Several months ago I made the healthy decision to finally quit smoking once and for all. I looked into hypnotherapy because 2 people I personally knew had done it and succeeded. Jane Ann was quick to return my call and she was very helpful in answering my initial questions. I set up the first session which is several hours long and provides a background for her to determine what drove my addiction. After completing some homework I went in a week later for my hypnosis session. Jane Ann explained what would happen and although I was skeptical of the chances of it working, within a few minutes I was in a hypnotic state. I remember everything that occurred while I was under and upon her bringing out of my trance, I had no desire at all to smoke. Since this session, I have gone through a major stress factor in my life and not once did I think of getting a pack of smokes! I feel great, can actually smell things again, and my 6 year old son is so very proud of his mommy!
