Today was supposed to be the kitchen ‘detail’ clean. As you can see from the photos… my kitchen was definitely not detail cleaned… it was barely cleaned. I could go on… but the cleaning is poor, they don’t respond to calls and they broke a mirror in the bathroom. I canceled service after 3 cleanings…

They wasted my time. Initial appointment was cancelled because a worker was sick. I wasn’t upset because considering the current situation with the pandemic. We must be safe. My frustration was the following week when I tried to reschedule, the contact Cameron told me that I couldn’t get the estimate & house cleaned the same day. If this was my house I wouldn’t have an issue. However, we are preparing our mother’s house to be put on the market. Her house is vacant and an hour away. We would have to drive over there for the estimate then the following week to unlock the doors for the cleaners. Big inconvenience & waste of gas.I don’t understand how the representative told us that they could accommodate both estimate & service same day. Then Cameron says that goes against their model. They were professional however they will probably lose money and potential clients with that business model. I was upset that they wasted my time because I told our real estate agent that the house would be cleaned and ready to show on Friday. Definitely not the cleaning company for you if you’re trying to get service soon.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Terrible service! We keep a very clean house. Or at least we did before we trusted this company. So instead of doing the extra work like promised they took advantage of us. The last time they came I had to clean up after them. They cleaned absolutely nothing as the pictures show. They left their sticky coffee cup on my counter and trash on my coffee table. They left the garbage in the hall and I got a complaint from my HOA. After 3 cleanings Ill let the pictures say the rest.

Alex and Melissa did a great at our apartment last weekend. The Cleaning Authority has been amazing in the time we have used them. With our newborn, we were really struggling to keep up with everything, and a deep clean every couple of weeks has been a huge relief.

I love The Cleaning Authority! The cleanings are detailed and thorough and the staff are friendly and really care about my home. I especially like the Rotation model. It has been a pleasure to have Marta and Mawette help me keep my sanity by helping me to keep my house clean.

Ive been TCA-Atlanta customer for almost 5 years and have been very happy with the service. The rotating deep cleaning schedule means each area will get special attention at some point depending on the schedule. Elena and Maribel did a great job in our most recent clean.

Ive been using The Cleaning Authority for almost a year now and they have been great! For most of the reasons I left my previous service, TCA excels in. I consistently receive a great clean and hardly ever have any issues with the service, unlike my previous providers who would miss something almost every clean. TCA provides a great service for a good value and their management is always on top of things and very responsive, usually addressing my concerns right away! Probably the best compliment I could give TCA is that my team (Mawette & Marta) always does a great job and cleans my home as if it were their own. Ive been using maid services for over 10 years now and it is so nice to finally have a company that gives me consistent (excellent) results and makes me feel like a valued customer! They are Ok. They tend to skip some details but over all they do a good job.

If you like paying for a cleaning service and then having to clean after they leave, youll love them. They almost always missed things; vacuuming rugs, wiping down counter-tops, and completely forgetting whole rooms. Their customer service is also pretty rude. They will offer to come clean missed areas. But its a bit odd to have someone come back over, days later, to just vacuum your rugs. As part of their standard service, they lightly clean your whole home and deep clean one area (like the kitchen) each time. However, I never noticed those areas being extra clean. In fact, the deep clean areas often had the missed spots. Our showers grew mold while we were using them. I told them, their response was to spray cleaner on the shower before they came. Ummmm....I hired you to do that. I also wonder why the deep cleaning wouldnt involve a scrubbing of the shower, which would resolve the issue. The house never smelled clean after they left. Dont get me wrong it didnt smell bad. But not like someone had cleaned the house. (I feel like they just used water. Even if they are environmentally friendly, add a lemon.)

Ive used TCA for nearly 10 years now, and even with a change in ownership last year, they are fantastic. Neescha, Vin & Alex were at my home last week and did a great job as always. I love coming home to a clean house every other week so I can focus on other things! n

I essentially dont know whether I can trust in the house to them. Worthwhile thing I called The Cleaning Authority - Atlanta. The association was stunning. The house was cleaned completely. Each edge of the house was sparkling. I cant trust in it.I didnt experience inconvenience organizing a cleaning to The Cleaning Authority - Atlanta. It was clear peasy. Got an approach toward the culmination of the call. That fast I got my calendar. The getting partner was despite obliging and kind that is the reason the framework gone smooth and expedient.Will prescribe The Cleaning Authority - Atlanta to my mates. Keep it up.

I scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. When someone didnt show up at the scheduled time, I called to ask if they were on their way. After being placed on a brief hold, I was told that the estimator had already left. They were told that the adjuster showed up at my house and that no one was here. I said that was not true as I had been home and no one came to my door. If you cant be honest, then I dont want you cleaning my house.

These guys did a terrible job. I have pictures of the lackluster work. Trash and debris on floor, water stains on window that werent wiped, blinds untouched, they dont touch the oven, they didnt even wipe down the washer/dryer. I guess a full move-out cleaning means more of a light vacuuming.
