I enjoyed working with Becky. This was my first experience doing hypnotherapy. I did the Integrate the Work package which was 3 sessions and ongoing support in between as needed.Becky was very insightful about picking up on word choices that reveal subconscious beliefs. Wed start each session with a discussion which served as a spring board for what to focus on. She guides you & prompts you with questions and you create a visual narrative to navigate whatever you need help with.I enjoy hypnotherapy as I like a more interactive practice that uncovers emotional feeling that need attention. Talk therapy I feel takes longer to feel & see results. I feel I have much more awareness and internal places to go for healing, coping, etc. Instead of dealing with each individual circumstances, hypnotherapy goes to the root.Hypnotherapy is a very creative, experiential approach. It is not a traditional approach to therapy. If its something youre interested in, give it a try and see how you feel. For me, I feel immediate changes that last.Becky is patient, communicative, and her process is very individualized based on you and the particular session.

Great session, she was dedicated during the session to get to the root of issues. She listened & I got results the next day for the problem i had. However, I didn’t like her follow up, it was nonexistent after a couple days. Also, for some reason she had to look up online (Google) a meditation for me.... I would recommend when she’s not busy after your session.

Becky has a true gift, not just as a hypnotist but she was amazing at guiding you through the entire experience. I was seeking a past life regression but what I got was so much more than that. She helped me get insight and clarity of multiple spiritual blockages in my life and the singing bowls provided a great transition into the hypnosis. Even after our session she followed up with me and gave me tools to continue my spiritual journey.
