Upgraded to higher speed DSL about 2 months ago. I couldnt be happier. Paying for advertised 24Mb download. Speed testing usually shows speeds closer to 30Mb. Awesome personalized customer service and tech support that is local; not in some far-away land. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The only DIY, punk ISP in CA that has not sold out!aside from offering excellent, professional service to companies, they also offer heavily discounted colocation of servers, or web hosting, and yes even dialup (still!) for non-profits, artists, struggling startups, etc.a blast to work with. who knew moving 1Us could be so much fun!

Great company! The only internet service company I have ever found that has been known to call us before we had noticed service outage and that they were on top of it. 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 on service. Prompt fast and good.

I have been a customer for over 15 years with both DSL and Uverse Enterprise. Longevity says something! Tech Support and Sales are top notch. The on-shore LOCAL Tech Support team really knows their stuff and is very responsive to problems.

We had AT&T dsl for years and started getting tired of having our bill increase in price every 3-6 months for no apparent reason. AT&T also started charging us ridiculous prices for overages , so we decided to switch to these guys. If you enjoy gaming and streaming and want reliable internet and not have to worry about overages this internet is for you. Its also nice not having my bill be a mystery every month. Im spending about 75% less a month than I was with AT&T.Its reliable and Ive had zero problems. Its also nice if we have questions and we call, that we are able to talk to someone who is friendly and actually knowledgeable about internet and computers! We are extremely glad we switched and I wish I had known about them sooner so I wouldnt have wasted my time with a terrible provider.
