am extremely unsatisfied, and I will recommend people stay far away from Comcast if they want any quality Customer Service.

They say one thing and charge you another. Like adding more on to your bill, after you paid a lower price than the bill before, and they tell you one due date and change it, so if you dont pay it on time, they charge you a late fee. Its sad, that you cant enjoy TV anymore, and have to pay such a enormous price to to be entertain.. And whats really bad is for those of us that is on SSD and only get paid once a month.. The cable companies have gotten out of control... SMH

After three months of Comcast errors I went to this office seeking help I was told to have a seat they would have someone come from the Xfinity store to help me and then I was removed from the premises and threatened arrest with criminal trespassing. Comcast has no managment. Ordered Triple Play on May 4, still no install on May 27! They have to run outside cable, which they were told on May 4. Twice on tech showed up or did not call in an 8 - 8 window! 4 inside techs showed up, but they cannot do inside install untill outside cable run and works. THIS IS WORST EXAMPLE OF A TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO MANAGEMENT PARTICIPATION EVER!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! 3rd time I have tried Comcast and a complete nightmare. Why would you leave wires in visible in front of both doors when I told you to put under the carpet. Then the 2nd tech Demetrius dont fix the next day after I complained, but instead disconnected my services for the weekend. Asked for tech supervisor to contact me and I am still waiting.

I wish there was a 0-Star option... Comcast is a joke. On May 4th it took me 4-hours on the phone with their CSR just to cancel my internet service -- for the 3rd time. My internet service was suppose to be cut off on May 17th, but Comcast refused to disconnect my service. I literally spent another 8-1/2 hours begging eleven different Comcast CSRs to disconnect my internet.Today, after 4+ hours, I am on still on the phone with Comcast for a break down of why I still owe $110. Currently I have been on hold with the billing dept.s Kynn for an hour (Literally).I am not a hater, but I HATE Comcast!!!!!!!!!

Comcast is charging me $4000 to install a new service box in order for me to obtain internet access. We just purchased a home that is 20 years old and the previous owners had Comcast. We also had Comcast so thought it would be a simple transfer of account....no way was it simple. We were informed that Comcast is no longer supporting the technology our property has and it would cost us $4000 to have the new technology installed. We are talking about the box that is on the street. You tell me, if I paid this, this new technology would now be available to my entire neighborhood at my expense. We are stuck, as Comcast has the area locked down and I cannot get any other internet service besides Windstream. We tried them and the speed is horrible. I work from home from time-to-time and my daughter is a full-time online college student. This is so wrong. We have tried escalating and no one can help. I am working out of Starbucks. Our plan was to have the whole house service with Comcast; cable, internet, home security. Now I have Dish for TV, Verizon hot-spot off our phone for internet and no security.

I tried the xfinity challenge after seeing it on t.v., I got online and ordered a kit to set up myself. The kit arrived 2dys later and was easy to install. But still no internet. After calling comcast they told me it was my cable outlets in my apartment and they would need to send a tech out to run a new line and install a new outlet. The tech couldnt arrive for weeks, and after complaining about waiting so long for the tech, the fee was waived for him coming out. When the tech did arrive, weeks later, he told my girlfriend he wasnt installing an outlet because he wasnt being paid to be here. He then walked around talking on his phone for a bit, and then left. We called Comcast immediately and they said they would send him back. He never came back. I called Comcast AGAIN and requested a refund. The $19.99 comcast xfinity challenge supposedly has a 30dy money back guarantee... I paid Aug 9th 2016, it is now 10/4/16 and after MULTIPLE calls to comcast still o have received NO REFUND! Theyre nothing but thieves! Liars! Only here to take your money. Customer services promises you things they cant deliver! The techs are rude and apparently only work for commission!

Lets start from the beginning. I called into Comcast/Xfinity and told the rep specifically that my availability will be for weekends. The rep set a date for the 16th, that I thought. I called back to get an earlier time and this guy had set my install for the 14th on a Thursday.I was not about to get upset because we all make mistakes. However, the second rep set an expectation that I would get a call for an earlier appointment last weekend. Did that happened? No!!I called back. The third rep set another expectation that I would get a call on Sunday by the end of the day for an appointment time. Did that happened? No!!I called back again. The fourth rep set an expectation that I would get a call back from a supervisor. I knew that was a lie when she said it.This sorry excuse for a supervisor immediately had someone else do her dirty work, but I dismissed her immediately.So now I have to rearrange my schedule because of some half-ass customer service professionals.I am glad the equipment is better than the customer service.Comcast/Xfinity as a whole need to review they way they set expectations and do not follow through. I am highly disappointed at this fortune 500 company.

Worst service I ever had. I ordered service Bundle triple play. My box came on a Monday but my modem was nowhere to be found. I called CS and assured me it was sent out and would be there by thursday that same week. Thursday came and no modem. I called CS again and she assured me Priority shipping and it would be here Saturday. Saturday came and no modem. Called CS for a 3rd time, the agent found no order in the system and I was giving the option to pick it up from a store or pay for priority shipping which it wont be there until Monday because of the weekend. Worst service ever. Also, my Ondemand didnt work nor my HD channels. Had to call them again Sunday to update my channels. I never had to speak to CS as many times as I have with them. I will never use them again after my contract is complete. I would pay the early termination if i could find another provider in my area.
